The sample lady asked me if I wanted a sample so I reached for it and she grabbed me, it’s kinda creepy because she’s 50 and I’m 16. The cashier said “see you soon” but I don’t think you will

Made a purchase of several items, cashier bags them while I insert my card and pay for them. Get home one of the items is missing and I didnt get a copy of my receipt. I dont do that because of covid these days. Call in and the guy says if the lady remembers you you can have the item even though its still up there with the same cashier. Was it my fault the lady forgot to bag it and its Xmas.
