I dont know who I talked to but she probably was the most unpleasant person Ive interacted with in a while. Tried to belittle me by calling me sweetie when she thought I did not understand something but it was a mistake anyone could have made. I know not many people come to this business for help and now I definitely see why.

Great place. I first went here when Best buy quated me over $200 to fix my laptop. CTAC fixed it for $75 and had it ready for me the next day. Since then we have used them for all the computer needs for our family and my husband uses their Network support services for his business network. They are far less expensive then his old IT company and he says that his network has been far more reliable since allowing CTAC to take over support and maintenance.Its also very nice to know that any money we spend with CTAC goes back into the community to help non profits and low income families get the technology they need.

The lady and gentleman who helped me was amazing and they were very kind. I am so glad I found this place. My computer was around the price I was looking for and of great quality. Any parents out there in need of a computer for their childrens school projects. I highly recommend going here.

They are super helpful! Didnt know what I needed and thewithout gentleman that helped me was so patient and knowledgeable. I called ahead and explained what I thought I needed and by the time I arrived he had pulled out two great options for me! They were just what I needed cables and all. He offered a great and more than fair price for what I needed.Now I am able to work on projects and start my business. Without their help I could have never afforded this set up and now I can start working on starting my business. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

I have windows 7 --64 bit on my computer but i have old cd programs that runs only on 32 bit so i bought cd that claims it can change 64 bit to 32 bit i installed it and computer was completely ruined i looked to the computer and saw the cd sticking its tongue at me saying nana nana i got you, a friend of mine recommended CTAC and WOW WOW these guys know what they are doing on top of that they are extremely nice on top of that they have the lowest price you can imagine i am very happy with their service. Keep up the good work guys.

I brought my Toshiba laptop to the Geek Squad to repair the headphone jack.It cost me $35 to find out (about a week later) that the mother board would have to be replaced to correct the problem. Having purchased the laptop at Best Buy in 2011, I wasnt about to spend $300 to repair something so relatively new. When I got the laptop back (about another week later) I brought it to CTAC.Steve advised me that they could repair the mother board for less or bypass the headphone jack with a Targus ACP45US docking station that he would sell to me for $10. I chose the latter. Problem solved (on the same day).No more trips to the Geek Squad for this guy. In the future, Im going to CTAC first for any and all of my laptop or computer repair needs. They sell refurbished laptops, too. Wish I had known about CTAC before I bought my bum laptop at Best Buy.
