Alex is a great guy. Always has gone out of his ways to help me and my brother with our cars. I spend thousand of dollars taking my BMW x5 to the dealer and tnanks to Alex I just take my card to get maintenance and maintain my car working and driving good.

Took my suv for brake repair at VA Auto care. Alex and his team fix my brake and all the issues I had in a couple of hours. Totally recommend it fast services, professional and fair prices!

For $95.00, the owner was supposed to give us a list of the diagnostic, he gave us how much it was going to cost and had to tell him to give us a list of the parts. I told them to check the breaks on the left side of the back wheel, passenger side, but they checked the right side, they did not even drove the car to see if it was fixed.They were supposed to fix it for the price they gave us, but they checked the wrong side. Then had to go back because they left part of the motor uninstalled. I had a really bad experience. No recommendation.

They did oil change on my car and put the wrong filter on. and my car was leaking oil . So I had to spend more money and take my car somewhere else to get it done right.

The Right Choice!I was in need of a new auto service shop. I read and write reviews so when I saw the ratings and all of the positive comments, I decided to call for a quote and an appt. Alex was on time, professional, pleasant and honest. He explained everything and confirmed everything in writing before doing any work. I waited at the shop while my car was being serviced. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The glass window in the waiting area allowed me to watch and see my car the entire time. The work was done in a timely fashion. I am pleased and satisfied to know that trustworthy and honest businesses with integrity still exist. This will now be my preferred choice for all of my car care needs.

I walked in from a failed inspection and told them what I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was inspection ready by replacing everything I needed for a very low price. Alex Vallejo is a great and honest mechanic. He repaired my Sienna and a Mercedes C300. To make the story short. I had already taken my Mercedes C300 to the Mercedes dealership 4 times with a problem with the AC and they never found what was wrong it. I had to pay $125 dollars every time I took my car to the Mercedes. I even thought about trade it in. Well, Mr. Vallejo fixed and I am finally enjoying my car. I could not believe and it was something that simple. I paid more taking it to the Mercedes than what I paid getting fixed at the VA Auto Care. The shop also repaired my Toyota Sienna which I had previously taken to the Toyota dealer. The dealer was charging 5,500 for the repair. I took my van to Mr. Vallejo and I didnt have to pay 5,500. I didnt even pay half of that to get it repaired.

Went to jiffy lube live to see a concert and my boyfriends brakes failed! Saw show called multiple auto shops : they were the only ones able to fit us in..did an awesome job, executed the problem and didnt over charge..Deffinetley reccomend!!!! If I didnt live in Annapolis MD I would make this my go to auto shop !!! Bi lingual as well !!😊

Just came in to see my car, see what all work was being done to it and wanted to get an estimate, which I did not get for a long time, only to be told by a very Rude and Grumpy Alex that he cannot fix my car and I should get it Towed.My work on the car is transmission work, which does take time, but I even had exhaust manifolds which I wanted to drop off.Anyways, to cut things short One cannot be rudely told to get your car towed, just because you come and ask that how much work has been done to your car. It does not justify in any way.

I had gone there about late Wednesday of last week, my car was in serious limp mode. Alex had taken me in and tried to diagnose the problem as much as he could before he told me I needed a transmission replacement. I started freaking out and told Alex if there’s any way to get it below 2k, because of every thing going on, I don’t have much money right now. Alex agreed and found a good price for both labor and the transmission. At the end of the day, he told me 3-4 days of labor once he gets the replacement transmission in, it’s Tuesday and he started working on it Friday evening and didn’t stop till he finished the job. I am satisfied with how much he took care of the 1000 dollar sound system I have installed in that car and also satisfied with the willingness to finish my car in the amount of time he did. Him and his team are excellent.

Came in and told them what I needed done and wasted no time. Was in and out in half an hour. Was even able to help me with a problem Im currently facing with my car. Driving past Bull Run, our wheel starting smoking. We limped back in to town. I took it to Pep Boys for problem diagnosis. They said brake was dragging on rear left, and needed replacing. They quoted me $859.00 for one side.After making several phone calls we found this business.They did BOTH REAR WHEELS, brakes for $ 420.15.Alex Vallejo did the work for the price he quoted in the amount of time he specified.Because of our situation he made sure we would get home in a timely and safe manor. His shop was not only professional but they made sure we were comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed while we waited.
