Larry was absolutely fantastic. I came in with a herd of energetic boys ages 8-10 and he held his composure awhile helping me find the most comfy and affordable bed sets for the rascals. I’ll be back next week for my own upgrade.

I went into the store on 3/27/19 to purchase a full mattress, box spring and frame. I met a very nice salesman named Mark. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy like some other places. I purchased the Glendale set and set to pick it up on 3/30/19. I went to pick my set up on 3/30/19 and met the store manager Jimmie. I told Jimmie that I was there to pick up my mattress set and he was a little confused because he said they had been sold out of the box spring for a while. He called around amd confirmed there were none in stock until May 4th. I was upset because I had been sleeping on a blowup mattress for a week and did not want to wait over a month for my box spring. Jimmie was extremely understanding of the situation and mix up with my sale and offered me a queen set at no extra charge. These two gentleman at Levitz mattress in Mansfield, Tx are not just salesman but more importantly friendly people who care about their customers and put them first. Thank you Jimmie and Mark I will continue to go to Levitz and refer this store to my family and friends.
