I got off the car ferry and my low tire pressure light was on. The guys at Midas carefully looked at all the tires, determined that a previously plugged tire really needed a patch, did the repair and I was on my way quickly and at a fair price. Really glad I went to them!

Went in for an oil change. The guy said my brakes were bad, my tires were bad and everything was out of alignment and it was going to cost me over $1500 to repair...Little did they know less than a month prior I swapped my old brakes for new ones, had and allignment done and replaced all my tires. Do not go here they will try to scam you

They have great technicians, do what they say, fast and efficient and personable. Im newer to the area and need people I can trust. I trust these guys here in Manitowoc. Didnt even charge me for a quick fix on my Lincoln when they certainly could have but didnt, thank you!

Avoid this place. I took my truck here because it was leaking brake fluid. They charged me $350 to replace a leaking brake line. Supposedly, they inspected the entire brake system. Within 90 days the brakes were gone and they charged me $1200 for brakes on all four wheels. I got my truck back missing two wheel centers. I asked about them the manager told me they couldnt get them back on. I guess they just threw them away. I complained to Midas corporate. I never got a response. I will never be back.

Called to get a quote and they wanted to charge me $200 for flushing coolant. Said that the half hour to 45 minutes job it takes was too difficult a process and thats why they needed to charge more. Went to get a flush and refill done for $80 at a local small business automechanic shop.

I had them replace a pair of headlights. I had the wrong lamps .they ordered the right ones. I wanted the best type. They wanted $99 per lamp. I had to walk to a parts store to get the proper lamps. They would not offer a ride since they had my jeep torn apart. I had to walk in below zero conditions with unshoveled sidewalks. the lamps cost me $ 53. The parts were marked up considerable. Their attitude was obtrusive. I will never do business with that company again! The owner made insulting comments about my wife. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Was getting oil change with special price which I was satisfied with. Didnt appreciate the price of a light bulb and wiper blades that were 3 times the price of auto stores. Manager Brian wasnt very customer friendly. Safly since the.turnover of the old staff customer service has gone downhill.

This place is definitely not the same. Where are the certified workers? Clayton is gone, Curt is gone these guys knew what they were doing and had knowledge of cars. I wish i knew where they were i would definitely take my car there. I took my car here to Midas not long ago because i was hearing a noise underneath. The mechanic never looked under my car and told me he had to take it around the corner and check it out. Once he brought it back he told me my car is perfect there is nothing wrong with it. As much as i wish that was true it wasnt. I took it to another mechanic and they looked underneath it and showed me the problem was the ball joint. This place isnt what it use to be its under new management in a bad way. Oh yeah the lady at the counter had on pajamas. Smh

Rating is revised from 2 stars to 5 after todays visit. 3 of my vehicles were serviced in a timely manner. Brian made it happen. Good job Manitowoc Midas on your improved service process completed as scheduled.

They were able to get me in on a busy day despite having fewer people on than normal and short notice. Gave an effective diagnosis of the problem and were able to fix it effectively. Will return for future services.

Tried to order steak knives, got a bunch of carborators and a box of yellow fish nets. not what i was expected but still pleased

Amazing customer service and well done work! Went in for a check engine light and was really panicky as my car has been acting up a lot lately. They got me right in without an appt and assured me they would take care of it. And they certainly did! They were amazing at explaining what was wrong and how they fixed it. I will be coming here again and again-I can not put my gratitude into words! I would give more stars if I could!

They were great. Helped fix my car quickly. From being out of town. This was a huge relief.

Good service. the only place to take your car in manitowoc for a cost effective and safe repair and get an explanation on what needs to be done. I have been here many times and they are always able to help and do a very good job. If you live in or near manitowoc and need a car serviced this is where you need to go for general repairs!!! As well the manager is very courteous and knows how to take care of a customer.

The crew here at Midas always go above and beyond to get the job done for the customers,were from out of state doing a job from Manitowoc to Iowa and had some issues with a couple of our vehicles, Clayton & Curt along with the rest of the crew did everything in their power to get us back on the road ..........I would recommend their services to any and all in the area, very courteous and knowledgeable crew! Whenever Im in the area I will be stopping by just to say hello !

Worst experience EVER. Took our Car in to get fixed .they misdiagnosed the problem and wanted for us to pay for total amount so we replaced two wheel bearing when only one was bad. We were given two free oil changes, so I go into Midas today and they said that they will not honor the Free oil change. Will never go back to midas, and will refer my cat to do auto repairs before Midas.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!This place is horrible. The manager Yvonne is rude and doesnt know anything about cars. She told me there was a problem with the oil in my car after I had just gotten it changed 2 days prior. I talked to the actual mechanic and he told me the problem had nothing to do with oil and was actually a problem with metal scraping on metal in my engine. I was then told that the part needed would be here on Monday and my car would be fixed Tuesday, I called Tuesday for an update, and was told that they hadnt even recieved the part. They never called to update me, and she made excuses about how they still needed to extract it from another car. I was promised by both Yvonne and her boss that the part would be shipped out Wednesday and my car would be fixed Thursday. Wednesday comes along, and surprise surprise they still dont have the part. But MAYBE itll be shipped Thursday and Ill get my car Friday. This is ridiculous. I will never be using any Midas location again. I would give you 0 stars if I could.Update: I got in contact with people in milwaukee. They told me that it wasnt in their control that the part took 4 days longer than they quoted me and had no excuse for why I was never called and updated. Terrible customer service. Absolutely deplorable.

Was referred here by a friend who said the manager, Clayton, was a really good guy. I was hesitant because I would not normally choose MIdas as a place to go. But this Manitowoc Midas is a pretty good place to go. They dont jack around on trying to push services or products. I sat there for an hour getting new tires and listened to Clayton and another worker there talk to the women in the shop. No mansplaining or making them feel dumb. I would feel comfortable sending my 85 year old mom here for service. Salt of the Earth guys work here.

Good service, they dont speak Spanish. If you are going to require an oil change, you do not need an appointment.
