Went to drop off an extra cable box, the store has 7 Xfinity employees doing nothing but walking around, and I had too still give my name to one person, sit and wait in a sitting area and wait for a 2nd person to call my name, noone ahead of me. The whole process took 25 mins, and should have took 5 mins. Very frusterated this place is nis-managed to the extreme. What the hell are the other employees doing?

The Xfinity website lets you know that you need to make an appointment now to do any business including just drop off equipment at the store, however the employees know nothing of this and question you about having an appointment. The two systems dont work together at all, and wasted at least a half hour waiting for just to get rid of there equipment. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE APPOINTMENT MAKING, THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE DON;T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT, JUST WALK IN!!!!

I’m not sure who the “boy” was who helped us but he was so full of him self and so rude. I usually go to Alex every time and he is AMAZING but he was busy with someone else and we got stuck with a young kid who was just awful to deal with. He was so worried about himself and played with his football ring the whole time. He said to us “we only have two people closing so I can’t take my time with you people” who the heck says that to customers. I was so disgusted with the way we we treated by him. He also said our phones would ship in 2 days and it’s a week for shipping. He needs to get trained again. I wish I gave my money to someone else who actually deserved it

My Husband just went there because we found out that all our labled as BRAND NEW Phones were REFURBISHED. The Guy was totally unprofessional. Became argumentative with my Husband, tried to talk down on him, tried to shut him up and was pretending that its not their Problem. We are paying top Dollar for what we thought NEW Phones just to find out they are refurbished and Xfinity says thats totally fine. Its actually ILLEGAL to label refurbished or replaced Phones as new. So Xfinity will definitely hear from us again. Its not even 1 Star worthy.

I was helped by Frank Allen on 2 different occasions. Frank knows the in and outs of his job and was able to help me flawlessly. He was able to help me understand my bill, find the best package for me, help me with my parents set up, and finally helped me at the kiosk to pay my parents bill. He gets 5 stars all day, and thank you again sir for your help.

The hold time was under a second before Carl started helping me. He has a great and professional personality and was able to get someone out to my new home to install internet that same week. He double checked to see if he could get anyone sooner, but since there isnt a setup at this house, it was the best he could do. My set up experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend.

Worst cell phone experience. 3 trips to this store and every time they mess up and my issue is still not resolved! Manager Nick, just says, “Sorry there’s nothing I can do, that’s just how our process works.” Well, Nick, after I left, I discovered your representative didn’t eliminate the unrequested second line, you actually cancelled my existing number, AGAIN!! Second time in a month! They lure you in with a low monthly cell charge, but is it really worth it? Look at the reviews. Do you see a trend? Very disgruntled! No longer an xFinity Mobile customer.

After having a very frustrating time trying to straighten out my bill, I made an appointment to talk to someone that spoke English that I could understand and not try and confuse me into buying more than I need. When I arrived Dashon greeted me, I told him my frustration and the sudden increase of $60 and the lying the call center had done to me. He said lets see what we can do, and he laid out my options so I could understand them. I threw a couple more suggestions at me and he ran the request and showed what that would mean. All this took less than 30 min, where I had spent a couple of hours prior to that and got no where.Dashon is both professional and friendly. I highly recommend using this fine young man if you need anything at the store.

Comcast introducing data caps during a pandemic is disgraceful. I have three children remote learning and adults working from home. 1.2 terabytes gone by 15th of month. I pay 230 dollars a month. Service is spotty at best and I frequently get lags and delays on internet. Need to reboot modem everyday. I cannot wait until internet becomes deregulated so we can choose providers.Why is our “government” not regulating this?

I had a 430 appointment today and when I arrived I checked in on my phone and received a confirmation text that I was next in line. Then apparently they closed the store early and didnt tell me. I waited 15 minutes until I realized that all the lights were now off and the staff were all gone.

The new store is in the Mall on the Best Buy side and is massive. Way more staff on the floor and was in and out under 5-10 minutes whereas the old location at Valley could take 45-1hr. New store in the Mall has a beautiful layout and a check in style wait setup. Give your name when you walk in and 1 of 7-10 employees will be able to assist you. I was there around noon time expecting it to be busy from people stopping by during lunch break but it wasnt and I was in and out. Much better over there.

Not what I was expecting. Was prepared to wait, even though I had a 3pm appointment. Read the reviews, which also scared me a bit. Went to the Mall, on black Friday. Fought for parking and barely made it through the mall in time for my appointment.. but, when I entered the Xfinity store, there were 2 associates ready to assist me. Both were ready and focused on helping people and NOT with their noses in their phones. Alex approached me first and asked how he could help me today. Told him I had an appointment. He took me to a small stand up desk, with a chair for me, and I explained that I no longer wanted my TV/Cable service but wanted just internet. He took back my cable box etc, asked what internet service I wanted and listed my choices along with the prices. I chose one. He gave me my estimated, new monthly charge and the receipt for the box I had returned and wished me a great day and safe drive home. Done. Home by 3:30. Painless. Alex was a great guy and very professional. Keep doing you Alex and thank you!

I had visited the previous Comcast store in Manchester a couple times and had to wait in long, but not terrible lines. Based on all the complaints about hour long wait times in the new store, I brought along some reading material for work, so at least I could be productive while I waited. The parking lots at the Mall of NH were completely jammed so I figured, yup it’s gonna be a long wait. I went into the store, a friendly woman checked me in. It was pretty busy in the store so I sat down and started reading. I barely got through one page and I was called on! About a 7 min wait for service. And in another 2 min, my issue was resolved (Comcast sent me the wrong TV boxes, which got exchanged for the correct ones). In less than 10 min, I was back in my car headed home!! I don’t know how much better the service could be on a very busy Saturday!!Really like the new store! Really loved the fast friendly service!

Highly recommend do not use their business class! it is a RIP off in price and speed. I called to confirm when my contract date was up, they gave me a date. Called on that date, they informed me I could not cancel because I am still in a contract? I would recommend working with a Comcast reseller or contractor and not with Comcast directly they will try to scam you every way possible in their RETENTION DEPARTMENT

This is the worst company to get service from period. Instructed them to call my phone for the install. The tech calls my boyfriend who is at work doesn’t leave a message and doesn’t call me. Come to find out the guy reported back to the company that I was not home. Not only was I home I watched from my office window for over an hour and no vehicles ever stopped near or around my house. Not to mention my dog would have gone off if anyone was near my house. They are a bunch of liars that caused me to lose a day at work to wait for someone who never showed. I canceled my account and went else wear. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Ray Toles Helped me out in a Huge way. My wifes phone stopped working after one day of use. The customer service department said there was nothing that could be done. They would mail me out a new one. My wife needs her phone for work. Ray went above and beyond and called his boss and took care of me and my wife. I left the store with a new phone. Definitely ask for Ray Toles when you go in. Great job Ray.

I came to the store to return cable boxes. The wait was Ridiculous. There were only 3 employees I could see actually working and 1 person “checking people in”. She was really just playing on her cell phone. I watched a few customers walk up to her to ask her questions because she was too busy to notice them come in. Once it was finally my turn, the return took maybe 2 minutes tops. Seems like maybe the check in girl should be able to accept returned equipment to move the process along instead of playing on her phone.

Comcast simply changed my landline phone # to a Tapas Bar located in Milford NH without informing me! I am disabled in a wheelchair with multiple medical offices unable to reach me for over 3 weeks while I tried to get my landline # changed back to the original # assigned! Comcast made me jump thru weeks of barriers in order to get my old landline # restored. Until it was I was receiving multiple calls from customers trying to make reservations, wanting to know specials and my hours of operation!COMCAST IS A FRICKEN NIGHTMARE! Unfortunately I am unable to use Direct TV at my location but am trying to find another Cable service. ANYONE CONSIDERING BECOMING A CUSTOMER - DON’T!!!!

Went to this store to exchange a cable box (a 2 minute process). We waited almost an hour before a clerk helped us. As I watched the clerks, it seemed like they were more interested in talking to each other rather than help the many customers that were waiting. Completely incompetent. Went in simply to purchase a phone to replace a lost phone on an existing line. Waited 45 minutes while 5-6 people whod come in AFTER me were served. When I complained, was told they alternate equipment and cellular customers, even though two people served before me had cellular issues. Finally got to see Ashley, who proceeded to tell me that even though she was able to pay off the existing phone using my credit card, she couldnt then make the $37 first installment payment for the NEW phone, probably because fraud. 45 minutes of button clicking on her part, and THREE credit cards later, I had no new phone, but MULTIPLE charges for $37 to multiple credit cards. I walked out. Also, theres an extremely loud and high-pitched whine from some machinery or something in the hallway leading to the store that is inescapable. Ashley told me its been there since they opened, and there was nothing they could do. Id stay away.

Service is atrocious. I am writing this as I wait for what appears will be an indefinite amount of time to simply drop off an old cable box. I asked for an approximate wait time and was told that they will be with me when they when they get around to it. I wish there were a viable alternative to Comcast. Kinda sad that this store has been changed, to pick up new equipment was fast and easy now its sit in the store with uncomfortable seats for 1hour. I am an Xfinity customer and Im picking up the equipment for a friend because he saw these reviews and said Im not going to wait that long. My internet stops working between 1-1:30AM once or twice a week, and is back on no later than 2AM. It’s a minor issue but it’s consistent and annoying. Been happening for 3-4 months now and I’ve gone all the way up to tier 3 tech support (which took over 3 hours on the phone!!) and I’ve had multiple technicians come out and essentially do nothing. In total I’ve been on the phone about 10 hours in the past week or so with them. It’s exhausting. The tier 3 tech support and initial technician said I need a filter on my line due to a noise leak for my internet, yet the technician (only technicians can put the order in for some reason) never put in the ticket! So I had to get an entirely separate technician come out to just to put the ticket in and he decided it had nothing to do with needing a filter and did his own thing which of course didn’t resolve the issue. I’ve got another technician coming today, hopefully he isn’t as egotistical or negligent as the others... So tired of the games. Customer support is nearly always rude, cutting me off and raising their voices at me. This company sucks!

Went in trying to return a modem. After waiting for over an hour, we gave up and still have the modem. Will try again elsewhere. There were several others waiting for the same reason. They really need an employee dedicated to equipment drop offs. Directing us to the UPS store with equipment we are financially responsible for is not an appropriate solution.

Went in to swap out my DVR cable box for a non DVR box, the lady told me that didnt exist and that I didnt have a DVR cable box when in fact, I do. She was not helpful and had no desire in helping me with my issue, didnt even have her tablet in hand or anything. Went in this afternoon to swap out rental modem for newer version. Had to wait 40 minutes because they you get in line with everyone picking out phones and new plans. My suggestion is to make an appointment because its crazy they dont have a way to get in out quickly for people dropping off or swapping equipment. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Called Xfinity, waded through the phone tree and got a liver person after 15 minutes who informed me that the modem was 100% fried....now I gotta bring it back.....so glad we pay 300$ a month for such great service

The link that Comcast sends to you in Google brings The Northway Bank 3 miles away. Was there for three hours until they get the programming software to work. They said the software they uses crashes every day, HA HA! Hope I never have to go back to this uncararing atmosfear.

Beware, they lock you in for a contract which you have to pay a cancellation fee when you want to leave, but keep adding on charges throughout without notifying you. Either way you end up paying more and more for bad service. Wish there would be more internet providers here beside Comcast rip off

I went to the new store by Best Buy to return my equipment. Not only Im being charged an obscene amount of money but the employees, Rebecca specifically has a horrible attitude. I called customer service and spoke with Shaniqua. I asked her why I was being charged $17/month in a sports fee when nobody in my household watches sports, in fact we hate all sports equality. I told her if nothing could be done Id have to cancel service. Her reply was well you need us, entertainment is expensive. I provided her with my AMEX card info and asked her to charge the cancelation fee and proved her very wrong.

Xfinity and it’s employees are all SCAM ARTISTS. You have to battle with them every single year to dispute hidden charges to your bill. This MONOPOLY gouges their long-standing customers with fees and surcharges without consulting them first. Xfinity has no clue what customer loyalty is.
