He promised that my broken phone screen would be done in 20 minutes. The mall was closing, and he got it done in THIRTEEN MINUTES!!!! And offered a deep discount for the repair and a good case to protect against a 5 year old who likes to Chuck my electronics.This experience was unbelievable.

I brought it in for a screen repair and when I got the phone back, the volume buttons were messed up. The screen was not put in place well and I was able to move it in and out. When I bought it back to be fixed again, he refused and laughed. He said he would charge for anything broken in the process of fixing it again. Never going back there again.

I paid 170 to fix the shattered back of my iPhone X. I got back a phone back that is bent and it doesn’t not properly fit my phone. When I brought it to the gentlemen’s attention he told me that he had got it from a previously broken phone. He did not tell me this until after it was fixed. It’s definitely superglued because you can see the glue marks. The flash to the camera isn’t flush with the rest of the camera and it’s off centered. I plan on messaging the gentlemen who fixed it to get a refund because I’m definitely not going there again.

I got my screen repaired there and my screen now has a corner that’s darker than the rest when I used to be able to lower the brightness. The brightness of my screen doesn’t change at all. And when I look at my phone from the side the screen has a little bit of a bend.

I came in there today to get my battery changed the person working and gave me a chance to watch him work and even though there was a good chance that my phone screen or something else would get broken with the repairs when it was done there wasnt even a scratch and everything works well afterward. Had a shattered phone screen. Went to replace it and the price that was offered was less than then Mobile Revive in town so I decided to give it a try. I got my phone back and he did a good job on my screen except my home button and lock screen button was only working half of the time. His explanation for why was poor and I left super upset. Went to Mobile Revive they fixed the problem for free in less than 2 minutes! Pay the little extra and go to Mobile Revive it’s worth it!
