I am age 62 and this was my first time in this store. Thats unfortunate for me, because I was thoroughly impressed! A helpful & courteous staff from start to finish. I stopped there to buy an office chair for my office at home and although they were understaffed, they took care of me quickly and assembled the chair I wanted with a 1/2 hour. I would not hesitate to go back or to recommend that store to someone else...👍

Dropped off a package for FedEx, people were very nice to accept it. Everyone was safe wearing their mask and was able to get in and out without a line.

Employee Seirra Otto refuses to take others safety into account and refuses to wear a mask, not just in this store but other stores as well as in her place of residence in a hallway full of immunocompromised people. she is putting people at risk and she does not care.enforce the mask policy or I will be reporting your store. other peoples lives matter, she does not get to play god with anyone.P.S she lives in a building with a current case of COVID-19. just incase the owner or corporation cares.

Clerk found what I needed, and found me a disc for the product. Made my day.

Had flyers printed and called to see if they could possibly get done sooner than they had said. The woman I spoke to was so helpful and nice and did her best to get me my order quickly! Great staff.

I have been shopping at this location for many years. Have purchased a desk, chair and many office supplies for my work office which is in our home. My return business is for ink and paper supplies. The store has always had the supplies. Every person has been very helpful with questions I may have.Dave Teidema; store manager has gone out of his way to say hello and ask if I need help finding anything.This is why I continue to shop here.This is a store with great people.The old saying People Buy From People.

Dont buy furniture from them they sell 🤬😡 chairs for high price wont exchange or give refunds only have thirty day return policy. Nice store and people but product quality sucks. Paid 150 for an office chair the foam didnt last for a year before it flattened.

Recently remodeled. Looks really nice and clean inside. Organization is a bit odd. Seems like half the rows are labeled printers when there is alot more in them. Still a great selection of special paper and other office or school stuff. This isnt your fathers Office Max.

Wow! Nice realignment and upgrading of departments. Went there looking for a laptop computer and was amazed at selection of products and knowledge of staff member. Store is there to not only sell, but to service, as well. Hats off to Office Depot in Mankato!

Everything here is more expensive than any other place. But they do have a good selection, just expensive.Their own brand products are cheaply made and break soon than name brand products.Avoid buying here if you can. AMAZON or Walmart has way better prices, but at least they match most items and places.Most of the staff just stand around chatting, but there are a few that are attentive to the customer, like they should be.

Comfortable, well lit and organized, easily navigable open floor plan here ever since Office Depot took over and completely remodeled. This is where I plan to buy my printer ink the next time it runs out.

Who sells a table with no legs...which added another $100 to order the legs so i could use my already $345 table! plus waisted the time of the company I paid to set up our office. Very disappointed and next time I will be very thorough in asking questions that defy common sense...do i need ink for this package of pens!

Rarely anyone there. Not easy to find stuff. Registers always down or not working for staff. Seems weird for a place that sells computers!

The printing service is great if you have small files on a USB, otherwise forget it. My Excel file was 5.22 MB and was too big to convert to a PDF or to print. I tried Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive, and email and nothing would print. Stood there for 30+ minutes trying every option. With 4 staff and only 1 other customer in the store, I was never approached for assistance. Frustrating.

Instead of just staring at me an employee saw me waiting and jumped on a register so I didnt have to wait. It was nice.

Wanted to buy toner for a copier they sold in 2009, they no longer carry it and wont make the effort to look and see if they can get it. I wont do business with them any more.

Free computer diagnosis. Wow! I needed help with putting my screws back into my computer and the “techie” new zip zero zulch. I finally said I was getting a little nervous and just left . I rather go and watch YouTube videos on computer repair Then take it back here
