We had always heard good things about World Wide and we couldnt be more please. Mike and the team were fast, friendly, beyond fair with the cost (so much less than another estimate from a dealership that we had received). The work is perfect and I cant say enough positive things about World Wide. I would trust them again and again!

I came in looking for a simple estimate to fix my vehicle the wait didnt take long and I met with Mike. Mike was super helpful, friendly, energetic and respectful. He Look over my vehicle well told me what he saw and I had my estimate sent via email and felt like the price was reasonable. If I have any future car body work needing to done I will be sure to come back there.

World Wide car service did a great job on my car. Someone backed into my Ford Escape with a truck and damaged my hood. It has 97,000 miles and the exterior looked dull. I went to pick up my car and it looked like another car. I was shocked that they took the extra step to buff my car. The interior looked great too. It’s hard to find friendly customer service these days, especially with the everyday stressors most of us are facing. They were so friendly and thanked me for choosing them. It’s so important to thank a customer because they can go elsewhere. When I worked in retail we never pointed, we walked the customer to the product and let them know that we appreciated their business. This is rarely done anymore. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life, but I’m glad I picked the right place. I was a nobody with an old car and they treated me like my business mattered. They didn’t treat me like an old woman with an old car and probably had no money. Respect goes a long way.

I went in for emissions and a state inspection. The pricing for those services were very reasonable and there was great communication on how to drop off my car after hours so they were able to work around my schedule.

I went around the Ballwin and Manchester area getting quotes for the body damage to my car. They had the cheapest quote, and they did an absolutely fantastic job on my car. I couldn’t be any happier with the price, outcome, value, or customer service I received. I would highly recommend World Wide to everyone.

Took my car to World WIde for a sate inspection, and forgot about the fact that my horn wasnt working which could have caused it to fail. It passed because they fixed the horn at no charge. Thats good business, even if it was just a minor fuze or connection issue. Rather than give me a hassle about it, they made sure it was corrected and the car passed which kept my stress levels low. And I like that. :-)

Fastest car repair ever! I love these guys! I have a BMW with 200k+ miles on it and something is always breaking. I’ve had the car towed to their place twice after hours. The repairs have been done in under 24 hours both times! Exceptional! Plus, they’ve always been a great price....so good I don’t believe it at first. It is a AAA certified shop so the AAA warranty goes with the work.

Mike at World Wide Car Service is one of the best human beings I have ever met! I brought my car in for an estimate on a minor repair at 7:30 AM, and within 30 minutes it was fixed!!! And the price was so great I almost cried! For a single mother having to figure out logistics of only having one car, this was the best thing that happened to me all month! Great experience working with them. My elderly mother needed some work done on her car, and we had never used this place before, but were told to give them a try. Im glad we did. They did very nice work, and did it quickly. They didnt pressure sell anything, and were very nice and courteous to my mother and I. I know often times places like this just talk to the guy involved, and tend to ignore anyone else, but this was not the case with them. I feel very comfortable letting my 80 year old mother go there on her own if she was to need to. She had gotten 3 new tires along with the work she had done, and a couple days later I noticed one of her tires was going flat. We took it up there only to find out it was the only tire they didnt replace, but they quickly patched it up for free, and told her to have a nice day. Often times people take advantage of the elderly and I have to worry about that with my mother. World Wide didnt even act like they would do something like that, and it makes me happy to know there are businesses left that still conduct themselves with integrity. Ill be telling everyone I know to use World Wide if they need any work done on their vehicles from now on.

Worldwide is the absolute BEST! We have used them for over 25 years and have found them to provide fantastic service at very reasonable rates (almost always cheaper than the dealer). They are completely trustworthy and focus on long-term, happy clients. My favorite experience was when I had a rattling noise in one of my cars and Jan told me the heat shields were rusted through and it would be $300 to replace but he recommended simply putting clamps on them which I agreed to. My total bill was $5.60 for the clamps and no labor. It is so nice to have a car repair facility you can trust implicitly.

We’ve been going to World Wide for years. They have always been fair and upfront on what needs to be done and what doesn’t need to be done. This last time they went above and beyond when repairing my 2006 Hyundai Azera. It needed brakes and struts but still had a few squeaks after the repairs. Heck, it’s an old car and squeaks are to be expected. But they were determine to figure it out. An extra day in the shop was well worth it. The car drives great now and no squeaks. We have been going to World-Wide for a longtime, about 20 years. I have always had first class service, Jan is a great guy to deal with and will explain anything you dont understand. I could give countless great experiences at World-Wide, but I will just give my most recent, I was looking to buy a used car and brought one in for them to check out for me, the gave me a detailed report and the car was good. About two weeks after I purchased it I took it to the dealer to fix a recall, the dealer told me I needed brakes, and several other items, but I knew the brakes were good from my inspection at World-Wide. I have put 11,000 miles on the car since and the brakes are still good. These guys have treated me well for a longtime and I trust them with the car service I dont want to do myself, I have never been disappointed.

I left my car with them while I was on vacation, asking them to give it a thorough check and fix what was needed. It cost me $1500 and that included new tires. They didnt fix anything that was unnecessary. I trust these guys and they do a great job on all our cars.

I always bring my cars here. A couple of years ago I brought in my van. Another shop told me I needed $1100 worth of work done. Worldwide said it didnt need to be done. It turns out that they were right. Its comforting to know that they are honest.

Every other shop/tire store will give you a laundry list of recommended fixes or service costing big $$$. The work at World Wide is first-rate, always done on time and they never do work without your approval. This is an A+ auto service company. I heartily recommend them.

Horrified when picked up vehicle after hours.The door ding dent, had bondo slapped on it and was not even sanded down before painting. You can see the rough spot, and it scrapes your hand when you feel the fender. The bumper was painted for a surface scrape. Color match is good, but where is rest of bumper? All the internal supports are mia and when touch it at bottom, collapses in due to no supportUPDATE— Vehicle was returned to shop and issues fully repaired! Management promptly and professionally resolved the problems. Car looks great.

Flawless Performance! I had a nasty scratch/dent in the back of my trucks tail gate from a trailer hitch smashing it earlier this year. I took my truck to World Wide for them to fix it. Steve Casper was the auto-body technician that repaired my tail gate and boy did he do a FLAWLESS JOB!!! Make sure if you take your car to World Wide you ask to have Steve Caper to repair your car. Overall I have a great experience and I would certainly use World Wide again.

Not only are their prices fair this place is HONEST! Ive had the chain places tell me we needed work and when I brought it here for comparative pricing I was told the work was not needed. Honesty is huge in this business. This is now our go-to place for any auto work.

I am a second-generation customer of World Wide Auto. The owner’s son, also Jan, will mislead and misinform you. Sad turn of affairs but be forewarned. There are times when World Wide will complete a job for you, do it completely wrong (see pictured mangled cabin air filter), and then flat out deny any error. I was told by Jan that if I detected exhaust fumes in the cabin, it was my problem and could search for a better air filter on my own. What was needed was a better auto repair garage, not another air filter.

I came here to World-Wide Car Service and explained my Lexus cars starting problem, he just understood it, tested it, and said solenoid switch is gone bad. Replacement cost altogether it took 350 $. Did it in less time upon my request. No issues.I recommend this shop to all and I liked the problem explanation, ambience, and reasonable price.

I expect that we have had well over 100 (yup, we raised 3 kids) different World Wide service visits over the years from minor (Inspection/Emissions certifications) to extremely major (2 totaled cars) and have NEVER been disappointed!Jan is the most knowledgeable mechanic I ever known, and as he transitioned from hands on to supervision he has expected and gotten dependable and reliable performance from his employees. His children have gradually expanded their involvement in the business and are quite capable - as they have had an excellent tutor.Also, the collision/auto body portion of the business is under the supervision of Jan Jr. and I can confirm from several collision service visits, that if you want your repair done right & with the best parts thats what you will get. I have chosen a couple times to pass on more minor auto body repairs because Jan Jr. was against doing the job(s) half way.The 2 of our children (now grown) that remain in StL. continue to take their familys vehicles to World Wide and multiple of my neighbors do as well.There are several good shops in the Manchester area BUT you will not go wrong taking your vehicle to World Wide, and it is truly a family run, honest & reliable business.

These people are very worst in my experience. I went to fix the noise which is coming in my car and check engine light issue. They said we will fix it and it will cost around $900. Once finish the work then they called we finished our work but still there is a noise coming from different place and we dont know which one is making that noise. Useless service and they dont even know from where the noise is coming. Very worst and very clean on getting payment from customer without proper service. Never go to this service center and they will never do a job what they are committing.
