Have bought multiple things here. This is not you big box store they have great service. Not pushy and no pressure to buy. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from them in May 2019. It is already malfunctioning and not maintaining the freezer temp. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was quite condescending. He told me to call Whirlpool and hope that they could help me. When I purchased it they made sure to tell me that they really take care of their customers and back their products and call them should anything go wrong. I guess that’s just lip service. They are wonderful during the actual sale…after that, not so much.

Went to Manhattan Appliance & Sleep Source after having a bad experience at a different store. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with them. Night and day difference between them and a big box store. Same price, cheaper delivery, more knowledge, and better service than the big box store!

Their prices are extremely competitive. But their service and patience in answering questions was exceptional! No comparison to the terrible help at a box store. So thankful we went there. Great experience!

After we got back frim our vacation we had to go and buy a new dryer. Manhattan Appliance the workers were very friendly and helpful and had quick delivery the same day we bought it. They also hauled our old dryer away. They gave us a time when they would be out and they were 30 minutes early. They do call you when they are about ready to deliver.

After having a stressful time dealing with a big chain store and our 5 month old fridge quitting, ultimately going a week without a fridge, we went to Manhattan Appliance & Sleep Source to purchase a new one. It took us less than 30 minutes with help of Kayden to pick out what we wanted and they delivered to us the same day although they were busy! Excellent experience.

This place is fantastic. Nate and the staff were able to help me find a refrigerator quickly and the crew that came and installed it were efficient and capable. I needed something quick (old refrigerator died) and they had exactly what I wanted in stock. Thank you so much Manhattan Appliance!

Great selection, superior service. Cant recommend getting appliances from this great local businesses any higher than 5 stars, or I would. I went in and got a washer and dryer set and they were able to deliver and install the next day! Their prices are equal to or lower than corporate big box stores.

In my opinion very poor customer service. Bought a Samsung washer and dryer right before covid. When they brought the washer and dryer out to set it up they dragged mud into the house, up the stairs and into the laundry area. Never said a word about the mud. Scratched both the washer and dryer installing them. Due to covid I waited a few months to take them the lint basket to see what could be done with it as it is very hard to open to clean it. I was told I should have brought it in earlier but could not due to covid restrictions. Was given a business card with an 800 number on it to call to purchase a new one. One year later we decided to unstack our washer and dryer and put them on pedastals. Found the dryer was missing all four feet as they had been removed for the stacking. Called the store and they did not know what the installers did with the feet but was given an 800 number to call to purchase new ones at my expense. $62 later out of my pocket I received new feet. They do not care about you after the sale.

This is the most phenomenal appliance store that Ive experienced yet. I spent many days looking at prices for a dishwasher and I went almost everywhere from Sears to Best Buy looking for one. My first experience going to the Manhattan Appliance & Sleep Source was last Friday. My husband and I were greeted immediately when we walked in and they earned our business over their attentive employs and front desk customer service. They delivered and installed our dishwasher within 2 days and the gentlemen that installed it were very polite and professional. We recommend and will be shopping here again for our next major appliance!

If you need appliances, go see Kayden! Don’t go to the big box stores, they won’t give you the service like you get from this place! I won’t go anywhere else for appliances from here on out! I was driving through the parking lot and almost got hit by a guy in a huge, white, four door, GMC truck. He followed behind me and almost rammed my car twice. When I parked my car to get him to stop, he got out and screamed at me as I was calling 911. He was wearing a Manhattan Appliance & Sleep Source polo shirt. Beware the someone terrifying like this might come to your house to deliver your appliances. He will know where you live, and might come back to your house if you piss him off.

I called ahead told Alex what I was looking for and Id swing by the store to look at the options. He did his prep while anticipating my arrival. I was able to get everything I wanted in a new dishwasher, purchased and loaded up no more than ten minutes in the store. Ordered appliances for our new house three years ago. They were awesome then, beating every price around from the big box stores. When our washing machine started going out this month, we again looked at them. They were priced the same as the big box stores for the model we were looking at purchasing. The real difference was the delivery. All the big box stores were a month out. Manhattan Appliance delivered and installed the next day.

I walked in with some idea of what I wanted but needed a comparison between products. They were honest and knowledgeable with their recommendations and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. I ordered it on the spot and had it delivered and installed a few days later. Its been excellent and has worked exactly as they said. I had previously gone to Home Depot but didnt feel like I was getting detailed advice about which washer/dryer set was better for my needs. Would recommend this place to everyone!

I was told I could reuse my cooktop so I bought an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. My custom ordered oven would not work with my existing cooktop (not returnable) and there was no apology and they seemed confused why I was upset about having to spend another $1500 so I could install my oven. Complete indifference on their part.

I found this establishment a breath of fresh air in a world of hurry up and wait. I purchased a refrigerator for my daughter while visiting Manhattan and it was delivered the next day. They even came back a few days later and moved the handles. After using it for a few days I realized the handles would work better on the opposite side...they sent someone right over. It’s hard to find that kind of service. After getting home I needed a new range for my guesthouse. I purchased it 2 weeks ago and today I received from a call from the store telling me it will be another two weeks before it can be delivered. Sometimes you don’t have a month to wait when an appliance goes out. I’d love to have an appliance store like this I’m my area. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you for your great customer service and treating customers like they matter.

Great service! Allowed us to look around without hovering over us but was able to answer any questions when we had them. Prices were same as other places and the matched if they weren’t.Had dishwasher in stock and had it out and ready to load in the time it took me to pay. Will being buy all my appliances there for now on and would recommend same to others.

The Sleep Source products are the best! I purchased a washer, dryer and a dishwasher this past year and they are working beautifully! The staff are super friendly and very efficient!

Been buying appliances from them for over 10 years. Had to replace my fridge, range, microwave last year and a washer and dryer this year. They deliver and set up and very friendly from the sales person to the delivery crew. They were very mindful not to scratch my wooden floors. I highly recommend them. I dislike chain stores and always support our locally owned businesses.

These guys are always helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. We have u@d them for appliance installation several times now. Always prompt and careful not to damage floors, doors etc. Have never had a call back issue with them.

We have shopped with Manhattan Appliance and Sleep Source twice and have been SUPER impressed each time.1.) Our fridge crapped out on a Saturday. We realized 30 mins before the store closed. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They helped us find a comparable fridge, in like 10 minutes and even gave us a loaner fridge until the one we ordered came in. WHO DOES THAT?! They do.2.) We just bought a home that doesn’t have appliances, so obviously I scoured the internet for the best deals because we needed EVERYTHING. We went into MHK Appliance and told them what we were looking at. The man helping us was so nice, very informative and really worked to give us the best deal possible. He also made it possible to have our appliances delivered this weekend, in our new city (45 mins away).We appreciate this small business, and are so happy we chose to support them during this Corona time. If you need new appliances, now is the time and Manhattan Appliance and Sleep Source is the place to go!

Super friendly staff and prices to beat the big box stores. Purchased several home appliances here, shop local. They stand by their product and truly want to make the customer happy!!

We purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher with the fan-enabled ProDry system. The store was very helpful with finding us the best dishwasher for our needs (quiet, dries dishes thoroughly) at the best price. They matched the best price in town for the exact same product and helped us secure the manufacturer rebate. Then they scheduled the delivery promptly once the dishwasher arrived in town. When they unpacked the dishwasher at our house, it had a small dent. Since the dent was on the back and appeared to be cosmetic only, they said we could wait for another dishwasher or receive a small cash discount $75). Nice to have that option. Once the dishwasher was installed the store was very helpful with customer service. For the first couple of weeks we were not convinced that the dishwasher functioned properly because the dishes were not dry, even with enabling the fan option. But it turns out that there is a film (invisible) on the plastic racks inside of new dishwashers, and it just took a couple of weeks of regular use to rinse away that film. Since then, the dishwasher has worked great -- very quiet and dry. The racks move so smoothly on the rollers compared to other brands. We appreciate how patient the store was with us and how they were even willing to schedule a complimentary visit from a KitchenAid repair specialist to make sure the dishwasher was functioning properly. We didnt need that service call, though; once we ran the dishwasher about 10 times everything was much drier. Bottom Line: great customer service before AND after the sale; fabulous dishwasher; we will definitely shop here for other appliances.

Service is beyond the best.

These guys are wonderful! Our 16 year old washing machine died the day before we moved from Virginia to Manhattan. These guys offered same day delivery of a new washing machine when the chain stores wouldnt. They also matched the big store prices. We will be back.

I have never been in a nicer store. The way the merchandise is displayed to the staff who were very nice. My wife and I bought a new refrigerator there. We were in and out of the store in twenty minutes. They delivered and installed the new fridge the same day. A young man by the name of Payton delivered and installed the new fridge. He deserves 5 stars for the work he did. A great guy. He deserves a raise. This is the only store we will go to for our appliances. They even have stuff for BBQ.

I met Trent Severs as soon as I entered the store. He was well-informed and friendly. Quickly help me narrow down the dishwashers to a few which would fit my needs. He let we wander around and open and close the dishwasher doors as many times as I thought I needed to! He was genuine and cared about my concerns since I had just come off a bad experience with my previous dishwasher. Trent price matched another company in town, made me aware of a promotional rebate, and was able to schedule the install for the very next afternoon. Pretty amazing actually. It was refreshing to have such a smooth transaction. The next day, the installer was top notch. Friendly, well-dressed, competent and paid very close attention to details. His professionalism was noted. My purchase was a KitchenAid KDTE334GPS dishwasher. We are very pleased with choosing Manhattan Appliance! Thanks guys!!!

Our refrigerator decided to quit today and my husband and I were trying to hurry up and get a new one purchased. No one in town has refrigerators in stock regularly besides this place. Also they didn’t have what we needed on hand but they tried their best to get it to us as quickly as possible and they were happy to stay within our budget. It was a blessing to find this store after the horrible experience we had previously today at Best Buy.

I had two sleeping babies when Alex and Caden showed up (right on time, I might add) to deliver and install my dishwasher, and those same babies were still sleeping when I left! Most professional appliance delivery men, ever! I let them know of naptime when they arrived and they were so quick, quiet and clean with the removal and installation that I never would’ve known they were there! They even double checked that the color was correct before they brought it in, since they were removing a black machine and installing a white one. So impressed with these young men and their courtesy and professionalism!

I had written a very negative review. Since then Trent has contacted us ask about the problem and sent Josh and Flint to our house to put a new door on our new refridgerator. The new door was installed Josh and Flint did excellent work. Very nice people. Problem was solved. I would recommend this business to everyone.

They will beat the big store prices. They will also show up on time with deliveries. Will be returning for another purchase.

Oh Boy, Richard was the most helpful guy Ive ever come in contact with. He even went as far as going into the warehouse and carrying a king bed out on his back and loaded it onto the trailer behind my dually. We also ordered a set of Jenair appliances and Richard came out and installed the dishwasher. They have smokers too that they were grillin free chicken samples on. Talk about service!! I would highly recommend getting your appliances or beds here.

Bought some new appliances for my rental house. Got a pretty good deal but when I had an issue with the range not heating in the oven they tried to pass me on to anyone but them to take care of it. I finally called an appliance store from Clay Center to come fix it and ended up getting the washer and dryer from them also instead of going back to Manhattan Appl & Sleep.

They had exactly what I needed at a great price!
