I’ve never had anyone explain the benefits of a mattress to me before and instead of trying to sell me a mattress, he showed me different mattresses for my body type and explained the benefits and materials. I don’t think We will need a new mattress for a very long time but I sure will tell everyone I know about my experience and refer them to the Sleep Experts in Mansfield. They are the best in my book. I took my mother (83) to SE in Mansfield to look at adjustable beds for my dad (83) who is a stroke survivor with limited mobility. They wanted a bed that would raise and lower to make it possible to navigate the sitting and standing required to get in and out of a bed. Joe at SE was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. No complaints with Joe. Because mom is old school she chose to pay with a check which in short became a train wreck. The rub occured when Joe attempted to contact his supervisor to help fix a computer problem and phone call that gave him conflicting information concerning how to finalize the check transaction. Long story short, Joe voided the transaction, mom destroyed the check and paid with a credit card. During this period the mattress that had been sold to mom was sold to another customer at a different location which pushed their delivery date back by ten days. Had I been shopping for me I would have left. But mom doesnt get out much and multiple stops tires her quickly. We waited patiently for confirmation. We will return to SE to purchase another bed for mom in the near future ONLY because we want a matched set for my parents. Kudos To Joe! Sleep Experts not so much!

A group of friends came together this Christmas to help a friend and veteran that served for 13 years in the United States Marine Corps. A couple months ago he purchased his first home. I was in desperate need for a new bed and visited sleep experts in Mansfield. I was greeted by Devonna Washington and she was amazing. Nice, polite and did not push me to make a decision on any bed. I tested about 7 different models and she took the time to explain each feature. I decided to purchase the bed not really knowing how much it would cost but Devonna never pushed me towards 1 or the other the decision was all mine and I not only gave 5 stars to sleep experts but 5 stars should go to Devonna as well. I’m in my mid 50’s and have only ever had one good mattress that was not used or one of those $99.00 ones. Originally I took my mom to have her get a good mattress. At the time I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor and I was okay with that. Joe, the associate, was so patient and great with mom and of course I had to try out the mattresses as well. He’s not one of those pushy sales man, answered all of our questions and was very informative. I bit the bullet and I decided to spend the money and bought a mattress and adjustable base. The first one I chose was not the right one for me after sleeping on it for some time. Joe was absolutely amazing with the return and I ended up buying a more expensive one. I had no problem with that at all. Doing this during the Covid learning process, Joe reassured us as to the store policies and made us feel at ease. Joe has been very patient, understanding and makes us feel like family. Since then we have been back for sheets, a pillow and what I know will be the bed of my dreams. He Loves Baked Potato soup from Saltgrass. So if you go into the store in Mansfield, Texas, Sunday- Tuesday take him some please. He is just an Awesome guy and wants nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase and will do what he can to make that happen. My beautiful and comfortable mattress was delivered today on time and with honorable deliverers who wore masks and shoe coverings and were polite and professional. Shopping for the mattress with the associates was an awesome experience. From a previous purchase I had a special circumstance where my elderly mothers adjustable base had not been set up for her safety. My sales associate sales associate for this purchase found the old invoice number and included an adjustment for my moms adjustable base with the delivery of my purchase. In times like the present people have become desensitized however these two gentlemen at the Mansfield location were more than sensitive, they sprung into action! I expected professionalism and great customer service but what I got was sales associates who listens and cares. Great job from the purchase to the delivery.

Joe was fantastic! I needed a California king mattress cover and NO ONE (bed bath beyond, target, kohls, Macys, belk, at home store, Walmart) had them, except this place. They had ONE LEFT and he held it for me. He was very knowledgeable about the product and informed of care instructions to clean/wash it. It was a good price for the size I was getting.
