It was a great experience, and the best price I could have gotten anywhere. Tom was very helpful. It was a first class store.

We were driving back to Chicago when our tire pressure sensor went off. Not being from the area, we pulled off a random exit and stumbled across Powers. Glad to have found them!The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and got our car looked at quickly - and this was lunch time. One of the Techs came out and immediately identified the issue: there was a leak at the edge of where the sidewall and tread meets. Because they couldnt patch it due to the location of the leak, I needed a replacement tire - fortunately, they had a used tire in stock. While mounting the tire, the Technician noticed a major issue with the other back tire - surprised my local shop didnt pick up on it when they recently changed the oil. Luckily, they had another used tire in the same size. The gentleman at the front and the Technician showed me both old tires, how much cracking and damage appeared on the rubber. We were happy to leave with two used tires in better condition.All in all, everyone was professional, provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. For being two last minute tire installs, they were quick. Price was very, very reasonable and we were pleased that such a reputable shop did not take advantage of us and the situation we were in.

Not very informational.Had an appointment at which point it told me I had to take my trailer off this is after I was told it didnt matter if it was on or off.So confused is the best I guess were my feelings on this place.I would not take it back just there already wasted my time once I wont give the opportunity to do it twice.

I came in with what I thought was a slow leak in my tire only to find a bulged tire and need a brand new replacement. Even with parking lot full they squeezed me in, got things figured out and noticed a leak in my air valve and repaired that quickly and efficiently! The whole process took 30 minutes. I’m so happy I stopped. Everyone was helpful and cheerful! Thank you especially to the lady at the front desk who made the process easy!

Took longer than was told, charges kept accruing, they were rude, and way too expensive. The work did get done though and i havent had a problem yet

Tried to get extra money after they stated working on tire change. Most things they suggested not needed. Asked me $45 to remove one bolt. When I declined to pay extra they did it free. Service is good just dont trust extra suggestions.

Once again the folks at Powers tire and auto came through for me!!! I had to go to a Gospel meeting in Ohio and on my way just called to see if they could check out my front tire quick before we were well on our way because there was some vibration in the front. They did a quick check up and found that the tie rod was very loose and affordably got me back on the road within two hours. Thank you Tommy and Dan!!!!

GREAT place, girls up front AWESOME! Bf Suggests i take my car there too. I would LOVE to. Only concern we have is some guy named Dan real tool, gives Powers a negative vibe. Condescending and rude towards women from what my guy noticed. I see so many good reviews here. Reluctant to try them out though. 5 Stars minus Dan! 😐

I just wanted to thank the staff at Powers Tire. They took special care to ensure a safe drive for me and my children. Cameron especially took the time to listen to my car as I dropped in, and immediately knew the issue and explained what needed to be fixed. We had our vehicle in the week prior, and the problem was not taken care of. Cameron looked at the schedule, and fit me in, as he was aware we had a 4 hour trip ahead of us for Thanksgiving. The ladies up front were warm, welcoming and eager to help! They discounted our service for the original problem not being taken care of on the first trip in, without us needing to even question it! I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and genuine care and concern for their customers. I will continue to take out vehicles there and highly recommend you do too!

Took my Mustang to Powers to have the wheels balanced since I had them balanced elsewhere but was experiencing a shake. They got me in quickly and had rebalanced all the wheels. I still had a shake so I brought it back, they pulled the car right in and pulled all the wheels off, doubled checked the balance and shook down the front end. We rotated the tires around too and tech took it for a drive with me. Car drives much better, very little shake which could just be the horrible Wisconsin roads and older replica wheels + agressive summer tires. I was very impressed with their customer service and will be back to do business with them in the future! Great staff, between receptionists, techs, and even Tom Powers helped out!

HORRIBLE service took our 2000 yukon in for brakes first . Now replacing after less than a year. Never replaced rotor. Now brakes are gone and charged us for rotor change, so i have to do it again. HAVE ALL RECEIPTS. Then took back before realizing this to have a broken leaf spring replaced. Mechanic said both sides need replacing. Good thing i went back. Had to, took 5 days longer even after making appointment 1 week in advance. Caught them replacing a good spring . asked why he was replacing the good side. He had no answer. Says ok, i will only charge you to replace the bad side. REALLY? So my truck sat there for 5 days while they bumped vehicles ahead of mine? Then i get home and find out you did not do the brakes like i paid for???? Take your vehicle somewhere else, this shop is not trustworthy. Displays his cross and talks about honest christian business. RIGHT!!!! Found a much better more honest place in town and will never go back. Thank god [not his god] i have all the receipts

Very honest! Its the first time I took a car in to be looked at and they said the sound my car was making was actually not a problem, and dont worry about it, and never charged me a cent,Plus when I have had work done there I never felt like I was robbed theyre very easy to work with and very friendly I was extremely impressed with all of my visits there

Good place for auto repair

I dropped off two wheels for repair due to rim oxidation. Checked the website, said they were open until1:00 pm. Walked into the waiting area at 12:45 to find the owner and two customers standing there. Looked like it was open to me, door was wide open and the lights were on. I was ignored at first, then he asked me if he could help but they are closed. Told him it was o.k. I could come back but he had an attitude like I was bothering him. Didnt feel very welcome, he rolled the wheels out to my truck reluctantly and I paid my bill...the last bill I will pay there. I brought them a fair amount of business over the past few years, apparently that doesnt mean much so I will find another shop who wants my business.

I have had business dealings with these toolboxes before. Would rather ride on rims than go there.
