My wife and I got new phones today for the first time in 8 years.Excellent customer service.Shailby was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient us.After having the same phones for 8 years a new phone was a little challenging to navigate.
I love my experience with the Verizon store located on the east side of town, as they have always been solid in dealing with me. But this smaller store happened to be staffed with gentlemen who were way more concerned with giving price quotes on the high end - which I understand to a point -without ever trying to customize and find a middle ground. They seemed to enjoy smiling whenever they told you how expensive something was. Im sure it isnt like this for everyone.
Ive been in this store a couple different times and happen to be there when Mitchell is there. Every single time he is professional and extremely helpful. He is well knowledged about everything in the store and knows most of every single question by heart. Then ones he doesnt he double checks without me even having to ask. I am extremely pleased with the help and curiosity Ive been shown by Mitchell

Poorly staffed. Incredibly lazy employees seemed interrupted when I entered the empty store. The content of his comments were only reasons he cant help. Literally not a single word of constructive problem solving attempts. My impression was he was tired and sullen and did not want to get up out of his chair.
Mitchell is a rock star employee! Hes always the one we hope is there when we need a new screen protector to replace the the cracked one! Not only is he gifted at placing it just right, but he is always so kind and so knowledgeable with any questions we ask! He always makes us feel he is glad we are there, never makes us feel like a burden. He is such an asset to the company!

Mitchell was absolutely AMAZING! He answered all of my questions and I had a ton. Not only was I getting a phone for my daughter but I was also switching from an Android to an iPhone. He said the pros and cons and did not try to upsell. Gave us his card and did tell us he would even work out of his usual time if we needed any assistance in the future. Highly recommend him. Michael was extremely helpful with explaining all deals that were going on and promos in the store. Any questions I had were answered in great detail. Highly recommend him for promotion not only for his knowledge of all devices but his customer service was Exemplary.

If i could give less than one star i would. The employees will lie to you to get you to sign up for promotions that are all smoke and mirrors. They will make promises that are not true and you will literally pay for it in the long run with your hard earned money. My bill is nothing like they said it would be and they refuse to admit that they are wrong and that they made promises they could not make in the first place. I never write reviews, i try to give people the benefit of the doubt but in this case i feel like people need to know how shady this location is. Dont waste your time going here and go to an actual Verizon store.

I appreciate a clean store, precise options, knowledgeable and experienced about all makes and models of the phones. Dylan runs a great customer friendly store. He and his employees do everything they can to make sure you get only what you need without spending more than you want. I won’t ever go to another Verizon store. If you’re in the market for a new phone, make sure you stop in this Verizon authorized store. (But they’re only retail—can’t help you with your billing)

There are a huge amount of tech people that lack people skills. There are a lot of good people, especially seniors who lack the tech skills. If you want an excellent Verizon Tech, with exceptional patience, and super people skills, ask for Savannah. She worked for over 25 minutes with a very confused customer with amazing gifted care and understanding.
Ordered some phones, went to another Verizon store and they had them in stock. Tried to cancel the order, but the store I was at said they couldnt cancel it. I had to call the first store, and they said it would be done in 10 minutes. An hour later, it still wasnt canceled. Couldnt get the phones from store #2 until it was canceled. Finally went back to first store and was told that it would take up to 24 hours for it to go through. 3 hours later, Im going home with no new phones. What the heck!?!? Terrible communication between stores.
The last few times I renewed or upgraded. I went to a Target store because they were very helpful and personal and genuinely cared. I had not got that kind of service along time at a Verizon store in Manhattan Ks. In fact I dreaded going in the store for anything. If you did you had to wait hours. Yesterday that all changed for me. I went into the store by target and was greeted by Samantha. I told her what I want and she said she was going to ask her manager because she could not answer my question. Dillion came out and I told him what I wanted to drop the plan I had a nd get a new one. He looked over my plan and said he could help me that I had been a LOYAL customer for 19 years That hasBEEN THE ONLY TIME IN MY YEARS WITH VERISON THAT I felt like someone really cared Dillion was amazing. He and Samantha were very catering kind and answered all my questions and personal. My daughter was with me and she also got an upgrade Dillion was so very helpful with her. We have never had that kind of service It was like talking with friends. We had a great time and joking The experience was AWESOME. THEY BOTH REALLY NEED TO BE APPRECIATED BY THERE PEERS.
Vitra is by far the best place to come in Manhattan for anything concerning your phone.The Manager (Dylan Turrentine) is amazing, extremely helpful, and does not bagger you into anything you do not need. Super kind, and great customer service.Most definitely recommend this store over the one next to Walmart/ Tuttlecreek! You get way great one on one attention as well as service!

The store was great and the sales associates were nice . I was told my bill was going to be $185 a month my bill is $340. I called customer service they didnt help meI called the store back, talked to Mitch he said he was going to talk to Dillon and send everything to their account manager and get back in touch with me on tuesday . I called in on Monday. Its been almost a week no phone call. I called 3 times and left a message, still no phone call . I call in 3 times a day with no answer . Im getting very frustrated, I switched from att to Verizon. I paid $25 . Or so in store that dayMy bill is due soon and I was told it would be due at the end of the month and its due March 6th, still no answers to whats going onIm not happy with this at all . I switched from att to Verizon cuz my bill was to high.verizon gave me a good deal so I switched but now Im paying 200 over what I paid att.. very upset
Simply put, the convenience of this location is not worth the lack of caring service you can get at the other Manhattan location. At the other location, my problems were addressed with empathetic concern and the sales associate did everything in his power to resolve my problem to my satisfaction. Unfortunately in order to do the necessary overrides to the system I had to be in the store I purchased my phone from, so I was sent to this location. At this location, my problems were dismissed without apology and it seemed as though I was the silly one to even suggest the manager do an override so I could get my 27 day old phone replaced (because of a manufacturers mistake) in store instead of having to wait 4 days. Do yourself a favor if you want to be helped by someone who at least pretends to care: go to the East Manhattan location.

My experience was fine until I got the bill. I feel deceived. The manager and staff were all friendly but we had no idea what we had agreed to until it was too late. The estimate we were given for our monthly bill was $250. Turns out it will be $290. Nine days after getting our new phones and plan we get a bill for almost $500. Apparently there were some one time charges we didnt know about. We paid nearly $700 before we ever left the store. The great deal on the iPad mini we got is going to cost us an additional $20 per month for 24 months. Or, we can pay $175 to get out of the contract. It was never made clear to us that we were paying a monthly fee on top of the cost of the devise or that we had a contract. Expensive lesson learned. Do your research and ask lots of questions before you sign anything. And dont buy your phone case or screen protector at the Verizon store. Youll get a much better deal just about anyplace else.
This store charges you for things they can’t even tell you what’s it for! I had two set up charges but no one could explain the reason or difference for these so I have contacted headquarters. Screen protector very expensive, no receipt given upon purchase of products to break down prices, which is what you need to set up the warranty on it. Unprofessional when answering phone, not even asking how they can assist me or what their name is when saying their greeting. Taxes alone were almost $100 in Kansas due to county, local and state. Lesson learned I will not go here again.

Fast and informative service
Was charged more than once for the same product, then was told they were contacting their financial department to refund me. Had to wait 2 weeks until they told me I had to contact the financial department for them. I understand that accidents happen, but waiting 2 weeks for a refund and the amount of hoops I had to go through to finally get them to refund me was incredibly irritating. Very unprofessional and I would recommend going to an actual Verizon store and not an authorized dealer.
