B & B Auto has consistently provided A+ work. I was disappointed with one situation probably 15 years ago. I brought it up with the owner (Bob) and he went out of his way to make it right. Youll likely pay the going rate...but youll know the work is done as well as possible. Also, theyll shoot straight with you. Theyve been beyond generous in letting me know what I can tackle and what might be good for them to handle. Quality mechanics with similarly impressive character are hard to find. So, dont hesitate to talk with Bob or Matt at B&B.

Bob has done incredible work for myself and my family for years on multiple vehicles of several makes and models. In the last two weeks both my car and my wifes car essentially broke down and Bob worked to get us in ASAP despite being already quite busy. B&B repaired my wifes car for half of what the dealership quoted us, and in half the time. They will definitely get all of our business moving forward!

Very unprofessional, went there this morning to take my mothers car there to get this hose checked and everything. It ended up being something about the throttle body one little piece that was bad . Bob told me that we cldnt justbreplace that one little part we had to get a whole new throttle body or something . Which is like 600 for that. Ok Im already mad as is didnt show it tho till I go outside to leave and start the car . Doesnt start ok I go back on there and tell bob and he says the guy that did the work is on a test drive soo I jave to wait for him to get back and finally comes back and hops in the van puts the controller that reads the problems in revs up the engine for like 20 mins I try it again and it doesnt start soo Im really mad now cuz this man is heating up this engine making it hot and The dude has the audacity to say it may not be starting because its over heating and low idling like whaaat? This older guy was just revving up. The engine for like 20 mins smh and Im suppose to be happy and smiley smiley no. Soo Im not hearing all that soo Bob throws a mini temper tantrum and flings open their door prolly damaging their building idk their problem . Comes back out and says, are you done having the attitude now? Lol that whole place is a joke and B and B is an unprofessional establishment will not be bringing our
