Once again my car is back in the shop I really think this shop is the best.

I was certainly disappointed with the time frame in which my car should have been completed. My appointment was at 3:30 on a Thursday in which I had questioned if the car would be completed by closing time of 5pm....I was told they didnt know. I explained that if it could not be repaired by 5 pm, I would need to have a loaner as my husband was in Cleveland Clinic Hospital. When I delivered my car on Thursday @ 3:30 pm, I was given a loaner car right away. I was surprised, as I only needed the loaner IF MY CAR COULD NOT BE REPAIRED BY CLOSE OF DAY! I accepted the loaner as this would give me extra time to get to Cleveland Clinic. I did not receive a phone call from the dealership until 12:30 pm, the next day to tell me that my car needed a water pump and new brakes and had quoted me the price of each. I was surprised at the cost of the water pump, but I needed to have my car back ASAP and had agreed to the water pump. WHY WOULD THE BRAKES EVEN BE CHECKED WHEN THE ISSUE WAS A LEAK OF ANTIFREEZE?? I had questioned if they check brakes when changing oil and was told no, not unless the tires are rotated. Hmmmm....I didnt have tires rotated to have a leak checked out!!! ....but back to my complaint. After agreeing to the having the water pump installed at 12:30 on Friday, I had asked if my car would be done by end of day. Once again, I was told they didnt know!! Listen, my car had been there since 3:30 pm the prior day and did not get a phone call until 12:30 the following day on Friday and still not sure if it would be completed ?? That would mean that there was a chance that I would not have my car back until Monday!!! This was unacceptable and expressed that I wanted and needed my car back back by 5pm and they had ample time to complete this repair. I do not like to have my intelligence tested, but it doesnt take a brain surgeon to conclude that these guys were not in any hurry at all to repair my car since they had given me a loaner!! I am certain that all other repairs had been pushed before mine and I was taken advantage of since they knew that my husband was in the hospital and not available. Not sure what the problem was, I have never been treated in this manner prior from this dealership, I am very apprehensive of even returning to this dealership for any repairs whatsoever!!!Very dissatisfied customer!!

I took my car in to Chevy Service to get a recall done. I was told it would take an hour and a half at the most. That was 9:45 am, it is now 3 pm and the car still is not done. In fact at 2 pm I was told they had not started on it yet. I mentioned I had an appointment and was told that appointments only helped them know what service was in for that day, not actual times. So when you make an appointment at Chevy service you may have an appointment but it means NOTHING to them. I had to call 3 times to even get someone to talk to. They dont return phone calls either!!!! DO NOT USE GRAHAM CHEVY SERVICE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BACK ANY TIME SOON!!!!!!!!!

I was basically forced to use Graham after purchasing 2014 Escalade ESV in Columbus. Over the coarse of a year their service so far as the Cadillac standard is a laughable joke. A very typical encounter for routine service had me show up at the bay with no greeting from anyone. Usually, the people working desk were chatting or on the phone, without so much as an eye contact acknowledgement, while I stood there. The longest time was 12 minutes...just standing there looking at them. There are numerous other shortcomings, as well, but Im not gonna waste more of my time with it. Service at Graham is grossly subpar compared to Columbus. Thank God my wife has a Lincoln now. Goodbye and good riddance Graham.
The absolute worst sales men on the planet, rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. If you wanna get horrible service and cheated on a car deal goto Graham.
