I had a question about Microsoft Office 365 and not only were they responsive, but they were courteous and offered me a few other options to fit my needs. For any other issues I have with my computer, Ill definitely be taking my machine to Wendy & Rock, the new owners and managers.

Took forever to do work, never called me to let me know the status of the computer despite requesting it in the store several times. I ended up taking my computer from them in pieces to give it to another repair shop so they could fix the problems. Not to mention they had to call people who were not at the shop because they lost my computer! They found it 20min later. Completely disappointed.They were great a year ago when I had other work done, but they seem to have lost their touch.

I ordered a replacement keyboard for my laptop and it took them a month to get it in. I called them several times to get information and they only called me back once to say it would take even longer than they had anticipated. They never even called to let me know it had come in, when I called to check they said that 2 keyboards had come in and they had no idea which was mine so they treated it like it had not come in yet.One of the times I called in, found out that it had taken them about a week to just place the order then later found out that they ordered from the wrong supplier so they had to start all over. Im glad I only had them get the part for me, if they were doing the work on it too it would probably be another month before I saw my computer again.College students that dont know whats going on employed by someone that doesnt seem to care.The place seems like it is run by amateurs and I will never go back.

They told me it would be a week to fix. Called today. They haven’t even ordered the part.
