Good ice cream but like with any food product it depends on service too. Service is not consistent so it depends on who you get. Some are friendly and do a good job and some need some more training. Good spot for where it is and to have your ice cream outdoors when it is nice outside.

Delicious ice cream! I had a 2 scoop waffle cone. The large size is sooo big that it can serve 2 people! Its a nice place to go with family or friends. They also serve sorbet slushes and a good amount of non dairy options.

They had a curbside sidewalk Wendell so that I didnt even have to go inside to get my ice cream. I would have preferred pistachio, but they were out of that so I got one of their specialties Phish ice cream. Staff was very helpful, everybody there was wearing masks.

Typical Ben & Jerrys experience on Manchesters main street (AKA Elm St). Generous portions, fun flavors (albeit most on the very sweet size), and super friendly hip staff. Definitely worth the trip if youre in the area.

Flavor flavor flavors the best ice cream in the world. We don’t have these in Pittsburgh no more but my they had them flavors on deck. You have to try the salted caramel blondie. Them pieces of brownie tho be hitting. Idk something about Ben and Jerry’s makes you think it was freshly churned maybe it is. Staff was very pleasant as well.

The employees who were working that night were so nice and so gracious and I couldnt help but think that for a few kids who were probably ready to get out of there once the place was closed, they couldnt have been more welcoming to people walking in minutes before closing time. Great service and didnt want it to go unnoticed. Oh and the ice cream was great too. Of course.

My daughter needed ice cream for a challenge snack for her eating disorder therapy at a specific time. I dropped the ball, and did not place the order earlier. Ben and Jerry’s was WONDERFUL!!!! They had my order at my door in under 20 minutes, and made it so that my daughter could keep going in her recovery! Very grateful for their hard work and friendly staff! Oh yeah...The ice cream is always wonderful!

Though the available flavors rotate fairly frequently, the varieties seem considerably chunkier than a traditional pint from the grocery store, which I take as a wonderful difference. Just note, that you are paying for service as well, so be aware that you will be paying more $ than your grocery store pint - the scoops are generous though and well worth it.

Love this place I consider it a hidden gem in Manchester,such a great staff and probably the best owner ever,for instance there was a mix up with 2 of our orders and we were totally not mad about it but we called just to ask if something was forgotten about or whatever and lee the owner was such a sweetheart not only was she apologetic over the fact but she went above and beyond to make up for the situation at hand and we could not be more thankful and for that I say I LOVE THIS PLACE 👍

What wonderful service! The employees were all friendly and sweet, and definitely patient as we took our time with questions and pondered over what to order. An employee leaving to make deliveries very kindly asked everyone seated outside how their ice cream was on his way down the street. Love it here! And of course the ice cream is fantastic every time with a wide variety of flavors to choose from.

Great customer service and great ice cream!I was greeted pleasantly as I entered, given plenty of time to make a decision, and the server answered my inquiry very helpful when I was torn between Coconut Almond Fudge Chunk and Coconut 7 Layer Bar (he recommended getting both on my cone - good choice). I was offered a bowl with my cone, as it was a very warm/humid day. I replied no thank you, I really enjoy the cone as a cone. To my pleasure, he scooped from the firmest corners of the container, netting me a perfectly structured cone. I was able to eat it drip free (a fun challenge) while walking back to work and enjoying the sights of the Manchester Millyard.

Its usually really busy in here, its hard to figure out what youre supposed to do, where the line is, etc. The ice cream is good, although you can definitely get a whole pint at the grocery store for less than a 2 scoop bowl. I go here because I like walking down the street to get ice cream on a nice Saturday evening.

The ice cream was delicious of course. But the employee that helped us was truly amazing. To say it quite simply he really loved ice cream and his job. He was very informative. He knew which flavors were available in cartons and which were exclusive to the store. We were also incredibly indecisive and he had all the patience in the world. He was the ideal employee.

I love Ben & Jerrys. I have yet to try the delivery option but I love that they offer that. Lots of different options at local shop. Staff was friendly, funny, and polite.

Best ice cream downtown and the staff is always super friendly. Can get in and out quickly and even delivery if you want. Parking can be dicey sometimes but well worth walking a couple blocks for a nice hand packed pint!

Who doesnt love this ice cream? So many yummy flavors to choose from! The staff here are always helpful and friendly and patient with my daughter who almost never can make a decision without a sample or two. And, they even cater... ice cream parties!!

My friends and I decided to order Ben and Jerrys this evening to be delivered shortly before the closing time. Our order was brought to my house in a timely fashion but unfortunately the portions delivered were much smaller than they normally are. I called (after they had closed) and spoke to a very nice young man, expecting a discount or credit on my next order. To my surprise, he opted instead for immediate customer satisfaction. They remade the whole order and ended up bringing it back. Within ten minutes everything was here and generously portioned- it was perfect! Very impressed and thank you for such stellar customer service!

My obsession...Sorbet-Berry Berry extraordinary. I go through pints in a day, no joke!!! Salted caramel Blondie is my favorite for actual ice cream. Its the kind where you dont have to dig to find the chucks of goodies cuz they pack it all with it. Hands down my favorite place and the staff are all younger but still do a great job and are fun. Everytime Im in Manchester I go there to stock up at least once, but usually 2 to 3 times. LOVE IT!!!

Small shop. Good quality Ice cream, BUT in a congested area, its very hard to find parking unless you want to walk around the block. Also, they didnt have a very large selection, but I enjoyed the fact that there were freezers where you could purchase packaged ice cream and ice cream cakes to take home.

Wow. I tried the one in Manchester, NH.The scoops were with a Mellon baller I think, a shade bigger than a golf ball. See the picture, worth 1000 words.The three scoop 6.95 with a crumbled oreo (1) costs( extra 2.00= 8.95 plus tax and double whammy for delivery.No way will I purchase another thing from them. Go down the street to get a pint at the grocery store. You get much more ice cream, for half the price.

I really enjoy this store, and visit often. My housemates and I really enjoy a few flavors that we cant get anywhere else, so we have ordered delivery a few times, and really enjoyed the convenience. I sometimes walk in and order a hand-packed pint so I can enjoy it for a few days, but my last two live pints were not packed very well. One was packed by a person who struggled because the ice cream was really hard that day,. It was good enough and she tried hard for me, so it was still a good experience. Todays pint was packed by someone who seemed miffed that I asked her for a pint with a line of folks behind me, so she proceeded to loosely pack it like two large ice cream scoops with a half inch gap at the top, which left enough space for my ice cream that was halfway melted when I took it the mile away home in 80 degree weather. I still love your store and your ice cream, so I will definitely be back, but please teach the staff how to properly hand pack a pint. When someone is paying more than $6 for a pint of ice cream, they expect get my moneys worth, so I am a bit disappointed with todays experience. Thanks for listening 😁

I initially posted a negative review because I was very unhappy with the cookies that were delivered. Although they were okay tasting, they really werent fresh baked cookies like the description said. Upon seeing my negative review the owner of the store actually refunded my money and really took the initiative to fix it. Thats good business. I applaud them.

I get ice cream delivered once and a while from this location, and I decided after tonight I’m all set with them. I ordered a sundae and about a third of the sundae was missing, the ice cream was melted, and the hot fudge in a separate container was cold. It took an hour to get to my house less than a mile away when I was told I was the only customer. I tipped 20% for the worst imaginable service.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter last week and heather called to go over all the details she was extremely helpful. when my husband went to pick up the cake today the happy birthday was not on it but the employee did say the manager would come in to do it unfortunately we didnt have the time to wait for that so my husband took the cake but they did give him a discount off it which i thought was extremely nice and courteous. by the way the cake looks delicious.

We understand its ice cream but if I wanted bad customer service Id go to the gas station and pay there. So we do appreciate the initiative and being very prompt. Much appreciated honestly.I have never met anyone so careless. We placed an order for 2 milkshakes. We are 5 minutes away and it took over an hour to get to us so of course when it arrived it was melted and ended up making a mess on the counter and she just said open it so we did and theres a puddle in the box mind you. All she had to say was oh sorry then walks out?? Then Chris has the gall to hang up when we try to express our frustration because apparently he doesnt know how to handle frustrated customers. If I ever presented that kind of attitude Id be fired immediately at my job. Soo whats up Ben and jerry?? Dont deliver if your employees dont know how to be efficient!

According to all of my friends, taking a year and a half of living in New England to finally try Ben & Jerrys was far too long, but I finally did and tried it tonight. Fantastic ice cream, so the brand holds up to the hype, but the most important thing to me was that Brian and his wife, the franchise owners, and their son, have injected enough local color into this business to make it super enjoyable. It really shows a lot that the franchise owners are ready to spring and clean tables the second people leave and that their employees, upon a customer entering (without knowing that he never had Ben & Jerrys Ice Cream previously), ten minutes before closing, were willing to talk to me about more than what kind of ice cream I was in the mood.In summary, go for the awesome ice cream, stay for the local color that makes this franchise more that another corporate shop.

I just called to ask prices for a cake. I have never been to this facility but the customer service over the phone was terrible. She apparently was unable to understand me - okay fine. She could have KINDLY said, Oh I am sorry I cant understand you... or maybe can you try calling back with better service so I can assist you. Instead she puts the phone down and complains to another employee in a frustrated voice I cant understand a word she is saying Way to go you just lost a customer :)
