VIP staff was able to get me in for repairs in a timely manner. The cost of repairs was less than my anticipated expenses! The staff members worked efficiently as a team. They showed effective time management skills, as they handled front end phone calls, in-person customers and received feedback from the techs working on vehicles. I would recommend them to others.

I have been coming to VIP for a few years now and I love it! The workers are always super friendly and helpful. They have are honest about work that my car needs and will even show me what’s going on and allow me to decide for myself. This is HUGE for me because I have definitely had other places take advantage/push work that wasn’t necessary before. Everything is reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone!

We were passing through Manchester on vacation and got a red engine light. Mike quickly checked it out and found it was an oxygen sensor. He took the time to explain to us how it works. Bottom line was it wasn’t anything immediate that was a safety issue but offered to get us in. He was very knowledgeable. As we had to continue our trip it was good to know.

Called in to ask for a synthetic oil-change and 4-wheel alignment on my Little Mule (2005 Ford Escape 4WD). Was going to leave overnight to have serviced the following day, but they were able to get me in & out on the same day. They found a problem with a loose wheel bearing that they took care of. I forgot to ask to have tires rotated and they did this after they called to let me know the car was ready. By the time I got there to pick up my Little Mule, everything was done. Car’s MPG improved and she handles & rides great. Staff at front desk was awesome and the techs in the shop did good work. Nearly forgot to mention that they are reasonably priced for their services.Definitely recommend this shop, which is conveniently located within an O’Reilly’s Auto Parts Store, where you can pick up many things for your ride, including the green tree air-freshener for your rear view mirror!

Im a return customer about to drive in for another servicing. I was really impressed by their respect they have for their customers and their professionalism. The service attendant took the time to answer all of my questions and explain their promotional programs, which I plan to purchase. When I go in for oil changes at the dealers, it ends up costing me hundreds for scheduled maintenance, on a 7 year old car that is running perfectly. Thanks but no thanks. When i just need an oil change, or have a problem, Id prefer to take the car in to these folks who will perform just the service I need.

Needed to get a car inspected, got a same day appointment, and since the car is fairly new, it was a quick inspection. As were wrapping up, they told me it was FREE. I couldnt believe it, how could that be? They mentioned something about a special, but frankly i didnt hear much after they said they performed my state inspection, and I was able to go without paying them. Didnt think this happened anymore, but it did. Thank you, a very nice gesture, and any future work will be brought to you and your team!

I went to VIP for the first time the other weekend with some brake issues and a dying battery. Mike helped me to diagnose the issues and, despite being very busy with appointments and walk-ins on a Sunday morning, the team got my car fixed skillfully and quickly. After over a week of driving on my new brakes and with my new battery, Ive had zero issues and am beyond thrilled with the kindness and quality of the service I received at this location! I came to get a inspection done and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the service was amazing. A gentleman instantly greeted me and made sure that I was taken care of. I had a tire give out on a Sunday while I was on my way to a job site. VIP on Hooksett Rd was open and close by. Im grateful it was. Came in because of thumping in passenger side front tire. Thinking it was a broken belt inside the tire thought I was gonna be out a couple hundred for new tires. I was mistaken, picked up a bolt, they removed the bolt as well as checking all tires. Removed, patched and back on the road. Quality service 👌. We were on vacation and were not looking forward to large unplanned expenditures. They diagnosed, fixed and let us go no problems.

My experience was great! Needed a new alternator and battery after being towed. The store manager, Mike was extremely helpful and friendly. He took care of everything I needed without trying to upsell other services. I will be using VIP from here on. Great job!

I scheduled with this location for four new tires a few months ago. The staff noticed that my tie rods were on their last leg. Corey, who assisted me at the front desk, explained the situation and urgency in a way that was extremely informative without being pushy. He made it clear that the work needed to be done sooner rather than later, but left me feeling like I had the final say in whether it was done that day or not. When he outlined the cost of the work, I expressed to him that it was more expensive than expected and I was not sure I could handle the payment. Corey expressed his concern for my safety on the road, and I could genuinely feel his sincerity. He then took the time to do everything in his power to lower the final cost, for what felt like the sole reason of ensuring I was driving a trustworthy vehicle. I was ultimately able to afford the payment, which left me feeling secure when I left. I now feel safe in my vehicle and I have Corey and the VIP staff to thank. I would highly recommend scheduling with this facility, and I am confident in saying they will take the best of care of all of their customers.

We have been using VIP tires in Manchester NH for almost a year. We have very pleasant experiences with their staff. The guys are very friendly and helpful and always going out of their way to make sure our car is taken care of. We’ve done two oil changes and two car inspections so far Their tire prices are also very competitive. Their quote was 50% less than our first option. They are very thorough and most importantly keeps our car running smoothly. Their service is also very fast we never have to wait for a long time. If you are looking for great, fast, reliable and professional service I would recommend.

Just moved to Manchester and was hesitant to try any place new but strolled into VIP Tires/OReillys for new tires and a Oil change and was treated with absolute respect! The staff is well knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I knew what kind of tires I was looking for and they WERE NOT pushy on trying to sell me something else. Ok...I needed a sticker, right away. Normally Im not the needy type but I sorta was when I got there well...I was in and out in 20 minutes. These folks are great if you need a sticker I suggest going here.

Went here last month for an inspection and the service was amazing! the man who helped me at the counter was so nice and informative about what was wrong with my car, they even brought me into the garage to actually see the issue i had with my tie rod. i felt like the inspection and repairs were really fairly priced, and even double checked on kelly blue book to find out i paid less at vip than most people do on average! i will definitely be returning for the rest of my car maintenance needs and inspections! i suggest that anyone who is looking for an efficient and transparent mechanic experience should head over to vip.

This could easily change to 5 stars tommorow, pending resolution to fixing problem.. FOR THE THIRD TIME!!!***UPDATE***we are now on the FIFTH alignment. 3 idler arms in a month... But there is nothing wrong with it. Drives fine they say..NOT.. DO YOU THINK LEAVING TIE RODS LOOSE MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT??? Still waiting call from regional manager, only been a month.. Simply a GREAT experience.Eric who works in the front not only greeted me upon entering the store but also took the time to escort me into the garage bay.Before entering the garage bay he handed me saftey glasses and explained VIP’s focus on saftey.Both Eric and Chris( automotive technician ) took the time to show @ explain to me the deficiencies preventing my vehicle from obtaining an inspection sticker today.I highly recommend the location.

Went in for an oil change & an alignment.. Corey and the tech (didn’t catch his name) explained that my tire wasn’t safe to drive any further . Ended up getting new fronts and a piece of mind. Corey is knowledgeable and an excellent help.

Tires mounted, balanced and an alignment done by Randy. He did a very good job, my tires had water an leaves inside and he made sure to clean them out properly before installing. He also doubled checked with me on tire pressure preference. My alignment is as perfect as can be. He took his time an made sure everything was done properly an thoroughly. I was leery about going here to have work done but after the service we received from Randy we will be going back again an requesting him in the future. Very impressed with his customer service an thoroughness.

I had my tires changed at VIP and even though I had a really good quote to change them when I got there I got an extra $25 dollars off each tire. Mike was really nice and the extra discount really made my day. I was not expecting it. On top of it the new tires really made a difference. It feels more stable and with more traction. Way to go VIP! I am coming back! Also after I had an inspection and needed an expensive fix, they really made it very affordable. Its like a weight came off my shoulders. Thanks again and again!

I called and needed a specific, uncommon, tire. The store didn’t have it in stock so Mike checked with other stores to try to locate it. It ended up having to be ordered. This was a Friday afternoon. I made an appointment for Monday. The tire was there and quickly installed.

I brought my truck in because my wife had her car break down one day and the car was towed to this specific location and the manager there was very up front and honest. The quote he gave to repair her car was over what the actual cost was. So when i brought my truck in with a check engine light on, the manager again was great. He came out plugged in his machine and told me exactly what was wrong and had me a quote in less than 5 minutes. I knew it was a fair price as i had looked into this before. They had my truck fixed within an hour. My truck runs like a charm now. Thank you!

My car failed inspection due to a front right lower ball joint. Ironically a few days later my battery also died. I had it towed to VIP. Mike was prompt and got back to me when the car arrived. When he called with the estimate obviously $845 is not an easy price to swallow this time of year. But I have a baby and need a safe car. He was able to take a little off and brought it to $810. The car was ready the same day. I have been disliking Valvolene more and more so I will be returning.
