This Firestone complete auto care always seems overwhelmed and understaffed. Ive seen disgruntled customers at the front desk having negative aggressive discussions with management over a failed auto repair. This place really needs a new outlook on auto care. Customer Service in my opinion it severely lacking. I feel this facility thinks if they provide you service on your vehicle, you should be grateful! Ive seen customers come back to the facility after a failed auto repair to attempt to have Firestone make it right to only have management deny the allegation. I gave them better than One star due to the Mechanics in the back trying to do repairs with the sometimes substandard equipment provided to them.
Excuse after excuse after excuse. We have a new manager other businesses keep taking our help Co worker doesnt do job right...look he didnt even put you on the schedule ac machine is broken we dont do transmission services ..we dont have record of your lifetime alignment. (funny. Ive been getting them for 2 yrs) a this from 1 visit. its ok. I was in and out of Pennzoil 1/4 mile up the road 30 mins later and spent 250. New manager... hope you clean this place up. Been a loyal Firestone customer for 30 yrs.

Good service to be expected but when they are closing early they should tell people especially if they say they’re coming to pick up. thought i had plenty of time to make it by 5pm and they were closed by 4..
Dropped off a single tire for a patch at 5:30pm on a weekday to get fixed when they closed at 7pm but had no one there to fix it that day. I left it over night and called back 2 hours after they had already been open and they told me it was not done yet and I could pick it up before they close. Not acceptable.
Rescheduled my appointment, the person suggested 9:30 am and once there he stated it was for 11 am. There was only 1 mechanic there with a filled appointment schedule. NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGIAN
They are very good there and thorough. They always do my car right. Highly recommend.

I have always had excellent experiences with Jim and the staff at Firestone on PAW. The crew are honest hard working family oriented men who are respectful and charge fair and honest prices. I have seldom had an issue and when I have they have resolved it appropriately and timely as I have come to expect with their services. I rate their price a 4/5 and their customer service a 5/5 and their workmanship a 5/5. Similar shops in the area have proven to me they lack knowledge or experience or a combination of the two, and also lack customer service.Monroe down the road from them even tried to argue with me about something they messed up, and until I was able to re create the problem in front of them, they did not believe me.
If I could give a 0 I would! 2 times I have been here and both times they tried to tell me something was wrong with my truck and they couldnt align it. This past time I had the whole front redone. Then they tell me my idler arm bolt is loose. Ask them to just tighten it and do the alignment. They state they cant do that. Obviously these people dont know how to work on vehicles. I will never go to them again.
They had their bathroom closed, dont know the reasoning behind it. Is it to much of a Hassel for them to clean the bathroom so the public can use it! Do they not know how to clean them so they are adequately enough?

I needed front tires and alignment....they put the tires on without calling me and telling me they wouldnt be able to do alignment...I would have told them to wait ...but they said they couldnt cuz inner tie rods was bad...and wanted 600 to do em....I changed them myself for 100 bucks both inner and outer even tho the ones on car wasnt even bad...they was just as tight as the new ones...but I changed em so they would do my alignment.....dont listen if they say you need a bunch of stuff done...odds are u dont and they just trying to charge and make more money
The guys were very helpful in resetting a warning light. This was especially good since another shop did the initial work! Good support of the national brand.
I went to get new brake pads and rotors. A few days later the car was acting funny and I’d made an appointment for them to look at the air conditioning so they did both of those at the same time. They had some mix up with the scheduling for me so I waited a bit longer but they were so nice about it and did the whole air conditioning and brake service for free. Now my car has air conditioning again! I was so happy when I left the store. They were very kind and even offered to teach me a bit about how the brake pads on my car worked. They gave me safety glasses to use and explained the details while pointing at specific places so I could see. They explained thing so that I could understand and one of the mechanic guys even recognized me when I came back and asked about the car and how things were going. They were so nice and helpful and they totally made my day. I would make them my permanent car people if I wasn’t moving out of state.
I was driving home from Cleveland to Columbus when I got a flat tire on 71. It was about 6:00 PM when I got to Firestone right down the street from Montro Auto Service. When I got there with my jeep I asked the Manager if he could look at my car. I have a flat tire and I need to get home. The Manager looked at me and said I am sorry, but we have cars in front of you and we will not have time to look at your jeep today. The Manager didnt even look at my jeep on the tow truck to see how long it would take to fix. He was also dusting tires in the show room. I was completely shocked!! So, quickly I googled who else is open and can help me. I went down the road to Monro Auto Service and quickly Bryan said he could look at my car. Bryan stayed open after hours to repair my tire and make sure that it was fixed. I couldnt believe the difference in customer service. I highly recommend Monroe Auto Service and ask to work with Bryan if you can. I made it back to Columbus around 9:30 PM completely exhausted, but so grateful for a complete strangers random act of kindness. I would not recommend Firestone AT ALL!

Not ever going here again. Last year when our van needed new tires, we got them new from them but discovered later that they tore the lugnuts off the front tire which caused the rotor on the driver side to need new brakes from the wobbling tire (held on by 3 lugnuts.) Assumed it was just a new guy over tourqing it, so gave the benefit of the doubt. Then today, we came over to get a patch on a tire that had a small screw in it only to be told it would be until TUESDAY (currently Wednesday as of posting this.) Why would it take a week for a small tire patch? Drove past and saw many of the mechanics just sitting there. Not going here again. Go down the street to Cooper tire, theyre better than these guys.
I was very impressed by the careful service I was given at this location- especially by Jim! I dont know very much about cars, but both the mechanic and Jim were able to explain the issues to me and were patient while I decided what I wanted them to fix. They were also transparent in regards to their staffing situation, which was helpful to understand why it took a few days for them to work on my vehicle. It was clear that customer service is very important to them, and based on my experience I would recommend their service.
I only went to get air in my bicycle tires; they were very accommodating.
Really nice people work here. We were stranded and needing to travel almost two more hours to get to Cleveland for a doctor’s appointment and they made sure we were in and out in no time. Thank you.
We have a fleet account with them. They do good at getting us in and out. Went in today to get a tire plugged and was in and out in about half hour.
Been there alot but past 2 times I told them to rotate the tires. Both times they did not. Going elsewhere from now on. I recommend you double check that they actually rotate them.

Firestone certainly had a better price for the tires I needed than the auto dealer. I dont know if that is always true but it was this time. Firestone had the tires in stock and put them on the next day.
I have taken my vehicles to Firestone for quite a few years. After years of a multitude of mechanics and repeat visits after fixing one problem and another occurring shortly after I got my vehicle back, I can honestly say this has never happened at Firestone. And unlike some of the mechanics I have been to, the repair was always done correctly on the first attempt. They dont work on commission so theres no reason for another needed and sudden repair after the vehicle is returned and no suggestions for unnecessary work. Im a skeptic but I can honestly say I trust Firestone completely and I am completely satisfied!
I had made an appointment for a tire rotation Saturday morning, which due to work, I had to cancel. I rescheduled for the following Saturday at 11 AM. Then as a training class came up and I had to be at work by 11:30 that morning. I arrived about a half hour before my scheduled appointment and explained my situation and said I could reschedule again if need be. The manager said give me a minute and took my keys. Fifteen minutes later the tires were rotated and I was on my way to work. Now that is service you cant beat. Thanks guys.

I took my truck in 4 times in one month to fix my alignment in my truck. The third time was alright and I came back after getting new tires to get an adjusted alignment and left with the alignment worse than the first time.
Tried this place out because it was close to where we moved. After going to them for 5 new tires and an old change weve had enough and wont be going back. The first time we bought one tire to replace a flat and everything seemed to go just fine but the next morning the new tire was flat. Called firestone and they said to take the tire off and bring it in and they will have a look. So went to take the tire off an the special socket thats needed to do so is missing. Called again and they said the guy working on it must have kept it he wont be in until late later this afternoon. Anyway I thought maybe it was just a one off kind of thing and we will give them another shot. Bought 4 more tires with the so many miles warranty about a year later. That was about 4 - 5 months ago and two of the tires have big bulges out the sides. They said they dont cover that kind of thing with the warranty and we need to replace the tires at full cost. So we will head else where. Monroe is right down the street Id give them a try first and save yourself the hassle.
Usually go to privately owned mechanics, but needed a place with warranty experience. They were very helpful, communicative, and fast. They did all the phone work with my warranty company and I felt confident with their mechanic. Will return for maintenance work.
I will never go to a Firestone anywhere after the experience I had on the phone with this location. At the tire shop I worked at which was a Bridgestone Firestone retailer we would take cars up until we closed. I call this location they said they could not help me due to appointments. So you accept no walk in? Horrible customer service. Funny thing is Bridgestone keeps sending me job offers no thank you especially after this

In my experience I have found this place to be the cheapest place to get tires, my husband and I have been going there for a few years now and the only place we will go. Always have good service and nice friendly staff.
Came in for an oil change because I didn’t have time do it myself that week. They insisted my brakes were in need of immediate repair, they had not squeaked or grinded or shown signs of damage at that point, within two days, my brakes essentially stopped working while the pads and rotors stayed intact.
Very professional. I took my truck in to get front end alignment and tire rotation done. After the mechanic hoisted the truck up on the lift, he saw a problem, then came got me and took me to my truck. He then demonstrated by wiggling the front tires to show me I needed upper and lower ball joints. Said to me they would need to be fixed before he could do an alignment.Afterwards he gave me some paperwork on what THEIR repair work would cost with details of parts and labor. Never tried to set me up with appointment for that, just politely gave me my keys and said for me to let them know when its fixed to give them a call and they would do the alignment then. No charge. No pressure.

Not as good on repairs as they use be to be. I give them a 2 stars from my experience, Oil Change was done ok. But they said I needed rear break clean and adjust due to slight rear be wheel drag. Was charged for the service but it wasnt done correctly. Had it rechecked at another shop and was shown rear brakes were never cleaned or Serviced as I was charged. I brought this to the attention of service / sales clerk at front desk. I shown them my bill at 2nd repair shop stating my repair was not done. They didnt make any adjustments to my bill, but was told he stood behind his mechanic, this was my last service there. I wont go back. I Cant trust them from my experience.

I guess it got erased the first time. I had firestone check my jeep out because of a noise I heard up in the steering. They came back and told me it was a left side axle and inside tie rod end. I asked the service man behind the counter and the tech that looked at the jeep. They both said replacing those two things would fix my noise. So I had it fixed for a pretty penny... and it fixed nothing! Yeah the driver side axle was bad. Same sound!! I asked them to have it looked at again the next day and they said it was the rack and pinion that is making the noise. I now have to pay another 900 dollars on top of The 700 to get it fixed. When the parts they put on, and guaranteed me it would fix it. All i asked was for FIRESTONE to cover the LABOR for the new rack and pinion. And I would cover the part. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
Had week old tires that I needed changed to new wheel and they said they couldn’t because they were used tires what a joke!
Was told I had a faulty TPMS sensor that needed replaced at a cost of $79.99. Brought in my own TPMS programming tool and checked it myself, turns out its perfectly fine. Not happy that someplace Ive done business with plenty of times would try to sell me unnecessary services.Up until this most recent experience my rating would have been 5 stars. Theyve always done good work for me, just be wary of them up-selling unneeded services.

86 yr old got 2004 car towed in because alarm was going off. They said they tested the battery and kept it all weekend adding they couldnt find anything wrong with the battery. Went to pick it up and car wouldnt start. Had to get a 2nd tow to the dealer. Dealer said the battery was still original and needed replaced. Even though there was no charge it makes one wonder on the competiency of something as simple as checking a damn battery costing a customer another tow. Wont go there again
Got new tires put on last year at tax time, put less than 2000 miles on it from last year taxes till the next year taxes, and my front left tire almost fell off causing 2 lug nuts to break, axle to be fixed and bearing fixed. And this company wont take fault for there doing. Lug nuts came off using fingers to lose. Had nothing else done to take the tires off. This is why people use back yard mechanics. Was getting ready to take my jeep back to get more things done. Buy not now, not ever. TAKE FAULT IN WHAT YOU DO! BE A REAL COMPANY. Watch what you do here is all Im saying. Not loyal to its customers at all. 600 dollars worth of there fault. Its a shame really, just sad.

While Firestone tends to be more expensive than most shops, I have always been impressed with the service the staff at this store provides. They can almost always get you in when you need it and often offer coupons. Just today they were also honest enough to refer me to another local shop for an electrical diagnosis.

Ok let me set this up for you its 5 days before Easter and after some attempts to figure out why my coolant is being pushed out to my over flow, flushes, and cheap head gasket fix fluid i took it to some pros for quick help. I was told 3-4 days for a head gasket replacement being realistic i told myself 5 not counting the Easter weekend. The price quoted was high but firestone will do it right with fast service, DONE RIGHT, for a head gasket. $1876 was my quote for 3-4 days, new gasket, re-milled head, spark plugs, oil change, and coolant flush for the speed quoted and service garantees it was worth it to me 100%. Unfortunetly GETZ machine in mansfield gave firestone the run around and had it double the time. Matt the manager at firestone took care of it and made sure GETZ came through with the head before another weekend went by, and not only that he ate the cost of the re-mill GETZ refused to waive due to thier own poor turn over and dicounted that replacement by 17% without even asking. Well done! 5 stars for honesty, keeping me informed and getting my beauty up and running for hopefully another 100k!

Had a 4:00 appointment and after a half hour of sitting in the waiting area I noticed my car had still not been attend to. I asked about it and they said I was next. Not 2 minutes later they came and started asking the person next to me, who had just arrived about 5 min ago, questions about his car they couldnt figure out how to get the emergency brake off. So I watched them go and pull this guys corvette in to work on it! I know I only have a Kia and only had a flat tire but I find this completely un professional! And am out raged at this clear disrespect! I will never go back here. And will let anyone I know to never to go here!
