I had an unexpected tire failure at 9pm on the highway. I was able to have the car towed and stored at Precision While we figured out my best option. They did some checking before we ordered tire to make sure there was no other damage. Really great folks.

There was a last minute repair that they noticed just before pickup and they gratuitously just fixed the problem. I had a transmission rebuilt for a 1970 Porsche. Amazingly, they had performed the rebuild on numerous identical transmissions in the past. It was performed expertly and quickly. This is an expertise that is rare to find; I will recommend the company to other vintage Porsche enthusiasts.I met the owner and service representative. Both are friendly, anxious to do the right job and knowledgeable. They informed me of the qualifications of the technician who would do the work, provided a price estimate and kept me informed of the progress. I am a happy customer.

Having a 2008 BMW, I have seen my fair share of independent shops. Never have I been to one this professional and punctual. They fit me in same-day for service and were extremely communicative and transparent. Highly recommended.

I am new to the area & I had originally brought my car into Precision Imports to be inspected because I had gotten a coupon in the mail. I got lost finding the shop & so was running late when I arrived. I didn’t think I would have much time to get the inspection done & be able to make my doctors appointment. I was immediately informed by Austin that I could use a loaner car. This was especially great news because I only had a few more days left to have my car inspected in NH, & I had no other free day. I left for my doctor’s appointment & when I got outI was very surprised to find a phone message from Precision asking me to call for an update in what had been less than an hour. I called thinking that I would be told my car was all ready to be picked up, instead I was told my new car could not pass inspection because the windshield washer pump was not working. Instead of the $20 I was expecting to pay, the bill would be a few hundred dollars-unless it was covered under my warranty. After freaking out a bit & calling my car dealer & being transferred from person to person for almost an hour, to realize I had a copy of my warranty in my glove box & this is thankfully when Austin & Precision stepped in for me. They were able to determine that the repair was covered by my warranty (YAY!) & took care of all the paperwork. They also had it all done & inspected by the end of the day for me!! It was also beautifully cleaned too!!!When I moved I was wondering where I would find a reliable & trustworthy mechanic-especially not knowing anyone to get a recommendation from-well, now I don’t need to because I’ve found one on my own! Precision Imports couldn’t have done a better job in any way. Their customer service & assistance was above & beyond! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any work done on their car in the Manchester area.

This place is amazeballs, the building is really slick looking with its electric blue paint job and an assortment of Mercedes and Porsches in the lot. But the best part was the over the top customer service! I had a great experience with their mechanics who took the time to look at the car with me and go for a quick ride to isolate the problem. They fixed it the same day with a detailed description of what caused the original problem. I am definitely going back here as a my regular shop!

Precision Imports is an excellent alternative for Porsche and other import car owners in the Manchester area. They are responsive, highly professional and a pleasure to work with.

After reading the great reviews and getting a recommendation from a friend I brought my Porsche to precision to have some routine maintenance done . During their complimentary inspection they had found one of my bearings to be a little loose and needing to be replaced . I had the car at the Porsche dealer the week before for a paid inspection and a 4 wheel alignment . Porsche did not even detect that the bearing had play in it . I had precision take care of the lower arm and bearing and brought the defective part back to porsche to show them . Once they saw it they said that yes it had play and it needed to be replaced .they said they missed it . They refunded my money for the alignment .My point is if precision had not detected that bearing issue it could have lead to bigger issues . Austin the service advisor was great ! Very friendly and knowledgeable . You can tell he enjoys working there and taking care of people . From now on I will be going to precision for all my Porsche needs . They detected an issue during their free inspection that Porsche did not detect during a paid inspection and alignment .Thanks again precision !!! I’ll be recommending you to everyone I know !

Recently I had my Toyota Highlander serviced at Precision Imports. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with complementary coffee and snacks. I was out of there in an hour and on my way. I definitely found it to be a positive experience.

While this shop is professional, I dont believe they are honest about necessary repairs. I am an automotive engineer and have worked at Ford, BMW, and Tesla. When I lived in a different state, I did all of my own repairs on my BMW and have extensive experience and knowledge of the state of components on my car. I brought my BMW to them and told them I had a steering angle sensor plausibility code and needed the steering wheel angle sensor replaced. They diagnosed and informed me, yes, I was correct and proceeded to bill me $125 for the diagnosis.They also told me that I urgently needed new front bearings and that they were a Safety Concern. Having just replaced the front bearings with OEM parts 50,000 miles before, I was skeptical. I brought the car down to the shop I trust in Boston and checked the bearings with the shop owner there. He told me Id love to sell you a front bearing repair, but these bearings are fine. No lash, no noise.Further, their quote for the front bearings had a 50% markup on parts over FCP Euro Genuine BMW parts (which include a lifetime part warranty). The total came to $1,634 + tax for just the front bearings. The quote had $875 of labor when in reality, this should be a 4 hour repair max for an experienced shop.While Im sure many others have had good experiences here, the quote they gave me was quite high and I think they are overselling repairs. This was my experience, yours may differ.

Horrible customer service and I really feel like they took advantage of a female who knows nothing about cares she went for simple battery recharge and reprogram and now car is doing 4 things it wasn’t before I brought it in, when I call they laugh and tell her to pay again for diagnostic again and that’s all they can do it’s insane

These guys are the bomb! By correctly diagnosing what appeared to be a DSG problem, they saved me over $3k on my first visit. And on a subsequent visit, they saved me $400 over the dealer fixing a fuel vapor leak. Precision Imports is my new GTI mechanic.

Im not sure where to start as I dont often write reviews, however, I most certainly want to share my experiences at Precision Imports! First, I own a modest car (2005 Altima) and when I first arrived at Precision I was a bit intimidated by the other luxury and performance cars there for service. Well, Patrick and Gretchen have treated me repeatedly like any other valued customer there over the years and I have never felt there should be any place else I should be bringing my car! Due to my cars age and high-mileage I cant afford to waste a cent on unnecessary or frivolous work...something I NEVER have to worry about going to Precision. When it needs to be done now, they tell me, when it can wait a bit, they tell me. I have never had to worry about trust, and what the hell kind of price do you put on that?!? I am also a small business owner and Precision meets one of the most magic of benchmarks: I like giving them money! I dont mean I like spending dough on repairs, I mean I like that I can get them done at a place I want to see stay in business and am glad to pay them for their work. A place that makes it as painless as possible. A place I dont have to worry about the work being done...whether that means the need to get it done or that it is being done right...I never have to worry. Every man needs certain things in his life, and a mechanic(s) that he trusts is high on that list!
