Jesse McCollum was amazing help for me and my husband. He answered all our questions and explained things so we could understand our bill. He was thorough and made sure we left the store happy to be an AT&T customer. 10/10 highly recommend going to Jesse if you need any help at the store. I’ve had AT&T for 3 years and have dealt with many sales reps and he is by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

The store representative was awesome. The new phone would not transfer all the data from the old one. Internet was very very slow. So, I had to wait at home for iCloud to finish downloading my apps. That took a couple hours. I could make calls, but could not use my email or my bank apps for hours. I lost my information from the note app. I wasn’t aware that would not transfer. I should’ve copied that at home. ☹️Again, the representative was awesome !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rachel is awesome. I had gone to a store in Wichita but the 3 guys in there were to lazy to help me. Rachel spent over 45 mins helping me. She probably wanted to roll her eyes but she didnt. She was very professional and kind. If I lived closer this would be the store I used all the time.

Just recently went to check out a virus on my phone. Brad and the new manager Chris were incredibly wonderful. They talked to me about new deals and a plan that would be better for me but weren’t pushy. They handled my phone quickly and overall it’s been the best experience I’ve had with at&t in the 15 years we’ve been with them. Thanks guys!!

I have called the AT&T customer service hotline, and the Manhattan store a handful of times over the course of a year. The service has always been helpful but, I spoke to Chris from the Manhattan store today. He instantly put me in a comfortable mood with such charisma and charm that I actually ENJOYED the task of getting WiFi set up for my home. He was by far, hands down, the best person to talk to. He made everything so quick and easy and FUN. Honestly, any company with an employee like Chris should feel proud and lucky because he is definitely the kind of employee that would make customers want to keep coming back.i cannot rave enough about this person.

We went there to switch our service from TMobile to AT&T and were assisted by Brad. He was so helpful and made the process the easiest I think switching services could ever be! He answered every one of our questions clearly, explained the whole process as he was doing it, and even out on a TV show for our kids so they would be entertained while we did what we came to do. I could not say enough good things about AT&T and Brad. 10/10!!

I recently was sent a new upgraded sim card and when it was installed, my phone quit working. Called customer service and after 3 wasted hours the problem was unresolved. I was told my phone was an unsupported device, although I knew definitely otherwise. I went to the Manhattan Kansas AT&T store and was warmly greeted by Brad, Ruth and get this, former employee Kyle! Kyle gave me the correct number to call in the future and Ruth and Brad efficiently solved my problems. I cant overstate how nice and how knowledgeable they were. Monique arrived later and what a wonderful person she is. Great team, great job!

While I was in the hospital, legitimately clinging to life, my mother and daughter went into the store to try and pay my bill. The manager, Stuart, proceeded to say that they could not do that, as it was not AT&T;s policy to tell how much the bill costs, and my mom could just give them some money and they would see if that covered it. My daughter suggested bringing my ID, as it was returned to them from my belongings from the hospital, and Stuart then pointed at my 7 year old and exclaimed, thats a federal offense, do you want to go to jail? He also suggested she should have been left in the car. I have been an AT&T customer since 2007, with multiple services, and this is simply appalling. I have escalated this up the food chain at AT&T, but I wanted the public to know as well, how this individual treated a mother and her granddaughter, trying to take care of someone potentially on their deathbed.

We recently ordered the AT&T bundle for our home. We thought we were getting receivers for our televisions but were not able to confirm it. I wasnt able to get any answers from the app, toll-free numbers, or chat. I went to this store for advice. They went above and beyond...figured out that receivers were never included in our order, then ordered them and took payment on site. Great customer service! And they are making my mom very happy that she will have her tv available again in a couple of days. Thank you so much for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and hard work! I should have just gone to the store to order the service from the beginning.

I was trying to move service from Boost to ATT and after two attempts online I finally went to the store. I was met by Rachel who did an amazing job of getting my service transferred. Despite Boost refusing to unlock 3 phones, Rachel was able to find a deal where I received great phones and we were able to keep all five phone numbers. Stu the manager was even able to get a phone from Topeka to Manhattan so we all got the phone we wanted. The service received by Rachel, Stuart and the other Gentleman (I forgot his name) was amazing and I would strongly recommend going to see them for all your wireless needs!

I went in to the store before Thanksgiving to sign up for Internet and TV. I had the good fortune of having Kyle assist me. A few weeks later I was having difficulty hooking up the TV, Kyle came over at the end of his shift and set it up for me. He did an amazing job. 5 stars!

So helpful, I went in to try and figure out a way to get my son a new phone so he would have a newer one. We have 6 lines threw ATT. A lady named Beth helped me with all the questions and concerns I had. She was not pushy to get me the most expensive phone and listened to what our families needs and wants were. She went over all our options and fees for me. This is not my first time in the Manhattan Ks store. I have been a ATT customer for several years and she is by far the best associate I have had help me. We are patiently waiting for the upgraded 12! We love ATT! Great coverage in our area.

The manager of the store in Manhattan KS help me solve the problems of my phones and internet because the call center screwed everything up and/or didnt inform me about anything that needed to be done for the transfer or anything like that. She also signed me up for a great deals and now I won’t have to worry about anything else and if I do I’ll just go to the store and ask there. She was very informational, kind, and patient. I will be going back there and I’ll send people her way if they are in need of help.

Horrible service at this location. I cant remember who helped me, Bethe or something like that. I tried to change my phone plan and they did not tell me about all the hidden fees, so my $70 bill become $140. They also did not have me set up a pin number, so when I canceled and switched back to my previous provider, I could not port my phone number back over. Extremely extremely annoying. Now I am STILL dealing with AT&T customer service for WEEKS because even though I canceled within 3 days (actually only after 1 day), I still have a $100 bill on my account for a short month when I was told that I would not be charged a single dime for canceling within 3 days of activation. I am extremely angry that not only I was not informed about the hidden fees and LIED to about the total monthly charge, but I have also had to call almost TEN TIMES now to get my billing issue resolved and NOTHING has been done so far. I will never ever ever ever ever go back to AT&T for wireless service ever again.

Done w At&t shouldnt be this hard to correct an issue. Canceled bank card put on another card now they charging both then Wana ask me for a 3rd card and they would cancel other 2 on file. Now y wld I do that so I can charge all 3 next month smh and English stop giving our jobs to people over seas. Plenty of U.S. citizens needing work!!!!!

Love the place! It is Well kept, there is very friendly staff that always seems happy to help with any questions or concerns. location is kept clean and tidy. Parking availability and accessibility was great had no problems finding and assessing parking, as with the inside, the outside of the premises was kept nice and clean, location is easy to find, typically always able to get right in when needed and if needed get right out. Overall very pleasurable experience and would recommend to anyone.

My roommate and I had to change our WiFi location and we both collectively sat on the phone for a total of 12 hours just to get absolutely nowhere. I could not recommend enough going anywhere else than here. Trying to invent your own wifi would be faster than sitting through the call centers and assortments of people to just get told to talk to the same people again. If you’re reading this and haven’t made up your mind GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

DO NOT TRUST THEM AND READ THE CONTRACTSigned up last year for a promotion that bundled WiFi and At&T TV for a year that had discounted prices and included $200 in visa. Greta told us that we just had to sign two contracts for paperwork purposes and that they would be tied together in this bundle package that we were getting. She said that since it was a new deal that they didn’t have the paperwork that really included it in their store yet and was tying it together online and by checking a box on the paper. I thought it was odd but went with and and later spent hours on the phone because they were actually two separate contracts and and not the special bundle package. The people I talked to eventually got me down to the correct payments after originally charging me the full amount for both instead of the bundle price. Ended up only getting one $100 visa and had to make two separate payment each month which was a major pain but it wasn’t worth the headache to fix. Then at the end of the year I call to cancel my subscription which means I have to call two different departments in AT&T because I wasn’t under one bundled contract and the WiFi one was correct and easy but then when it came to AT&T TV they told me that I had to pay over $200 because I was actually in a two year contract... I was told directly that she would handle it so they would be tied together in the one year special but she never did and lied to me about it, sticking me with a two year contract that I never wanted and have to now pay to get out of.

I went in to see about lowering my bill. The idiot that worked there stated I was all set and my new bill would be $136.00. I then get a bill for $283. I went in to ask him why and he stated well you know there are the prorated charges for switch in the middle of a billing cycle. I asked him why he didnt explain that because had I known I would have never switched. All he cared about was his commission. Find another AT&T store. These people will make everything look good just to get a commission. They could care less about you or your family. They would rather take money off your childrens table then tell you the facts. All just to make a few bucks. TERRIBLE STORE, HORRIBLE SALES REPS, and the Worse customer service I ever experienced.

I called the Manhattan, Kansas, store so to speak with someone locally (instead of calling the 800 number). The person who answered my call Cassidy was VERY rude to me. When I tried to repeat my question (asking it in a different way) because otherwise her answer was not specific to my original question ... she interrupted me saying you asked a question and I told you the answer, now have a good day and without allowing me any further communication SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! totally unprofessional and totally unacceptable! Whats up with that?! The ONLY reason there is one star for a rating is because the AT&T public post of this comment would not allow me to post my comment unless at least one star was clicked. I give this store and customer service a ZERO stars and big thumbs DOWN!!!

They were not able to answer any general questions whatsoever about the plans and deals they had to offer. I had to go to a different AT&T in Topeka to receive a better understanding of what plans and promotions they had!

I came in and was assisted by the most helpful associate, her name was Cassidy. She went above and beyond with assisting me with the canceling of the services for my uncle. I wasn’t in a very good mood when I entered (as can be imagined), but upon leaving the store I was very confident that everything was done to the T, per Cassidy’s help. Because of her helpfulness, I’m even thinking about canceling my services with my current provider and getting my own AT&T account. I knew I wouldn’t get a survey for her as I don’t currently have an account so I wanted to ensure she would get her credit where credit is due, would forever recommend AT&T services based on this experience with Cassidy. A few observations that I have for this particular AT&T location. 1. The staff is friendly for the most part. 2. The store is clean and has a presentable appearance. So why a two star review you might ask? 3. My biggest complaint and something that I feel should be revised is the store hours! 10am-7pm M-F. I know people in the area who go to work before that and don’t get off until after that. 4. Amount of locations! 1. AT&T between Manhattan and Junction City. Verizon has at least 3 locations that I can think of. You cannot tell me that there isn’t enough demand for multiple locations due to the fact that there is not only a major college in Manhattan, but also a Military base roughly 15 miles away! Just my thoughts on the situation and again it’s not the store or the staff it’s merely how AT&T is losing out on business!
