Having worked with SNG for over 10 years, I can say the level of service and quality far exceeds a standard dealership experience. The gap that SNG fills, bringing cottage industry manufacturing to Jaguar owners, is an essential part of the classic car food chain. There are always problems with classic cars and the patience SNG has to work through them with their clients is exemplary.

Parts seem to be on back order a lot lately.

Not so customer orientated. Received a fairly expensive part on the day it went on sale. Called and asked them to adjust the price accordingly. They refused. Said they weren’t Walmart and wouldn’t adjust the price. Sent the part back for a refund and went elsewhere.

Bought a conversion kit for a 78 xj12 ignition system. Everything worked perfect, these people are very easy to deal with. Thanks!

I work on a lot of old Jags and its great being able to have a local place to get parts. Dont know what I would do without SNG!

Great source for OEM and non-OEM Jaguar parts, usually for less money than any local Jaguar dealership charges. Great parts catalogue for the various Jaguar models as well, in either the printed or website version.
