Christmas Eve was sold a pair of USED shoes. This was a present that planned to be worn with my husbands Christmas outfit. Never imaged they were used so didnt check since the salesman brought from the back. Took them in day after Christmas and the manager clearly stated I shouldnt have been sold these shoes but we can order you another pair with free shipping. Acted as if doing it with free shipping is supposed to please the hassle we dealt with for Christmas. I asked for a discount or at least a coupon for another visit and was denied. What happened to customer service?! Lost a 5 person household customer...

The past few times we have tried to go to Hibbetts they are closed well before 8p and you see them walking out a few minutes before 8p. How are they supposed to make money if the employees are leaving before it’s even time to close.

They are the ONLY store to have a plastic molded form to wash a baseball cap.
