For some strange reason I can barely use the app at this location. I have to process my order from outside the store, then go in to scan the box to complete the transaction.
Staff is always friendly and the store is clean.

Be careful when you buy multiple items here. There is new lady works here she made mistake and she knew it but she never say anything until I have to check my receipt and tell her she charged me more than I purchased. I have to open the bag and show her how many items that I purchase line by line. They never say sorry or anything. I just want to make sure everyone did get charge more. Thanks
This is the 7/11 nearest to my home so I’ve been coming here for a while. It’s neither the best or the worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to, but tonight was my worst experience ever.Both of the employees weren’t native English speakers which I usually don’t care about being a non-native English speaker myself, but the point where I start caring is when they don’t even understand their own store promotions. They’ve got the $1 any size cold brew coffee, however they insisted on charging me $1.99 because I had mixed the creamer with the coffee and it looked like their pre-made iced coffee. I told them I was happy to re-make the coffee and prove them I did in-fact use their cold brew for my drink, but they were just plain rude and started talking in Hindi, making me feel like I was wrong for claiming their promotion or like I was trying to steal from the store or something by not wanting to pay the extra dollar. This ended up by a few awkward moments of the older employee looking down at me as I waited for the other employee who had gone back to the store to check the flyer for the promotion. At the end, I simpathetically asked the older employee how could I avoid this type of confusion in the future, if they would like me not to mix the creamers with the coffee so they’re able to see this is their cold brew, and instead of them appreciating my patience and calmness during this whole experience, he keeps up the attitude, talks in Hindi with his co-worker, shakes his head and says “ok, whatever, it’s gonna be a $1.10 then” .Honestly, this type of employee behavior is unacceptable. I’m not sure if the older man is the manager of this store, but I certainly wish him and any other employees were a little more educated on their own promotions, I mean there was even a banner of it on the front of the store. In terms of the horrible customer service, I know one can’t have it all and 7/11 employees are known for their horrible attitudes, but again, I wish they at least knew about their own promotions. It would’ve made my trip faster and less unpleasant.
The best 7-11 in Manassas. I legitimately just drove past 7 of them to come here for lunch just to drive past the other 7 back to my jobsite plus blueberry coffee 😎

It was busy during the weekend, service was slow after ordering some food, and the restroom was dirty, it needs some cleaning.
The cashier was very rude.
