I bought the 995 carbine 15 years ago and have put thousands of rounds thru it. This gun is so dependable its insane! Its not a tack driver but is deadly at 50-60 yards...just ask any rabbit around my county oh wait, you cant cause their all dead! Seriously this gun is my go to for every critter up to coyote size and has poked more holes in paper than Cole paper company. Its almost indestructible. BUY ONE IF YOU CAN GET ONE YOU WONT BE SORRY!

I have had my Hi-Point 9mm since 2003. It was my very first handgun and I bought it for home protection. I have put well over 1000 rounds through it and never had a problem. I cleaned it and went to the range last month and it jammed on me really bad. I called Hi-Point and they sent me some parts. That didn’t work so they told me to send it in. I sent it in on April 23rd and got it back on May 11th. They literally rebuilt everything on my gun. It is like a brand new gun. Customer service was straight to the point and very professional. Not the nicest but still friendly enough and very very helpful. I didn’t pay anything but $11 shipping and they gave me an extra magazine and replaced my other 2 with new ones to cover the cost. I highly recommend their guns if you are on a budget. They truly do have a lifetime warranty. Thanks to everyone at Hi-Point!

Have both 9 mm and a 45 hi point. Both jam. Couldnt find anyone who could actually send our guns to hi point for the supposed lifetime warranty. USPS and ups and pawn shops usually need a call tag for pickup. Its an ongoing nightmare

High Point products are reliable, affordable and usable. We have a large family and are usually somewhat cash-strapped. A High Point C9 Is an affordable defense pistol. It is accurate at 50 feet And a pleasure to shoot. I lost the small adjustment tool that comes with the firearm. My wife called customer service and ask them if we could get a replacement. They sent one with no charge and my wife commented on how they were very nice people.

Excellent customer service! I had to return a 995 back for repair which was definitely my own fault. I called and sent the carbine back expecting to pay for repairs. When they say lifetime warranty they mean it! The carbine was back in 2 weeks completely rebuilt. 80% of the parts were replaced free of charge. I will be purchasing more guns. Thanks!

Ive got the hi-point 45 great gun just bought a brand new 9mm yesterday went to load it today and it wont not load my 45 I love it couldnt ask for a better hand gun also have w sccys a series number one with safety series number to without also great guns just have to get my wife the one with safety.. Im asking why will my hi-point not load properly into the chamber and the clip will not lock in unless you slam it in there

I placed 2 orders over a week ago. 6 and 8 days ago. It was paid for. But neither of my orders have been delivered and I have received 2 noticed that they have been delivered. Then later those days I get one saying delayed. I called Hi Point. They say there is nothing they can do and now it’s put on me to find out where my orders are. I was given no way to track my orders. I will be calling my bank to stop Pmt. Horrible shipping service. I told them I was going to stop Pmt for not receiving them and the lady said why are you going to punish us You will get them eventually. Well. They made sure they took my money though. Never again. And they are blaming to usps and said there is nothing they can do. Well there is something I can do. Stop pmt. I’d put no stars if I could

Completely functioning - a completely new upper, actually. If you arent familiar with how long warranty work usually takes, Ill just tell you - its longer than 3 days. Way to go, Hi Point!

The best customer service of ANY American-made firearm. They repaired my 8040 Carbine for free and shipped it back to me on their dime!!! It was 7 years old and I shipped it to them to see if it could be fixed and how much it would cost me. IT COST ME NOTHING AND THEY INCLUDED A FREE SLING, SPARE MAGAZINE, AND SCOPE MOUNT! I love these guns they keep protection in the hands of people who work low wadges, and may have fixed incomes . Most people fail to realize keeping products American made drastically lowers the prices, because if High Points where made in Mexico we would pay 500 for it vers being made in America ithe C-9 for exsample is at or under 200 dollars .

You cant beat Hi Points customer service. I have the 9mm carbine and its an awesome gun. Fun and cheap to shoot. Had a issue with a mag, sent it in and got it back in two days.

Own a 4095 carbine & love it but hi point only gets 2 stars cause I dont like their inability to manufacture new models with out drama & limited accessories. This company has lost their innovation for new stuff & anything new is to far in between. Get busy hi point & keep your customers interested. I will not be buying the stupid name yeet cannon pistol cause it isnt even out yet ???? Yet??? When?? Ridiculous.

Its to bad you didnt make a bigger capacity clip for the pistol. Like a 15 rd. Or 20rd for the rifle.

I got a 9 mm 995 I cut the stock down now it looks like an uz. I bought a laser from High Point. This weapon is bad to the bone. I have a sling I can wear around my neck and shoulder. High Point you need to take a look at my 9 mm with the stock cut now.. I believe they would sell like hotcakes.

Slide on gun did not rack back to feed in bullets. A man friend of mine tried it said same thing. Told customer service rep, said I doubt it we test each one before it leaves here. Calling me a liar. Asked where to send it. Look at the book that came with the gun. Getting rid of gun as soon as possible never doing business with them again.

Customer service is horrible. I ordered the mag kit for my 995 TS and it took over two weeks to get because the A-hole in sales never put the order in and shipped it before the 4th of July holiday which they take off from June 30- July 11th. What company does that?? The whole company?? I get an email today July 11th saying they shipped it no bother rushing or asking me if i wanted rush delivery since they delayed it two F***ing weeks. The tracking number says created TODAY. I am so furious with them. F*** Ohio. The gun is outstanding though. If there are after market products for it buy them except for mags. Screw hi-point customer service!

I have a 9mm handgun. I got it second hand off a guy from work. After about 1500rounds it would fail to eject the shell. I sent it in to have them look at it. They fixed it and had it back to me in no time at all.
