Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Place has a good vibe. Not crowded, usually no/very short wait time. Its at the end of the strip mall, -close to the exit and plenty of parking. I got my pnone/service plan here 2yrs ago; with one nice upgrade. Ive had a couple technical anomalies; each time Ive taken it in: they checked it; did a little clicketty-clack and BAM! -isseue solved and im down the road

This metro doesnt make you buy an accessory with your phone they put it in your bag and charge you for it without you knowing until you get home and believe me youre paying for it. Check your receipt. I suggest you pass this metro and go to the next one. This happened twice to me with a year span in between. So I imagine they do it to every customer. Beware or youll b paying for an over priced assesory if you want it or not. What a sleezy way to make a sale.

Great friendly service

#1 the store was very clean. My wife and I walked in. The sales rep was on the phone with a customer. She asked us to hang on just a minute. She got done with the phone. Immediately she came to us. Her name was Jennifer. She was awesome. She knew exactly what she had in stock. And exactly how much out the door cost was. Told het what we were looking for. She immediately showed us what she had. She was awesome. Jennifer was a very big help. She helped my wife transfer everything. A realy great experience!!! THANK YOU JENNIFER!! FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!! THE GA COUPLE !!

Employees are very nice and helpful.

Good prices, simple payment plans, professional personnel and straightforward... Some of the clients are random though. Some lady was cursing like a sailor while i was there.

Go to a different store! This one MAKES you buy an accessory with your phone and you cant return it. Even if you return your phone. Total rip off!
