Spent over $60 on balloons & less than 24 hours later 80% are already dropping! I vaguely remember years ago being asked if I wanted a special solution to make them last longer (upsale in my opinion) but nobody asked me this time! Dollar store balloons last longer! Won’t be buying from here again 😞

They were almost completely out of decorations and supplies in the birthday theme we were looking for, and didnt have enough of the solid color tablecloths we needed to substitute for lack of themed items. Next time well order online several weeks ahead to be safe.

DO NOT come here if you need your balloons blown up the same day. I came in on a Saturday to get 2 balloons blown up and it wasnt until I had already paid for them that the cashier told me she wouldnt be able to blow them up for me. She told me Id have to make an appointment for the next day or told me to try a supermarket. In the future, I will just buy my balloons online and go straight to the supermarket. They want your business on the balloons but cant be bothered to staff properly to blow them up for you. I dont need deflated balloons. Horrible service.

Way too under-staffed. The staff that was there was great but they were unable to help with much because everything was still in shipping in the back due to the staffing issue. They need to pay the staff more!

Store is located in a rundown looking plaza with a dark and kinda dingy building. Selection was kind of limited in the party theme I was shopping for probably due to the Halloween shop.

Got them in the middle of a seasonal change, started putting up a Halloween section. But every year I try to get a Happy Anniversary Balloon, no luck this year as well.

Very big! So many party decorations & themes. I was there for their beautiful napkins w/ designs. Prices were low too high.

I was in the line for 20 min to buy two expensive balloons for my sons birthday and the lady told me she wont be able to blow them up until the next day . why they didnt bother to announce that to us so people dont need to be waiting in line for nothing

The service was great. A few hours later I got a call from the store because I dropped my debit card when I picked up my online order. They were so nice, asked me to verify my card number and the bank the card was from. Love the great steps they took for my security, if they didn’t call me I would have been looking for that card for weeks. Thank you team Manchester!!!

Manchester, NH Party City store has been awesome these past two weeks! I am getting ready for Graduation and I have done curb side pick up or delivery at least 6 times. Products are always ready for pick up or delivered on time. But this is the best thing:I ordered 16 balloons to be delivered to my house tonight. (4 blue stars, 4 blue circles, 4 orange stars and 4 circles). I opened the bags of balloons to separate the balloons into four groups and THEY DID IT FOR ME! Saved me a ton of time. The balloons were separated exactly the way I wanted. Way to go Party City!

The selection is predictable from year to year, which is a good thing. But when in doubt, try on costumes rather than taking the word of someone. Lesson learned for next year, but may find a new store. Three stars for no-hassle returns.

Terrible customer service. The people that work here act like you are bothering when you ask for help. You must go in and know exactly whats in stock, where its located and how to order things like balloons or they will roll their eyes and grunt after any question . Be happy you are working or dont work with people .

Its a great store lots of Halloween stuff and party stuff but I wish the stuff wasnt so expensive. When having a big party and have to buy lots of stuff it does get expensive there. If they could cut some prices down it would help people.

The employees are beyond helpful and courteous. Great selection, and I had to return a costume on Halloween without a receipt and it wasn’t an issue. Will always shop party City before the others!

Had everything I needed. Staff was courteous and very helpful. I was in and out in a timely manner, and they were willing to hild certain items aside for me until I arrived. I will return as a customer.

Called the store to find out if I could place a balloon order for pick up, and was told they can only do ballon orders in person (which is fine if that’s their policy). Started to ask the employee a second question, and they cut me off and said “ma’am if you need a balloon just come in” and hung up on me. Not very professional and certainly did not entice me to come to their store for purchases.

Large store but mostly for woman and girls not a section for boys 8 to 20 which is very upsetting. There is plenty for younger children.

This new location for Party City is great. The store has at least doubled in size and has so much to offer. Additionally, the store is neatly organized and easy to find what you are looking for.

Favorite party supply store. Even when I walk in unsure of just what I seek, I will be inspired by the great selection. Of course, even when I know what I am shopping for, I always end up buying several additional items.

This place is cool! This was the first time Id ever been here... I brought my kids to get Halloween costumes and it was the coolest set up ever!! They have a whole wall of costumes, mens, womens, girls, and boys, and you pick which one you like, and someone retrieves it from the warehouse out back! So smart!! Walmart could learn a thing or 2 lol I will be going back!! I highly recommend going before Halloween lol they sell out fast!!

Love party city but certain things you need you have to get online, like for instance my daughters party theme was powerpuff girls I could not find anything instore

Although they didnt have exactly what I was looking for..they were helpful to me. Got a sale price on item and was happy with what I got.

I went here for some last minute things, they had no helium to fill balloons, I had to buy a 45 dollar helium tank. They had No pinata stick, when I asked where things were the counter person had no clue nor did she offer to help look while I was running up and down every isle looking for things. What party store doesnt have helium to fill balloons, its a party store.

The staff was not very helpful or organized. I was unhappy with the selection of decorations, as they had no section for Congratulations! It just was very underwhelming and overly priced for what they had to offer.

It’s mid day on a Saturday. There’s one person on register. I came to pick up an online order and they only gave me half the items. I was charged or them. Had to wait on line twice. Waste of LIFE.Just received my other two items (one Brocken) had to go back in and found an adequate replacement myself. Really poor customer service. The store was way better when it was on the other side of the street.

I liked this place alot Is because they have alot of party supplies here. I came here with my gf is because we had to get balloons for my gf dad 80 birthday party. When we first walked in there was alot of balloons behind the counter to choose from. The staff was very helpful and nice. The isles were stacked nicely and neatly. The prices were cheap and reasonable. The parking lot is big and have alot of handicapped parking. Also this place has wheel chair accessible.

They had some of what we were looking for but not all of it. The party will be doing without a few things. Helium tanks were kind of high priced... Got one elsewhere.

They have a decent selection of party supplies. Kind of over priced can get pretty much anything there somewhere else for less money but they do have it all in one place which is convenient.

I am very upset with this store. I exchanged a costume corset that I had purchased from another store here for a larger size. First, the sales associate was rather rude in that she said they didn’t have one in the size I was looking for. I proved her wrong with it. The reason I’m upset though is that the one I brought home was one clearly returned and had been altered. The places for you to hook in the clear straps were removed, the vines on the front were loose and falling off and there was clear pulling on the front of the corset. The item should have never been placed back out for purchase in the shape I have it in. Unfortunately I need it for Saturday so I took the tags off and I can’t exchange it again. Safe to say I will never go back and will instead go to Spirit for all of my costume needs in the future.
