Great customer service, I have replaced my transmission with Imperial Automotive a year or two ago. No issues fast turnaround and price did not change. This time I needed a new engine in my ford e350. I also needed my Van back asap because of my job. Imperial Automotive got me in there ordered my engine and had my van back to me in no time. There very efficient, great communication, Fair Pricing, and they actually care that you are happy with there service and that they are putting safe vehicles on the road. Mr Carlos and Oscar are very young but the most mature people you will ever meet ! I have referred all my friends and family to come to this mechanic shop .

Recently had my car break down while I was driving home. Called Imperial and got a quote much lower than one of the big auto service centers. Imperial took care of my needs quickly, affordably, and were very good at communicating the status of the vehicle as the work was being completed. I will definately use them again in the future.

I just moved to the manassas area and Im serious when I say that this place is a hidden jewel! Its a family owned business with the best attention to detail and amazing customer service. I highly recommend!!! It is worth the drive! Also they have adorable dogs to keep you company while you wait! If I could give more stars I would, theyre that good!

Incompetent. I recommend you purchase or rent another car before taking them yours for repair. It took them over a week to figure out the trouble with a single strut (MB E500 front passenger suspension). There was nothing that wasnt replaced by new part and every time I hear new excuse from the Mercedes dealership shipped the wrong part to whatever lie they come up with that day.

Run as fast as you can to Imperial whenever you need mechanical work or tires. They are a family owned small business with great service and better prices.
