Brought my personal vehicle in due to a minor leak. Staff went above and beyond to locate the source. Resolved the concern and I’m back on the road within 30 minutes. I also utilize this facility for my work van and they’ve never disappointed. Great quality service that’s efficient.

07/23/21 - Following up on my review below. The company did the right thing and was able to help me out and give me a partial refund for the misunderstanding. I adjusted my review to 5 stars for the quality customer service by Theresa to get this corrected.I got new tires about a year ago. Anytime in the past I have put new tires on, an alignment was done by the servicing company. This location does not make you aware that you should have an alignment done on your vehicle after you get new tires from them as they do not do alignments. This would of been nice to know. My new tires lasted only about a year with less than 10k miles on them. I also had them rotated once after 5k miles and they did not mention anything to me about wear on the tires. They will not do anything for me which means hundreds of dollars down the drain due to a simple lack of communication. Very disappointed in the service and will never be going back. If I could give zero stars I would.

Tire Warehouse Manchester already has almost 430 reviews so Im not sure how much Im really adding, but Ill leave my two cents.Scheduled an appointment online to get snow tires taken off, and my summer tires put on my 2002 Buick Lesabre.They took me in right away, and I was told theyd be done in about 45 minutes.Half an hour later, 15 minutes earlier than their estimate, they were all set. Price was more than reasonable, staff were kind and respectful and the Buick felt fine driving off.I have no complaints! Id happily go to these guys for future tire services!

Absolutely tried to pull the wool over our eyes. Needed one tire replaced and typically forced 4 new tires down our throat. Typical and predictable. Very sad. Beware.

Ran over a screw in my tire. As this is our only family vehicle I frantically searched for a place that would take me today for a plug in tire. All places would tell me I have to make an appt and that they’re booked out. Tire warehouse in Manchester didn’t hesitate and told me to come in. Come to find out it was only part of a screw in and didn’t actually puncture my tire all the way through. They sealed off where the screw was and was on my way. Thank you guys so much. I will gladly be coming back again in the future and would definitely recommend to others. Very professional.

I have been using these guys for many years and have always been happy. Recently I had an issue with a tire that wasn’t very old.. They were great about getting it replaced despite the fact the actual tire model had been changed. They are the best at what the do and you can be confident they offer the best price or will match it.

Excellent service all the way around. Pat was extremely professional and clearly laid out my pricing options for 2 tires yesterday. My vehicle was not on site at first. He told me to come back with my vehicle, and they gave me a balance and rotation on all 4 of my tires. I do not recall the other young mans name, but both he and Pat tackled the work with speed and professionalism. I got a flat tire on the way to a family members funeral. I called a few shops in the area on my way back and no one could get me in to have it patched. I called tire warehouse and they got me right in to take care of it. I’m so thankful for their kindness on a day like today and I can now make the hour + drive back home and not worry about doing it on a donut.

This place is AWESOME!!!! I experienced quality service and excellent information regarding my car tires! I brought my tire here and they noticed I had a nail in my tire! It was only $30 to fix it! WOW! After they were about to put the tire back on my car, the tech saw a 2nd hole and they patched it up free of charge!!! These guys are GREAT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I highly recommend tire warehouse in Manchester! I popped a tire and pulled into the Kia dealership where I got my car and no one helped me. I am pregnant and could not change my spare tire. My husband is out of town he called tire warehouse and an employee drove right over to help me put my spare on then I followed him back and they repaired and installed my tire in 10 minutes. I am so appreciative of them and cannot believe no one at the dealership would help me out. We will be going here from now on for fast and affordable service and good integrity!

Outstanding fast service! My daughter got a flat in her 2014 Chevy spark and was stuck on the side of the road without a spare. I called Tire warehouse and they had a similar tire in stock brought the tire in & the Tech at the counter not only sold me the tire he mounted & balanced it in a matter of minutes . This was on a Sunday @4:30pm In my opinion he went above and beyond to get me out of there very quickly while my daughter was sitting on the side of the road. Thank you again!!

Listen up fellow human beings!!! Tire Warehouse on Gold St in Manchester New Hampshire is the place to go for any tire services!!! Im sure they can do other stuff but I came specifically for tires. I was bringing my sons car in because the front tires were so bad that the tread was showing. Complete negligence on our part, we just have not been paying attention! I made it to the top of Gold Street and got a flat! Not only that but I had bent my rim as well. Such a bummer! They said no worries just get the car down here and they will fix it up!Thinking that it would take hours before my car would be ready I called for a Cassie to bring me back to my other vehicle which was at the airport. 10 minutes later tire warehouse calls and tells me that my car is ready! I honestly could not believe this because I thought they would have to get a whole new tire for me rim that is. they could have taken Advantage of me....an uninformed girl on the side of the road with a dog...haha, but they did not!The customer service was over the top and they made the whole situation so much less stressful than it could have been! I’d just came from another place down the street where they wanted 2x the price for the tires on my car. They provided great service and showed me what was wrong and why the tires couldn’t be patched. Reliable guys working here, good customer service and affordable prices.

Tire Warehouse was great. The pricing is very reasonable. Our car uses low profile tires due to the fact its a sporty model of the Chevy Cruze. They tend to be pricey. Brian replaced my front left due to a flat. He was awesome! Quick and friendly service. I plan on returning during the spring to get some Yokohamas put on our baby. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great tire service!

Saw my tire quite low a few weeks ago and measured a whopping 12 PSI. I called several other locations who told me it would be hours before they could help me out before getting a gentleman on the phone at tire warehouse that said he could help me out immediately. They found and plugged the hole in less than 30 minutes for a very fair price. Will definitely be back there

Had a screw in my tire called and talked to Patrick he special ordered my tire I went in at 4;15 he changed my tire and was out by 4;30 awesome service great guys to deal with.

The employees were very helpful and did a good job of explaining my problem with my tires. I’ve had the notification saying “check TPMS,” popping up on my car for a while now. I took it to a Mazda dealer multiple times and they told me they were not able to fix it. Today, (6/12/20) I took it to tire warehouse, for them to repair a flat tire for me. They were able to fix my flat AND get rid of the notification that kept popping up (the one Mazda said they couldn’t fix)! I am very satisfied with the work they did, and how personable the employees were. I will be coming back here again!
