Most of our body work on previous vehicles was done by a dealership we purchase vehicles from. Osgars was recommended by a friend. It was the best work weve ever had done. We cant tell where any work was done. The paint matches perfectly whereas a lot of vehicles on the road dont. Although they are 2 hours away, well definitely return if we are unfortunate to need body work done.

Getting in an accident is never a pleasant experience, but we couldnt have asked for a better crew to help us get our car back in working order than Osgars! Mike and his team answered all of our questions with kindness and professionalism. They kept us updated, even as things didnt go according to plan with a part being on backorder for a month. Once the part came in they were quick to get it installed and our car back to us. And we were pleasantly surprised to find it had even been detailed! Highly recommend!

We have always turned to Osgar’s for a professionally completed service(3 needed repairs). All repairs are completed in a timely manner with excellent communication. 5 stars is not enough to rate this business. Everyone at Osgars is extremely friendly and helpful. I was in a minor fender/bender and took my car to Osgars to get repaired. First of all, they made the process so easy, and FAST. They coordinated everything with the insurance company, and got the ball rolling. I hardly had to lift a finger. But the icing on the cake was when I picked my car up after they did an amazing job on the repair. My car was COMPLETELY cleaned. I was absolutely blown away. Could not be more satisfied. I hope Im not involved in another accident, but if I am, I will go no where else but Osgars 100% !

They are absolutely fantastic. We were traveling through to get to New Jersey from Missouri. Got in an accident on the way and the back door got busted in pretty bad. They couldnt do anything for us due to the extent of the damage, and the fact that we needed to get back on the road asap. But they were great about explaining it in a way that I could understand, because I am absolutely useless at car things. They put some collision tape over the door so that no rainwater or anything would get it through the gaps. Also pulled out part of the frame for the drivers door just a little, so it would open and close again. They did it for absolutely free. We got back on the road after maybe half an hour and got to where we were going on time thanks to them. If I ever get in another accident in Ohio, I know where to go.

The guys did an awesome job rustproofing my GMC, and said in a couple years I can have it touched up at no cost.... That is what you call Great customer service!! Thank you!!!

I drive a large ford transit for business and had the wind catch the door slamming it open against the fender bending the hinge mounting points. The staff adjusted my door touched up some paint that was chipping in the door edge and returned my van to me in fantastic condition. I highly recommend them for any body work you may have. I wanted my JEEP to get undercoated and Detailing done! The “owner” proceeded to tell me ALL about the flaws in my 95 YJ And how superior “his” products are and basically “way to good” for my JEEP that by the time he gets done, it would be worth more than it was worth. Apparently you have to have a quality vehicle that meets their standards to even have the privilege of allowing “OSGARS” to do work on your POS vehicle!

Very bad experience they only want your business if you have insurance. They did not want anything to do with you if youre paying out of pocket for repairs. They didnt even offer to do a detailed estimate. I would not recommend this business.
