They were extremely meticulous, thorough, competent and maintained great communication with me throughout the process. The results I received far exceeded my expectations. I cant recommend this shop enough.

I am very pleased with how my car turned out. The ONLY critique I have is that I would have liked a bit more communication. Apparently my insurance company was the cause of some of the delay. However, I was told it would take a week and it took 2 weeks+ to get my car back. And not once was I called and told there was a delay. I had to call and ask. My car does look great and I will go back if anything else ever comes up. I would hope for more communication in the future.

Have a 2020 car that needed repair to the front fender, driver and passenger doors and rear fender. Needed a 3 stage paint. They did a excellent job and my car looks like new. Brian and Kim are great! I had somebody back into my truck and they worked with me to do a bumper upgrade while they were fixing it. Check out the before and after shots. Turn around time was acceptable and the facility is in a great part of town with a high security fence. This is the only place I will go in the future for any body work. Good price as well.

I had a severely cracked dashboard in my GMC Yukon. I called and talked to Kim who knew that Yukons were known to have this issue, so yes, they could certainly help me. Within minutes of my call to them, I had a link to submit my information for an estimate. Within the hour I had an estimate. When I called back to go ahead with the replacement dash, they had the part ordered that day, and in the next day, and an appointment to fix it as soon as I could get it there. I brought it in the morning, it was done by the afternoon, and they even washed it! I cannot say enough great things about the service and professionalism they offer, along with the quality and efficiency of their service!

I am very picky when it comes to my car. I keep it in the garage and only drive it on sunny days once a month. When I scraped and dented the side of my car I knew that ATS was the only repair shop I would trust to repair it to meet my high standards. When I picked it up I was very happy to see it looked as good as new. I have used them to repair hail dents in our cars, and some other small fender benders. I have been very happy with their work every time. They are very friendly too. I would highly recommend them for any auto body repair.

Updating this review, this is the 3rd time that they have worked on a car for me and again they have done a fantastic job. They are great about communicating with you about the process, and working with the insurance companies to make sure everything is covered. They have certainly earned 5 stars and my continued business.

After reading the reviews this was the first shop I stopped at after a large road gator jumped out and bounced into my front end. I got a very good feeling and noticed there was paperwork for a Mansfield PD vehicle on the desk. This gave me some confidence and Brian and Kim increased that. Brian gave me a tip to have the incident reclassified as not a collision and State Farm agreed when I called them back. This will save some future money. Car was back 2 days early and under the estimate. Great shop!!

Excellent customer service and workmanship

Took two vehicles there for hail damage and they did a fantastic job on that. My wife’s car I had them repair the front bumper where she hit a large rock while backing out of a parking space at a park. They replaced the bumper cover plus some pieces under the wheel well. The parts and installation is great but the paint color does not match the rest of the car. The bumper is a purple color and the car is blue. Took it back and they said they repainted it a lighter color but it still does not match. Won’t be going back unless it is a paintless repair.

Recently I wrecked the bumper of my car and being fairly new in the area, needed a recommendation to a good trustworthy auto body shop. So I called my Allstate agent who recommended Auto Tech Services in Mansfield, based off of his own personal experience with the shop. My experience far out weighed my expectations. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. If they understand your needs they go out of their way to meet them. The morning I dropped off my car to begin repair work I called the shop and explained to Kim that I had an appointment I could not be late for and and asked her if she could be of help with speeding up the process so I could get into my rental car quickly. When I arrived, Kim called Enterprise arranging my pick up and then started the process to admit my car in the shop for repair. Enterprise arrived to pick me up just as we finished and I was on time for my appt all because Kim was sensitive to my need. That was great service! Kim called me with updates on my car and an expected date when it would be ready for pick up which was a Friday. However I was leaving town Friday and would not be able to pick up my car until Monday. Once agin I told Kim my situation and Thursday She called me to say my car would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. On top of that I left my rental car with Auto Tech Services to be picked up by Enterprise. Once again great service! I highly recommend Auto Tech Services because they are a sincere pleasure to do business with and treat their customers right! And my car looked great too! Thanks Auto Tech Services!

I recently toured the operation at Auto Tech Services, and I was truly impressed. They had a number of cars in the shop, and were working hard to make sure everything was done well, and done correctly. I was able to speak with the owners, Rick and Brian, and I was very impressed with their business philosophy and expertise regarding the collision repair industry. It was clear that they do things the right way, and work with insurance companies to minimize the suffering of the customer!Hearing about the Matrix Wand and how theyre able to compare the current 3D image of the car to the factory specs was really amazing. The way that theyre able to determine all of the problems, and then ultimately validate they completed repairs correctly sounded like something out of a futuristic science fiction movie!
