I really wish I could give Triarc a good review. I was very much looking forward to a custom Tri-11 and the experience I expected to receive from it. I made every effort to make the process go smoothly, but it could not have gone more poorly if actual effort was put into making it that way.I started out by calling to confirm a lead time before ordering my Tri-11 in July of 2020 because of covid and what was going on in the world. I was assured it would be 6-8 weeks (their normal lead time) at the time. Needless to say, that was not the case. I finally received my Tri-11 last Thursday (October of 2021). For those counting, that is 15+ months (60+ weeks) which puts it roughly 10x the quoted time. During that time, I was issued excuses multiple times (several times the same excuse was recycled with months of time in-between), told that I just had to wait and they really didnt have a way to tell how long it would take (how does a company that manufactures a product not have any idea how long their manufacturing processes take?), lied to about the current status, and straight up ignored a few times as well. Generally, I would not put up with anywhere near that much abuse, but I had a very personal reason to want to see this through arise from a tragedy and prevent me from just telling them to cancel the whole thing.I did finally receive the Tri-11 though and was very excited to finally get to go out and test the thing that had cost me a decent amount of money and a lot of time. Unfortunately, my bad experience had not ended yet as I find out that even though I spent that amount of money and waited that amount of time, the QC on the Tri-11 had allowed a front sight to make it to the end customer canted and swayed to the right. I had a smith look at it just to confirm I was not nuts, and he was surprised that was allowed to make it out the door on a custom gun. He believes the steel sight is actually bent. Imagine my utter frustration that the quality wasnt even worth the wait. I immediately emailed them explaining what I had found, and its been several days with no return contact at all. No email, no call, and seemingly absolutely no concern about a glaring issue with their product. Talk about a company that does not care about its customers, customer service, and apparently not even the quality of the custom, hand-made product they put out. The companys motto is Pushing Forward, but that seems to mean that they just push past the current customer, and any issues they have, to try and wrangle in another victim to their process.Im not sure why I got to experience this version of Triarc as there definitely seem to be some who have a great experience, but it also looks like quite a few people are in my boat as well. If I had to guess, Id say someone has bitten off more than they can chew and now doesnt know what to do. It really is a shame as I was really excited to be purchasing this thing when it all started. It actually feels great and performs well (when you can actually take aim accurately, which I could after zeroing a rds), but I could never recommend this company to anyone I actually liked. Instead, I now want to share my experience and hopefully save someone else from making the mistake of thinking it may be worth it.

Sent my own G17 in for some slide and frame work back on April 22. At the time of the order there was a 6-8 week lead time. We are now over 30 weeks and I have been getting a run around on why its taking so long. I still have not received my pistol back. An email has been sent in and I will be calling....again, to check on my order. There is absolutely no reason a product should sit in cerekote for over 5 weeks. I am beyond frustrated and will not be using them again. This is the second firearm I have sent in and I had a long wait time on the first one but nothing like this one currently.

Ordered a complete upper 10/19/2020.Cancelled order 9/20/2021Received refund 10/26/21Lead time should state 44+ week lead time to be accurate. Communication was shady. Felt like I was in a press conference with circle back.Sorry I cant recommend this company. Stick to BCM, DD or one of the many other solid companies and youll be good.

Ordered two Steiner optics from them. Goes through fine. Never received emails, get a call confirming order. Confirm order told Im good to go.Fast forward 2 weeks no news/email/update. Call and ask for info. Told order was rejected with no notification. Resubmit order but they have already sold out of the optics. Frustrating experience. I had expected better from what I heard, buyer beware. Better/ more reliable vendors available.

Ordered a basic upper in Jan 2021. 8 months later still nothing. No communication, no update. They subsequently canceled my order after an inquiry as to my order status and took 2 months to mail a refund check which they still managed to send to the wrong address.

Amazing team and company. Extremely high quality rifles and pistols for really good prices. Everybody in house is super knowledgeable and helps you understand the decisions behind particular setups. Highly recommend making your purchases for supplies and stuff here.

I ordered a TSR-15SE from Triarc 30 weeks ago with the initial lead time of 10-14 weeks. On the 15th week I contacted them to get an update and they said they would start work on the August orders in the next month. It has been well over 3 months since then so I called and inquired. The lady who answered told me the guy working on said orders was at lunch and would call me back with an update. I never received a call back. A couple days later I tried via email and a whole business week has gone by with no response. If youre going to invest so much money in a weapon system you would expect to get updates if there are delays in the process. Triarc has not attempted even once to contact me about where I stand in the process or what to expect going forward. Not only that but when I, the consumer/purchaser, reached out they ignored me. Stay away from this company unless you want thousands of dollars tied up in limbo with nothing to show for it and no effort to let you know when you will get your product.

Bought a $2,200 rifle from them with a 6-8weeks lead time, at the time I bought it it said they were in stock. After not so much as receiving an email or phone call I called at about 10 weeks. They told me that the parts were in stock when I ordered the gun but were used on other builds and are now not in stock to complete my build. I cant say how the products are since I just canceled my order when they told me that Id be waiting upwards of 15-18 weeks before they would even think of starting to build it. I can however speak to their customer service which is absolutely horrible, theyve had my payment this whole time, no attempt was made to inform me of the change in lead time and when I called they just said youll have to wait. I cant see a time when I choose to give triarc my business in the future.

My experience with Triarc Systems has been fantastic. Simply put the best firearms I’ve ever shot. Humble crew and a clean showroom. Can’t wait to get my next one!

I was at Triarc Systems store today and while theyre slammed with this latest buying panic going on, they still had a good amount of inventory and were more than happy to help me get exactly what i wanted. Great pricing on their glock slides and products, awesome customer service. I bought a g17 slide today and couldnt be happier with it! I cant wait to go back and buy more of their stuff!

Fine custom 1911s and double-stacked TR-11. They also customize most Glocks, any Gen., and will be straight up with you on what you’re getting for your $$$$. All types of finishes on the slide and they customize the grip, too. Their ARs are top-notch, too. Great work.

I visited the store today, I felt was pushed out the store. With out even asking, I was told the cheapest gun in there was $1500, implying, I couldnt afford any gun in there, but I do have guns that are 2k and 3k. Stay away from this place they are rude and they assume you cant afford their guns base on how you look.TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A GUN.

Unfortunately, Chris screwed up not one, but two rifles I ordered from him. The first one had the wrong rail on it. The second rifle took two months to build when I was told 3 weeks, he never sent the paint patterns or colors in advance as he promised, and communication was not good at all throughout the process. He left off a requested rail, and he didnt initially pay the Transfer Fee as promised until I emailed him about it. Of course, he blamed it all on new company growing pains, but thats no way to grow. He sent me an apology when I fired him in an email, but their failures are what they are. I wish him no ill will but the above accurately reflects the issues I had with this company.

Triarc Systems makes some of finest firearms in the world. Dont let my Popeye-esque avatar photo fool you; this old Marine vet has 30 years of extensive handgun, rifle and shotgun experience and I own quality 1911s like Wilson Combat that Triarc puts to shame. For their very affordable price points you get excellent build quality, ala carte features and accuracy and reliability beyond other better known and more expensive brands ..I can buy Noveske, POF, etc. But I spend my AR and 1911 dollars at Triarc because this is a dedicated company of veterans, firearms enthusiasts and professionals . Next on the list is some suppressors and having them rework my Glocks. Take the drive to Mansfield. Bring your piggie bank.

The good: Incredible product I purchased a 12.5 upper and the finish was superb. Incredibly accurate and the 2nd softest shooter I have with the compensated lvoa being the only thing softer.The bad: 8-14 week lead time turned into 11+ months in processing will be close to 1 year before my factory rifle is in my hands. That is with payment in full upfront. Communication was horrible but has gotten better in the last few months.Conclusion: incredible gun but if I had known I would have to wait a year I would’ve likely bought something else. If the issue was trilok rails they should’ve offered alternatives (geissele, slr, fortis etc) in lieu of the almost year long wait.6 stars on the product -3 stars on the communication
