Very fast and great service. My van was brought in on a Friday afternoon & needed some work after I ran it off the road. The part was ordered Fri afternoon. (They were closed Sat/Sun) The part came in Monday morning, and they fixed it right away!

We were traveling through on our way to IL when the tire pressure gauge came on. We were loosing pressure very quickly. We filled it and limped to Manchester tire. The gentleman took our keys and said we’ll get you all fixed up. 10 minutes later he handed us the keys and said “you’re good to go! Have a great trip!” Wait? What? We gotta pay you. Nope he didn’t want to take our money. I’m in awe of their generosity and so grateful we found them.

I always drop my vehicle off knowing it’s in the best hands. I’ve bought two vehicles this year used and I always take them here to get checked out. They are reliable, honest and reasonably priced. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They go above and beyond and I’ll never go anywhere else.

They are friendly, very reasonable with their prices and do good work. Highly recommend!

Don’t recommend going here at all. Went in this morning asked if they had my tire size 245/40/19 they said they did but they said they had a wait I said,” that’s not a problem” after an hour my car finally gets to the bay Side they take my wheel off and then waste another 10 minutes and then they come back to tell me they don’t have that size in stock so basically they wasted my time when i could’ve gone somewhere else

Fast on fixing my car and good service

I took my 2003 Ram 1500 in for a tire change and alighment. When the mechanics got to looking at it noticed ball joints where shot. Instead of not telling me and taking the money they called and informed me of the issue. Stated that an alignment would not work. I give this company 5 stars for being honest and having integrity. Dont see much of that today.

Getting a tune up on our car

SCAM ARTISTS. I was told I needed a new fuse box for $300 plus labor. Took to dealership and they replaced the ventilation valve on the gas nozzle like I told Tire and Brake to do. They tried to charge me $100 for the diagnostic that the owner said his trusted technician of 18 years did. The technician said no power at the fuse box. Im a certified technician myself. So I went home put a meter on it. I had correct voltage all the way to the valve from the fuse box. This was the third and last time they tried to scam me. 2nd time they installed my brake booster. I left and my brakes completely locked up on me in the middle of the 4 lane on highway 41. This place rips people off daily. They are good at it now. Ive personally heard them laugh at people after hanging up the phone because the caller didnt know about car repairs. They charged me for an oil change and my change oil light came on after 500 miles. Obviously they didnt change it. DO NOT GO HERE.Thanks to Chevy dealership in Tullahoma my truck runs great!And just so you know...when I called them out on the fuse box scam, the owner told me he wont charge me for the diagnostic test and to never come back again. I guess when someone has knowledge of what they are doing he wants that person far away as possible. Owner, I totally understand your position. Exposure can be threatening.Update: 1 year later. Fuse box still ok. No issues. No alarms. Thanks again Chevy dealership for HONEST work.

These guys are awesome. Honest. To the point. Have never done anything to the car they didnt feel needed to be done. I own 4 vehicles and they service them all. I moved here a year ago looking for a good company to work with and searched all over town. I started using these guys and havent looked back. Kevin and Darrell are both great. I even took my car in today for something, and they called to say that they didnt need to do what it was I thought we needed to do. They could have done it and charged me for it! And they didnt. Im moving again and am going to miss being able to just walk in and drop my car off knowing its in good hands.

My family has went there since I was little. And now thats only place I bring my vehicles. Best service and really nice crew. They work fast. I recommend them to everyone.. keep up the great work :)

I love the service I receive, and they always fit me in and have my car ready by the end of the day. It is the only place I take my car to. The only issue is they are really expensive. But, you get what you pay for, and the service is excellent!

Kevin is very knowledgeable, he has always kept me up to date on maintenance when its due and/or necessary. Always making sure the gauges on my car are maintained and reading updates. They are all very professional and courteous. I have not found better prices on new tires locally and its a great help to receive free tire rotation at every other oil change. Great service with all oil changes, I have had only positive experiences. They give me great piece of mind in a vehicle that is on the road quit a bit transporting my 2 young grandchildren. It is great to walk into a mechanic shop and be greeted by name by the head mechanic who also owns and over sees all services rather than a cashier.
