We had exceptional service in this store. Shawn actually listened to our needs and helped us buy exact mattresses our family needs. My Husband and I just relocated to TX after retirement out of Army. I found this store and told my husband we needed to check them out. Mr. Shawn was such an awesome guy 😊. Very nice and passionate about being of help to us. We thank him for everything and we will be going back to buy from him again.Update: My Husband and I really wanted one of the massage chairs they have in their store and they really went the extra mile to see to it we was able to purchase one at a really good discount due to being retired military. I recently bought a mattress here and it was the best choice I made! They were patient as I bounced on EVERY mattress, answered any questions I had and made the process as easy as possible. I got to take my free pillows home with me the same day and the mattress was delivered to me by the next week. I have been sleeping like an angel ever since!I wanted to support a local business and I am glad I did. They treat you like family and deliver exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!!

My wife Laura and I went in to this store as first timers looking around for a Dining Table. They started by showing us the amazing Amish built Tables, but as soon as we explained to them that we were due with our first child and on a strict budget, they sat us down and personally worked with us to find something that we would love. They were very kind, not pushy, and truly cared about helping us with our need not just selling a product. If you are in Mansfield you MUST check them out but even if you are not, there is no better feeling than working with great people and supporting local business. We will definitely return for our future furniture needs. *Also- my wife works at Mouser Electronics in Mansfield and they do offer discount for those employees, which was very kind.*

We recently visited Family Mattress and Homestore for the first time. We were impressed by the knowledge and individualized service they provided to every customer that walked into the store. It was a pleasant surprise to learn about the Amish made furniture line they offer. Exceptional quality that will become heirloom pieces handed down for generations. We purchased Beautyrest mattresses, but true to their word they honored a sale provided by another retail outlet. This is the personalized service that makes them deserving of a 5+ star rating.

I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my mattress. I went in with no intent to buy, my mother was looking for a pillow. Kasey B. assisted her by fitting her for a pillow. As I was trying out beds he showed me the best way to pick out a bed. He had me sold, before I even picked out my mattress, because he really cared about finding a comfortable mattress. He then helped find a mattress perfect for my budget and still give me a good night’s sleep. Only advice to give to future customers ask for a box spring if you need one. My mattress didn’t have one so now I am looking for a box spring. But still great service!!!

I highly recommend Family Mattress. Craig and Casey went out of their way to deliver the mattress prior to my guests arriving to my home. This was all done during Covid19 as well. It’s nice to get such outstanding service and help a local independent business owner. The mattress was great and the pillows we purchase are a must in every household.

After going to Mattress Firm and Sleep Experts, my wife and I decided to try Family Mattress. They surpassed all of my expectations. We met Craig who was very friendly and courteous. They had great selection and high end products. I was shocked to find their prices are way less than other stores, without even trying to haggle.Definitely a lifetime customer.
