My wife enjoyed shopping for filipino goodies here. Carpark is not that spacious

I come here for rice, produce and sauces but their pre-made lunches are soooooo good. $12 is lunch for two days. The takeout container has all the noodle, meat and veggies, just ask for soup and they bring you container of broth.

We enjoy this store and make the drive there almost every weekend. We live about 25 minutes away, and its so worth it. They have everything you could want in a food market: clean, organized, knowledgeable & helpful people, and the prices are fair. And their selection is awesome: huge, full-service fish section, frozen food, produce section, meat aisle with (seemingly) everything you could ask for, even an aisle with pots and pans and everything else for the kitchen... AND (the best part?) prepared food to take home cooked right there in their own kitchen. Its one of those stores thats actually fun to shop.

Has a good selection of deserts, sauces, vegetable and meats. Really friendly service and I love getting their loose leaf tea.

I was here with my mom earlier.. This asian market was pretty great with variety but there’s a few problems. But the biggest one would be that there’s barely any prices on the items. You always have to guess how much a price is. Not trying to be xenophobic at ALL but American people don’t care about price and just grab things, Asian people do and we’re not all millionaires Please put real labels and prices on your items. Thank you

This place is great for locating 25lb bags of rice, authentic ingredients, and unique imported brands. However, the store looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. Not sure if I would trust things that arent sealed.

I was making a bangladesh recipe and was in need of uncommon spices your local grocer typically may not have. They had everything I was looking for! It was clean and convenient because items were labeled in English. The staff was friendly and willing to help. Prices of spices were very fair. I will be returning, definitely! Busy Asian market in a slightly sketchy area of town. Good parking. Employees are friendly but many or even most do not speak English. For items you need that cant be bought elsewhere, this is the place. Recommended, give it a try.

Found everything I was looking for at reasonable prices and didnt have to drive down to Lowell or Dorchester where there is a wider selection of fresh produce and freshly cooked meals, etc.

Started shopping at the old location and hated the fact that for a long while nobody knew whether they could find a suitable new location since I prefer Asian cuisine to American fare. You can find anything here, much of which is exported from authentic Asian producers. Clean, airy & spacious. Looking for exquisite flavorings like lemongrass? You will find it here.

A nice market, if I lived closer Id go more often, my son wanted Mochi ice cream and they had what he was looking for.

I loved this shop because it was closer to home than Hmart. I felt very uncomfortable in the store, as the male and female worker in the back kept staring at me and seemed to be talking rudely about me. I was just shopping and trying to buy the things I needed, and the male worker in the fish area seemed to tell the other female workers to come look at me as if they were mocking me. I felt very uncomfortable and heard a lot of laughing, and it is a shame that I had this experience because I love the shop and items offered. I am saddened by this experience and I am reluctant to come back because of this. Its sad that this had to happen to a customer who was happy to be in the store.

I was in search of tapioca pearls for bubble tea and they did not disappoint! There were 4 kinds! They had rainbow, black, green tea, and an orange colored kind. I just wish they had more flavors for bubble tea powders.

I was there with my mom earlier today. It was our first time in Manchester and first time at Saigon Asian Market because we live up in Maine. The store is very nice and clean. People who work there are nice and friendly. Even though its far from where we live, well definitely be back. I have been to many Asian stores, I can say that this store is now one of my favorites. 😊

Great place to shop. you may find our products there. easy to use, just replace the ingredients you add to your food add Mola Foods spices and you have a taste transformation.

They have not just a little bit of everything, they have it all. This is my one stop shop for all of my Asian cooking adventures. Their fish is fresh and everything is affordable.

My family comes here alot when we dont have time to go to China town. Its more expensive but right now its safer than Boston. Great owners!

Went in looking for tapioca pearls and ingredients to make wonton. Found 100 packs of jasmine green tea and oolong tea, too. It was an educational field trip for the 5th graders I had with me. Came away with several new fruits to try. Most parts of the pig are available in prepack and thats something different from the usual. Also on offer were fresh sandwiches and fresh food packed to go. Its a neighborhood grocery with a good asst of things.

A very clean and open Asian market that has different international groceries (Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, Spanish).

We bought Kimchee( we have had kimchee a million times before) it tasted off so we checked the expiration and it was expired! We took it back to tell her and she said we could replace it. All of them were expired!!! So she wouldnt give us our money back and only gave us a cheaper one from a different brand. We will never go back.

Probably the best seafood selection in town, unless youre just looking for haddock!

It could be cleaner, from the pics it looks like the place has went down hill since it opened, the neighborhood it’s isn’t safe either so we won’t be back especially for that reason, poor location choice. Also most customers are stepping in without masks which isn’t good. I’ll go down to Ma to HMart where people are practicing safe mask wearing and the store is much cleaner. The main reason we dislike it is the unsafe neighborhood it’s in otherwise we would probably frequent this store and yes there is a state wide mask mandate, it’s your job as a business owner to ensure people follow it or ask them not to come in for the safety of everyone else wearing their masks

This is the best and largest Asian market in the area north of Burlington, MA that I am aware of. They have a full range of products including fresh produce, meats, and fish, as well as a frozen section, and dry and canned goods. They even sell a great many Goya brand Hispanic foods. Prices are reasonable.

What a market, clean, good, prices and variety and super friendly staff

All the dried and canned staple items you cod need for asian dishes. The produce area was hit or miss - some things were great deals others were a bit old and sad. They had lots of seafood avalible and a decent frozen food section. Not everything is clearly priced... the price stickers have fallen off of half the items. It was kind of a gamble until you got to the register and some items were more expensive than expected. Its a convenient stop if youre in Manchester and need something specific.

Pros & Cons - The positive is that there is a fairly wide selection, covering several countries of origin. I often find what I need. Employees are typically nice and helpful. Thats all very good!However, the primary drawback is the prices. There seem to be sweeping across the board price increases periodically that exceed my comfort level, Items are more expensive here than some places elsewhere - whichunfortunately has driven me to shop elsewhere at times.Prices used to be very competitive and reasonable but appears far less so.And yes prices seemed too high well before the virus. Several other reviewers appear to have the same opinion. Price matters a lot. All things being equal, price can determine where many people will shop. If prices are too high, customers will be driven elsewhere if possible.I offer this as a suggestion to the owners: please lower rather than raise - prices and possibly business will grow!Just my opinion, I could be wrong in my conclusions. But again, just my feeling and opinion. Please visit the place and form your own opinion.

Wow. What a diverse selection of food and the staff was super helpful too. Was looking for some ingredients for a Chinese pork dinner. I had no idea where to look but they took the time to show me where the items were. I got everything I needed.

So many items, its amazing! Got all my ingredients to make Pho. They also have a big Goya section and some Jamaican ingredients. Fresh fish. A good parking lot too!

I used to come here quite often when they were located on S Maple st. Was very pleased with the amount of product they had and how you could get large bags of Asian spices for the same price you would pay for a tiny container of the same spice from McCormick. So many of the food items they had were so reasonably priced. I have been out of the area for several years, but hope to return here again someday to pick up some good product.

Love this place! Fresh produce that you cant get elsewhere. Quail eggs, lots of Asian products that my kids like. Definitely worth a visit if youre interested in Asian markets. They also have an aisle with Hispanic products.

I was hoping for a small selection of quick meals to take home, but no luck.As others have said, prices reflect lack of competition. Ive had better prices in other markets in Mass, but theres not much around here. Parking has its own lot in the back. Overall, clean store, lots of options, authentic for the most part.

My daughter and I have gotten into Asian cuisine and can honestly say we have never not found what a recipe calls for. Amazing seafood assortment too. You wont find fresh whole fish at your local grocery store quite like this. Employees are extremely helpful too.

I recently moved back into the area and found out Saigon market didnt close, but moved to a bigger location! Which was fantastic news because I love pork buns, pot stickers, all their adorable ceramics/house supplies, and their fruit and veggie sections. You can bet come late spring Ill be in for fresh lychee fruit, because you cant find them anywhere else. The store smells a bit fishy, but thats the price for having a fish counter too. If you want a local store that has everything, check this place out!

Always a perfect experience. Our family has been going to them for over 30 years. Our children are older they now shop there along with their families. I cant think of a better store to go get your supplies for cooking Asian meals. The quality is always top shelf. My son and his family now shop there too. We are always talking about it and telling everybody that we know that they should shop there.

Its always clean and stocked. We love the fresh produce the best! There is a $10 min to use a debit card, which is kind of a bummer.

Wide selection of products at reasonable prices. Atmosphere is nice too; unlike other stores there isnt loud music playing and the lights arent overly bright.
