Yet another wonderful experience with LDA Automotive. Les and Cody provided wonderful communication throughout the service on my Jeep. They went above and beyond in what was expected to repair my vehicle. I wasnt expecting to have some of the older parts sandblasted and repainted before reinstalling, nor did I expect them to clean up the oil splattered wheels from the leaking seal. The staff at LDA is always courteous and thorough in their explanation of their work.

Amazing service! Kindness. Generosity. A man of his word. I was heading to Door County for a vacation and had engine trouble and I was unfamiliar with Manitowoc and had no idea where to take my car for help. I felt quite vulnerable. Fortunately, I was able to get my vehicle to LDA Automotive where Les helped me out. Seriously, such a wonderful human!! Les went above and beyond for me. Even though he already had a lot full of cars that needed his attention, he and his team repaired my car and delivered it to me that same evening in Door County. Not only did Les repair my vehicle according to his high standards and professionalism, but the genuine kindness bestowed on me put me at ease. He kept telling me not to worry and everything would be okay, and it was! What could have been a really rough start to our family vacation turned out to be a small bump on the road thanks to Les and LDA Automotive!! Thank YOU LES!!!!!

LDA replaced the rear end in my Ford Explorer and they did a fantastic job. They presented me with the options i had, the costs of each option, and their operation was very transparent when it came down to what the time line was. My vehicle was done earlier than projected, the price was fair, and my vehicle is running great a few months later.

Les did an amazing job of telling us what needed repaired and why. Explained the cost and why. Les also did an amazing job of getting the car repaired fast. We were stranded 6 hours fromHome and Les went out of his way toMake sure he came back to his shop to help us. We were treated like family and he did such an amazing job. A little expensive but they know what they are doing

Another positive experience with LDA Automotive. Les has always been available to fully explain work that needs to be done and give fair prices. Upon completing the work, he thoroughly went over all the completed work. It took longer than expected, but Les charged only what he estimated. I will continue to have LDA Automotive complete any of my automotive needs.

LDA Auto. Is a shop that takes pride in there work. And not to proud to tell you if it is too much for them.( Some jobs needs a specialty shop.) They laid out for me options that other shops refuse to give. It takes three weeks to get in. So plan accordingly.

Lda automotive is in my opinion the best place (next to first chrysler) to get auto repairs. Les is very experienced, professional and always lets you know whats going on. The owner is so nice. He opened on his day off to fix my tire that had a bolt stuck in it. Nobody else could help me as they were all booked for at least a week. I dont know what I would have done as this is my work truck and Im three hours away from home- working and need my truck. Thank-you again so much!
