Apple Watch -- I use all other Apple products and find them to be great products.The Watch, while nice and works great is quite fragile.Apple considers it a throwaway if anything happens to it. If you do not pay the $79 for extended care they will fix a $400 watch for $300.While they advertise sapphire glass or strong unscratchable faces you have to add $300 to get that.Many things to like about the watch.Durability is not one of them.

Quite a place. Lots of different stores and choices. Came back from WV and seemed to forget what a Mall looked like. Everything from food to clothes to novelties. More fun then a possim in a gum tree.

Terrible service. Do not trust what they tell you on the phone!!I called the telephone number for the store to see if they had an 1phone 12, 128G White available. The service representative checked and said it was in stock (wait time for the online order was 11-18 days!!!). She offered to make an appointment. I explained that I was at least an hour away and would prefer to just drive over and pick it up. I asked if I could do that and was told I could.On arriving at the apple store I was told that I could not buy the phone without an appointment. I explained that I was told I could by customer service and had driven over an hour to buy it. I also said I did not need it set up and would simply like to give them my Amex card for the charge and they could give me the cell phone in a box.I was again told they could not help me. I then politely asked to speak to the store manager. When she arrived she said she could not help and it would be unfair for her to treat me differently than other customer. I pointed out that other customers had not been mislead by Apple Customer Service. She did not appear to feel this was relevant for her management of the store.My daughter is insisting on having the phone for a birthday present so I am now driving another 2hrs on Tuesday.Deeply frustrated and disappointed with Apple!

A woman at the entrance informed me I would need a mask to enter, but that was no issue. I looked around for a bit and though I was low on cash and only bought a $9 adapter I had a great conversation with a staff member, I think his name was Wyatt. I didn’t get a good enough look at the name tag. He answered all of my questions and was very charismatic. Apple recently had got these new portable batteries for you to charge your phone and they were displayed with iPhone 12 cases so I asked if they worked with 11’s and him and I both learned something knew and that is they don’t. 10/10 experience

My fiancé and I both decided to get new IPhone 12 Pro Max today and scheduled an appointment for 5:45pm. David K helped us and saying he was helpful would be an understatement!! He transferred everything for us and got us all set up with all the accessories we needed! We can not thank David enough for making our experience a great one!

I had a seamless and quick experience buying a Macbook Pro this past weekend at this Apple location. Ive had Macbooks in the past so I didnt really have too many questions, but the employee still seemed knowledgeable plus she was really friendly. Im from Ontario, Canada so it was even cheaper to buy a Mac here with 0% tax even with the exchange rate which is amazing. The negative experience of our visit was that my boyfriend is trying to switch his iTunes/Apple Store to a USA account as we are both Canadian. Unfortunately, the employees werent really sure how to do this and werent able to help. Moving to a new country doesnt seem that out of the ordinary, so Im not sure why they have no employees trained in a situation like this. Everyone was still friendly though.

My wife and I need to come back here again because at our last visit we didnt give ourselves the time we needed to check everything out that we wanted, it was very nice and its businesses inside had excellent and extremely helpful employees and for us thats rare to run into that many pleasant people in one place, almost unheard-of

Why do I have to book an appointment to buy anything there? Are you insane? This is an awful business tactic to look woke. I am willing to walk in and buy a product but no I have to make an appointment to come the next day. Apple has now turned into purely into look over function. All they care about it keeping an image of woke covid policy. There is no mandate for capacity limit. Let people shop.

Was told to bring my device in to be serviced after driving a hour to get there was told they don’t do watch repairs there needed to send it out then when the worker (who claimed to be the supervisor) couldn’t get my watch band off (cause it was dirty) wanted to charge me 65.00 for unnatural damage that my Apple care wouldn’t cover she couldn’t understand my frustration and told me if I didn’t have a better attitude she would give me back my merchandise (unfixed) and I could leave!!!! After taking back my watch I walked out of the store and pushed the button while wiggling the band and it came right off!!!!! As if Apple doesn’t make enough money already I was going to be charged 65.00 cause the supervisor couldn’t get the band off I’ve bought 1000’s of dollars worth of merchandise from that store and now will never shop there again!!!!!!!!! I’ve met some pretty nice people in there and this one person had to ruin for the rest of them !!!!!!!! My experience there has me thinking of going back to android. He was very patient, very helpful, very professional, very knowledgeable about the products. I am writing this review because I wanted to give him the credit he deserves for being a great employee! Ordered a phone for pickup at 6:30. Got home early and checked the status of the order and it said it was ready. I called Apple to see if I could reschedule the appointment to pick it up early. The guy on the phone said oh your order is ready, you don’t need to change your appointment you can just come in and pick it up. I drove 45 minutes to the store because it was the closest store that had it in stock, just to be told no you can’t pick up your order until your scheduled time. My scheduled time was over 2 hours away so either wait over 2 hours, drive home and back, or cancel my order. Then they wouldn’t even cancel it they made me call Apple which took over an hour and a half on the phone to cancel. I tried clicking the link in the email to cancel, and shockingly it didn’t work just like none of the people I dealt with today worked.

Went here during Covid times - good protocols (strict enough to keep everyone safe but not too crazy). We looked at macbooks and phones with the help of Ben, whom I would give another star to if I could. Super knowledgeable, very friendly, and a generally great attitude. Hope to come back soon!

What a waste of time, I was told by the store they are matching Verizon promotion of trading select broken phones to get upto $1000 of but when they start upgrading they said they can’t do broken screen phones as an upgrade because they don’t have an option in the system and asked me to go to Verizon store

They have a really nice system where they line people out in front of the store but also not blocking shoppers walking through the mall. They have a good crew and security. Even on their busiest days they always have the backup, sometimes even the police to help. Great system overall. I appreciate not having ti fight through a crowd of people.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Apple Store in the Mall of NH. Tyler and Kiki were extremely patient, helpful, kind, and friendly with me and my children and all our questions.Everyone at the store was amazing: the security who brought us to and from the store, the staff checking us in, all the employees that we encountered during our visit. Everyone had a smile and a kind word. Although I have never had a negative experience here, I would say that during a pandemic their customer service couldn’t be more important. I drive an hour to visit this store and will continue to do so!

However, I have 3 devices to pick up. they did not want to give me the three devices at the same time, because the limit is you receive 2 devices at a time. The came to the appointment in time. Very impressed with the way Apple is handling things during the global pandemic. Everyone coming in is screened and then sent to connect immediately with the right Apple team member for their needs. Ensures that people arent wandering around aimlessly and get the help they need without prolonged waiting.The employees themselves are knowledge and happy to engage. Makes a very nice change from stores where the employees are only vaguely aware of the intricacies of the devices sold. While not a huge user of Apple devices, the store experience is worthwhile.

Ordered 5 phones for a total of more than $ 6,000. Went there, give on one phone and say wait in line. I don’t understand why buying online if I wait. and in the end they tell me that we don’t have a package. 5 phones on hand and no package !! I went to a store nearby, asked for packages. it all took exactly an hour. to your store, even 1 star is larger. I will never go to this store again. very displeased !

I have an Apple Pencil that is only 5 months old. It isn’t working and was tested by a Best Buy Apple Solutions Consultant who told me the item is under warranty but she could not do that. Only an Apple store can. I made a “shopping” appointment and was told when I arrived that I should have made a “technician” appointment so there was nothing they could do. It didn’t occur to me that since the pencil had been analyzed already and found to be worthy of replacement, I needed a formal technical appointment. In other words only an Apple store technician can issue a warranty replacement. I drove 70 miles back and forth to be told to go home, there was no technician free. A “shopping specialist” cannot do that monumental task! I find the bureaucracy of a public company like Apple appalling. There was no effort to accomplish what was at best a ten minute transaction or to serve a customer to the level of satisfaction one should have. The pompous manager actually had the audacity to compare my lack of understanding about the type of appointment I needed to not having a doctor’s appointment. As a Ph.D., I find that beyond ridiculous and insulting. Who is Apple? I guess they are the newest ruling power in our already totally messed up country.

Came here 3 separate times to get the new iPhone 11 with my wife, and 2 of those trips we left empty handed because they were “sold out”. Today we came in for a pickup after finally learning that we need to order one ahead of time, and we’re stuck sitting here in line for over an hour while literally NOBODY has helped us, or even given us a time estimate for when we can receive the product we already paid for. Anywhere else and we would have gotten in and out in less than 10 minutes. Upon questioning the guy helping us why it would take over an hour to simply pick up a phone, he simply told us “I know” like it’s something they’re supposed to do. Apple’s complete lack of customer service really shows. Never buying from here again.

I had quite the disappointing experience at this store yesterday (7/9). While vacationing in New Hampshire, I broke my current iPhone and needed a new one ASAP for work. I drove for over 3 1/2 hours from Jackson, NH to Manchester, NH to make it to this Apple store. (The drive normally should take about 2 hours, but I sat through quite a bit of traffic.) Due to the traffic, I was only going to make it to the store about 5 minutes before closing. Knowing this, when I was about 30 minutes away, I called to ask an associate if I should still bother coming in because Id be arriving almost as they were closing and was unsure if Id still be able to buy a phone. They informed me that as long as I got there before the doors closed, theyd take care of me. Fast forward 30 minutes and I arrived at 5:55pm with the doors still opened (after sprinting through the mall to get there.) I informed an associate right away about what had transpired and that I knew exactly what phone I wanted and that it would be for T-Mobile. He went to talk to the manager. The manager indicated that they could not sell me a phone and sent him back over to me to just offer a flat no without even speaking to me himself. At that point, I asked to speak with the manager personally. He came over and said that T-Mobile activations take from 15-25 minutes and he didnt want to wait as they were closing. Once again, he told me no and I left the mall. Throughout this process I apologized profusely about coming late and I understand where an associate would be coming from about the late arrival(although they were all VERY receptive.) The manager however surprised me a great deal. I worked in retail for over 5 years myself and currently work in e-commerce. Everywhere Ive worked has made customer service a focus and has gone above and beyond to help the customer. Apple (in my prior experiences) had always been big on ensuring customer success. This manager and this experience overall demonstrated otherwise to me. I would assume that they all dont walk out of the store at 6pm on the dot, and the manager would most likely be there till 6:30-6:45pm. I would have really appreciated some help, and my hope for it is why I kept driving through all the traffic. All I left with in return was very little sympathy, a flat no, and a broken iPhone in my pocket. Sorry for the long winded review, I never write these things, but I just wanted to express my disappointment.

If you prefer to have your computer dropped off get quoted price to have it repaired then get hit with additional costs later., Then have people try and convince you that it’s your fault. Then I highly recommend this is the place to waist your hard earned money.Customer service was bogus and I continued to get the company script as to why it’s the consumer’s fault. Nice job apple as if you don’t get enough money from the consumer. Thank you for the song, tap dance and bs stories as to why you have no accountability or ability to help your customer. F for effort and dealing with the customer.If I could put a negative star I would. I’d rather donate money to a good cause next time than be insulted with your excuses.

My iPhone is 1 year and 3 days old iPhone XS Max 256GB. iPhone wouldn’t power on. They would not help me out and replace it, they wanted $560 because it was 3 days past the year mark. I’ve bought iPhones my whole life. Not anymore. I will switch to Samsung I herd those phones last more then a year. 3 days!!! You don’t care about your customers!

They were helpful with my brand new MacBook Air, 6 days old and already dead. But even if I didnt buy it at the Apple Store, they should stand behind their products and replace it. Instead of sending it out to get fixed, so I have to go without access to my stuff. They save all your passwords for you, then you have no access if you Apple product dies. Really not cool. Staff was as helpful as they could be, respectful and nice. The policy isnt right and should be changed.

I will give 3 stars just because I don’t like to complain! I bought an iPhone, after a week it broke (got super hot and didn’t opened anymore) I went there to change it I waited 2 hours for an technician! We got seated at a table and we waited for another half hour, someone finally came an I think it took 4 minutes to replace the phone! I was very disappointed because the person who took my name was the same person that helped me ( and before he came to help me he was just standing around)

What a joke! Went to the store to get Apple Watch fixed, 20+ employees working in the store standing there doing nothing. One approaches me, I tell him that I would like to get my watch screen fixed and he then takes me to another employee standing there doing nothing. This employee tells me that I need to send the watch out for repair, which I expected. He then tells me that I will need to wait over 2 hours to speak with a technician or the next available appointment they have is 3 days later! I then say can’t I just have it sent out for repair, he proceeds to tell me that the technician needs to look at it, I say what for the screen is clearly broken and he tells me that they just need to look at it. Then proceeds to tell me that someone else needs to free up to get the process going hence why the 2+ hour wait time. I say what about all the people standing around including you? He then tells me all he can do is have me wait or schedule the appointment for 3 days later. Horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time to have something sent out for repairs, completely unbelievable! Would highly recommend not going to this location!!!

For a company that takes pride in their innovation, their customer service practices are archaic. Often times you can only receive service in a timely manner if you plan a day ahead and (or more) and make an appointment. Gone are the days where customers can walk into a store and receive device repair assistance. I had an appointment that was pushed off numerous times. Apple staffs these stores with too many sales representatives and doesnt supply enough skilled labor (genius bar representatives) to meet the demand of their customers in a timely, and convenient manner.)Obviously, Apples business model is to sell sell sell above all, no matter the cost to their customers.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I walked up to the store and the line was very looooong. A representative came out to us asked if we had an appointment.. told him yes then he escorted us to the back of the store passing all those people in line to a seat to wait for a tech support representative. With in 2mins the tech came, fixed the problem under 5mins. They are so quick and helpful. Just make sure you call ahead n get an appointment. When you get to the store just look for a representative and tell them your appointment time. They handle and take care of everything. ☆☆☆☆☆

Im not a fan of going into Apple stores but this one changed my mind. My computer dies suddenly and they were attentive from moment I stepped in store. Long story short my situation required calling several times and going in several times. Went there for a very simple procedure. Getting battery replacement for two iphone 6 plus. Told to come back in one hour. Came back in one hour and was told that one was completed and the second was almost finished. Told to return in 15 more minutes. Came back in 15 minutes and was told that one phones home button did not work so they were going to replace display since they believed that to be the issue. Told to come back in a half an hour. Came back in one half hour and was told that once the display was replaced the phone would not power up. At that point I was told they were going to replace that phone for free (but still charging me for the battery after destroying my phone and data). While they were informing me that they destroyed one of the phones they also informed me that the second phone was destroyed as well, so they were replacing that phone as well. Two phones destroyed, tons of photos, documents, and contacts destroyed.Then, as if that was not enough, they gave me two replacement phones that were not unlocked like the ones they destroyed and then to make matters worse they were unable to activate them. We still have not been able to get the two phones activated. Not looking forward to tomorrow and the additional aggravation I will go through getting this issue straightened out. So I arrived with two phones that needed a simple battery replacement and left the genius bar with two bricks and a ton of lost contacts and memories.This is not the first bad experience we have had at the Mall of New Hampshire Apple store, and I would not recommend taking your devices there unless you are prepared to be bitterly disappointed. On top of that I was forced to pay for both the battery replacements. Also dealt with one very rude employee and I tried to complain to the head genius but he was not at all moved by my frustration at this nightmarish experience. I demanded the employees name so I could make a complaint, but neither the head genius nor any other employee gave it to me. Stay far, far away from this place unless you are prepared to lose everything. The lower level employees that I dealt with could not have been nicer, the upper level ones were very cold and unsympathetic.This was our first (and last) Apple purchase. We spent nearly $3000 between buying the phones unlocked and purchasing the Apple Care two year extended warranty, only to go through this terrible experience while trying to replace their defective batteries. Will not be buying any Apple products in the future and I DEFINITELY will stay far, far away from the Mall of New Hampshire Apple Store once I get them to finish sorting out the mess that they created and frankly did not seem the least bit sorry for. Very unsympathetic. We are bitterly disappointed.We fully intend to pursue this with their corporate headquarters as well as with the Mall of New Hampshire Apple store since we feel that the manager was not at all sympathetic to our horrible experience and we do not trust him to do anything except cover for his rude employee (whose name we still hope to acquire in order to file a complaint against her). Its hard enough to go through and experience like this without having one of their employees make matters worse by being rude and unsympathetic. There is a good chance we would not have been so upset if she hadnt been so rude. You would think that after bricking two phones they might understand that a customer is going to be a bit perturbed, but she didnt want to hear any of it and ran as soon as she was called on it. No apology and she had something to say over her shoulder as she was leaving. Very rude and uncaring.Saddest part of all was them destroying the final messages I was saving after my sister passed away last year. I will never hear her voice again and that is something that they can never make right. We will force them to care before this is all over though, even if it requires public shaming on social media and we also intend to run this past our attorney to see if we have any legal recourse. Not letting this go.

This store only put one or two people to procees customers with appointment to pick up the phone. People are all stuck in line and have been waiting for hours. Apple have 100 ways to fasten the process and they decided to do nothing. Incredible.
