This is always a great place to shop. So many amazing options as well as some of the friendliest and most helpful staff around. Membership is well worth it!

Now I understand why people prefer Costco over Sams....these guys were so sweet and helped me with membership, perks and gas. I didnt even have to approach them....

I went to customer service to get signed up and the person thats the counter was very nonchalant. Ive gone there terrible time with my boyfriend and everyone was so friendly which made me want to be a part of them. However I was at the Saint Charles or St Peters location with my boyfriend so maybe thats the difference. Maybe the Manchester location is just not as friendly but the female at the customer service was not friendly at all. Either she did not want to service me because of my skin color or she did not want to service me because I was only inquiring about the basic membership.

Clean, friendly, well stocked. Only thing, there needs to be more larger size clothes. They always run out but have lots of small and mediums. Great foods being sold

Only 3 manned checkouts on a Tuesday, and they were overloaded like the day before a holiday.Fish, meat, and alcohol options were outstanding. Food court was quick and tasty....Sams Club could learn a lesson here.

AWFUL my mom is on a heart monitor and can’t come into the store and they wouldn’t let me buy with her card because it was not her. Cancelling my membership and never coming back.

AWFUL customer service on returns!!!!I called Costco to find out what I needed to do to return rancid lamb chops and was told all I need was my Costco membership card, the main return girl in returns said, “NEXT TIME I at least needed to bring in the sales tag on the package, 🙄🙄😜😜😜 Like wt- is that going to do???? Seriously when I call and am told by a Costco employee just to bring in my card and this one acts like she is doing me a favor 😂😂😂🤬🤬🤬 common sense out the door at the CostcoWt- is up with making you put on a mask that is not a law?🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤪🤪🤪Sam’s Club is 💯 better then this!!!!Sam Club YES!!!Costco NO!!!

Costco Manchester has been awesome on so many fronts. Price, quality, restocking, staff friendliness, store cleanliness, food court, discounts and last but not least, gas prices. We have been happily visiting this location for almost 5 years now. Costco is the best US retailer hands down !!, the famous joke holds true The most expensive vehicle to operate by far is the Costco shopping cart.

Manchester Costco has exceptional customer service doing everything they can to support their members. The management team pulled pallets of received goods out of the way to reach some 27 GAL Black packing boxes I urgently needed for my upcoming move! Their extra effort for a single member at the end of the day did not go unnoticed! Outstanding work Manchester Costco!

Manchester Costco is the largest and best stocked store in the St Louis area. The people are friendly and check out lines move fast and efficiently. If you seek Asian food, this is the only Costco in Eastern Missouri that carries stock. I wouldnt travel just to go here because there other stores are good as well but Im glad this is the closest one to me and I go regularly.

Large parking area. Friendly but strict staff. Lot of options in there from fresh meat selection to ear check up to famous Costco pizza lol. Some popular brands are missing for many products. But i guess you are going to Costco for Kirkland products and you are sure to get them in stock for all items. Kirkland products are of quality and definitely worth buying, however they tend to be more expensive than more popular brand outside. So its your choice. The entry charge for the Costco card is not worth in my opinion, but am sure Costco fans would say otherwise.

Bought a membership for workplace needs, employee interaction was great. Helpful and felt like she put my needs first.

Went to Optometrist. Absolutely fantastic, competent staff, Dr.Steele was very professional and the price better than any other Vision center.I have been going to Crown Vision and regularly pay around $400 for visit and contacts.this was about 1/2 that price.I will never go back to Crown Vision. Goodbye Crown. Do your self a favor if you wear contacts or glasses and give Costco Vision center a try.

Overall pretty decent costco. didnt have any of the gallon Kirkland waters here but just smaller bottles. gas lines here are pretty quick and not too crowded at checkout area. a nice garden and outdoor section available in the middle and the normal assortment of food and snacks.

Love Costco Wholesale Store because of the product. Tell the truth there products are VERY reasonable and durable!!!! The only thing I do not care for is the membership that YOU have to purchase to shop there!!! They also have gas and the hose to the ⛽ pump actually streaches to your other side of car so no trying to get your car turned around to the right side. Very convenient!!!

Some of staff needs to work on customer relations. Clerk yelled at us because we had more than self service line allowed. Bad thing is we werent even trying to check out we were over by the personal care items.

Great store, one of my favorites to visit! Gas price, products, and groceries are less expensive than usual and of high quality -- most of the Kirkland Signature brands are exactly the same as name brand of that product. Love their coupon book they send out each month, too. Customer service is phenomenal, cant beat it anywhere else.

Huge warehouse. Plenty of options. Blessings for those want bulk items including coke, milk, tissue, meat, vegetables, fruits etc. Lack of carry bag make it difficult but keeping in view the cost and environmental friendly, its good move indeed. I wish some items should be available in small packet as to make sense for smaller families. One more important thing- you will never get cheaper price for photos anywhere across USA.

Service was excellent after a disappointing logistical problem caused by supplier. Local staff was excellent and were very accommodating in compensation for a major inconvenience. Product promises to be very good. Price and quality were the reason for selecting COSTCO for hearing aids and traveling over 225 miles to obtain them.

One of the very few best Placesses to get a Whole SALE house hold things. I love the product selection and product categories rotation for each season/Month. But remember you should get their membership to access their products. The greater advantage is you can return your unsatisfied products anytime within a year subjected few restrictions on few items. Enjoy Shopping at COSTCO!!!!!!

Big wholesale retail warehouse. I’m never personally comfortable there. Could it be because I’m using my friends membership card and I’m worried about getting busted by Costco police??? Nearest store is 40 miles away I go there five or six times a year. They have a huge variety of merchandise for fat walleted shopper. Wish they would open a branch here in st clair county. For now my local sams club with paid membership is sufficient for me.

I love shopping at Costco... there are good deals but you have to look for them. Costcos pharmacy is awesome.! Most of the employees are super nice... but not a fan of the check your cart after you checked out... although I understand why. Great place to shop.

Costco rocks!!! They have excellent organic food options and at great prices. The customer service is excellent, the lines may be long, but they move fast because they have an efficient system during checkout and on the way out the door.

I love this Costco, the employees are so nice and helpful. The store is easy to navigate, clean and always has great deals/fun stuff to buy with every season. The pharmacy is great too..meds reasonably priced with or without insurance..and after seeing the way that they have handled changes during the pandemic I will be a Costco member for life.

A typical costco run, checkout was a little busier than usual but moved fast with multiple registers open.

We canceled our membership with Costco today because of this Costco. My adult daughter was with me and her 1.5 year old daughter. When the baby was fussing, my daughter moved away from people, pulled down her mask and tried to comfort the baby. When an employee (loudly, I might add) told her to put her mask on, she told her she would in a minute and tried to move away from the woman to social distance. The woman followed her telling her to put her mask on right now! We comply. We wear masks. But this was outrageous and we were told its Costcos policy so were done with them. We were treated with kindness as we canceled, but seriously, its really too late at that point, isnt it? And my daughter was FOLLOWED OUT OF THE STORE. Costco lost a great customer and we will let others know of our experience as often as we can. I WORE a mask!! They were terrible about it.

As a general rule of thumb, Im a HUGE FAN OF COSTCO!! I like going to that store because I can usually get what I want. HOWEVER, this particular location is NOT very friendly. In fact, Id say that they MIGHT have a problem with blacks. I didnt feel comfortable here AT ALL. Neither by the staff nor other customers (not that the customers matter). But, no one seemed to want to help me find anything, so ultimately, I ended up finding things myself. And yes...the store was clean and organized (as you can see from my pictures). However, why go there if one wont be respected??!

Melissa was great. She helped us set up my new membership. The food that is already prepared is tasty and filling. Great deal. Great place. The parking lot on a Saturday is a but chaotic that could use a few more stop signs. Overall a great place.

I recently became a Costco member. Each visit has been something new and frustrating.The first visit I purchased a jacket for my daughter, along with other things. The jacket was clearly labeled as 14.98. After reviewing my receipt I realized I was charged almost 30. The next time I went in and looked to see if it was my error. There were a few jackets on the one side of the rack. The side I got this particular jacket on only had one type. The price labeled was the 14.98. The other side had three different prices posted. It was deceiving to have it posted as 14.98. Watch the signs carefully and make sure you are purchasing exactly what is posted. Even if it is labeled as the same thing, just on different sides of the shelf. Check the price closely.Then I came in for pizzas. I ordered 1 whole cheese pizza, then 1 wole pepperoni pizza. Paid for it, then went to do my shopping to give them time to make the pizzas. When I returned, approximately 30mins later, I was told it would be another HOUR before it would be done. An hour and a half for 2 pizzas. By the time that would be done all of my groceries would be spoiled. Order ahead and hope they have it done when you get there.After talking to a few friends, they informed me they had similar issues and they recommended that I go to any other Costco. Not the one on Manchester and 141.

Excellent place, good service and fine deals.

I really enjoyed my first trip. It is very similar to Sams club but does have a more selection and more name brand items.The aisles arent marked, which is a little daunting the first time through, but its worth the trouble. Fantastic quality cheeses, great prices on wine and their house brand is fantastic for paper goods. Highly recommend for bulk shopping and some fancy extras.

My experience with Costco was wonderful. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the help and friendliness of the workers. I was even impressed with the deals and large selections that I havent seen in other places.

Love hitting the Manchester Costco..a few extra funds and always a bigger selection of Seafood, and Beef. This location, is however, always packed!But, Costco always has our vote and blows Sams out of the water!Kirkland brands rule and Members Mark drools(and makes Walmarts kids more spoiled). Costco return policy is by far superior to anywhere too. Buy from Costco before other places. Same item will be better from Costco, and if something happens, awesome about return/replace!

Ive always loved Costco but today they changed rules for some and not others. We found a table we wanted on Rusty Road in STL, they ran out but said Manchester had two. We called Manchester to buy over the phone and wed be there in 20 minutes to pick up, were told that cant happen so we drove and got there in 15. One table bought and taken but the other one up front had a HOLD sign on it and no receipt. Keep the same rules for everyone please.

I had a great experience at this Costco today! Needed 3 cases of water- heavy for me and Marshall went to the back and loaded a cart and pushed it all the way to the loading area- happy as can be to help!Chris was the outside attendant and he loaded the water and was as pleasant as can be..... just 2 more reasons why I love Costco

Always a good shopping experience. I love costcos adaptations to the covid pandemic. They are serving samples again, now with safe no contact protocols. The same great selection will be found, with everything from clothes to supplements to seafood. I love shipping at Costco because it is a great value, wide aisles to avoid lots of close contact between shoppers, and a delightful variety of wares offered.

Went here for my typical items, protein, oatmeal and protein bars. Stumbled across a great deal on this Oral B 2 pack! Myself and my daughter love them. Very happy with the price and quality. I always spend more but so far I havent regretted it. Recommended!

I joined at executive level following a year of Sams Club membership. I so wanted to like Costco because Id heard their employees are treated well. Sadly, it just doesnt quite stack up to Sams. Im bummed that I paid for the executive.

Alfred helped me get my photos even when I arrived 10 minutes after the photo center closed, in Christmas Eve!!!! Thank you so much. I had made a 30 minute drive to come here and had no idea the store was closing early (although it should have been a given) and I was enamored by the kindness in their hearts to help me when I know they were just trying to go home.

Worst experience just walking in to set up a membership. Met with rudeness, pushy attempts to force me into expensive add ons. When I said I just wanted a basic membership, the woman condescended, belittled and tried guilting me into more. Finally a supervisor took over, as the woman continued to put me down, and mouth off at me, for not buying more. Supervisor did nothing to stop it. Finally, my membership was completed...incorrectly, which added to the fun of this visit, at checkout...and then more time, for them to fix their mistakes. I will be giving them a week or two, to see if this is a one time bad day...or how they do business. Unfortunately, I think this is the way they are trained to do things.

I always have a good experience at Costco picking up prescriptions. The employees there always make sure to check that I am saving as much money as is possible. Whether that be using a GoodRx coupon and waiting a few extra minutes, or using the Costco Membership prices. What has always struck me as even more impressive about their worth ethic is that they are busier than ever right now during the pandemic, and yet no employee has hesitated to help me with GoodRx coupons (even when it takes extra time and they are so busy), everyone I have dealt with has always been extremely polite and understanding. They seem to be aware that people are in financial binds right now and need to save money wherever possible.

I really like shopping at Costco! Going to Costco is an experience I look forward to. Everyone is super friendly and ready to help. I always find products I want and some I didnt know that I wanted. The return policy is excellent.

This is the closest Costco from Fort Leonard Wood, we make a trip to Costco every 3 weeks or so!! Definitely worth the 2 1/2 drive!!!!
