While working out of town, I encountered a problem with my 2005 Cadillac CTS. I talked to Bridgette and discussed with her my dilemma of needing to be on another job in a couple days from the day brought the car in. After the service technician diagnosed the problem, knowing of my schedule, she found the part and let me know that she would be able to have it there the next day. The part (ecu) was installed and car ran great. Thanks to Bridgette and Broadway for helping a traveler successfully be able to get to his next job assignment with professionalism and sincerity.

Had a great experience here recently! My car had overheated (coolant leaks) on the freeway late at night to the point it wasnt drivable. I was on my way from Milwaukee to Door County, so I was forced to stay the night in Manitowoc and find somewhere to take it in. Called here right away the next morning and they were able to get me in pretty early, figure out and explain what the issue was and what needed to get replaced, get it all fixed up, and get me on the road in a couple of hours. Extremely thankful for their help and great service!

Had an appointment to get rims replaced asked them to check rotors had a question about the safety of them...myself and my boys noticed something. Got rims replaced but never checked rotors...they just said dont worry, theyll be fine but didnt care to answer the customers concerns or questions. Then they take credit for a very old review that was for the previous pietroski ownership.....they want the customers money but treat them like second class people. Spent $70,000 with pietroski gmc...looking to now spend another $50,000 on a new truck which will put me well over $100,000 through the years. BROADWAY will never see a dime!!! My recommendation. ..STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THE NEW BROADWAY CHEVROLET GMC DEALERSHIP AS POSSIBLE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND TAKE CREDIT FOR THINGS THEY DONT DO OR DESERVE!!BE WARNEDDAVE W.

I recently had my car break down on my way home over the weekend, and had to have my vehicle towed to the nearest repair facility. I have never gone through Broadway before, and I can say that I had an amazing experience even after never visiting their location once. I called the next day and got in touch with Cassie who kept in contact over the week as more damages were discovered. At first I was shocked by the bill, but I started looking into my options and realized I could utilize my Extended Protection Plan. Cassie was extremely patient throughout the process, and she took care of setting up the claim and everything. Thankfully they approved it, and she continued to work with me in getting my car back as soon as possible.

My truck ( Nissan TiTan) was in the body shop and when it came out it looked like a fantastic new bird. Really a good job done.

I had a noise coming from the front driver tire.Not only did they get me in right away they offered and arranged a ride for me to get to work. (I had a friend already on standby!)It ended up to being a stick that was lodged between the left front coil spring and wheel.Problem resolved and car looked over to make sure ALL was welll.It was then delivered back to my employment locationNO CHARGE!Honest, helpful and friendly...what more could you ask for??Thank you to Britt and the staff at the Manitowoc location.

Had flat and went there to fix, as I just bought used car there. Tire couldnt be fixed. To get new one they wanted to charge me$ 237 for a tire. No way I went to Good Year, got tire for $45 and very friendly service

I went there to see if they would work on my chevy and I was told that they wouldnt work on it if all parts werent original. I have never heard a real auto repair shop or mechanic say this so if I were you I would avoid this dealer as it seems their goal is to try to sell you a new car. I would put a 0 star review due to the service managers rudeness and what seems like excuses for not knowing their stuff. I will not be stepping foot in this dealer again even when I am looking to buy a new chevy. I will go to another chevy dealer due to this as I have no faith in their capabilities from this one experience.
