The air pump here is broken and there is no signage reflecting that. Instead of a quick top off of my tires it ended up draining half the air from a tire before I realized something was up. Then when I went in to break change they only had one cashier for a huge line of people and gave issues about me trying to get quarters so I could try and get air elsewhere (not like air pumps were working at nearby gas stations anyways).This is a serious safety issue, Im lucky there was an auto shop nearby.

Ordered 2 subs after traveling for hours, was a bit hungry... ordered my favorite grilled chicken wrap,Swiss x2, mayo, bo,bp,lettuce, grilled onions, and GRILLED CHICKEN!!then back on road. Instantly I could tell wrap was ICE cold. Took a bite and almost choked.... ex mayo, black olives, and banana peppers!!!! 🤢🤮

The food i ordered 2 hot dogs you would have thought would be easy. The bread was hard the dogs were cold and the order was wrong ! How sad I would have thought hot food was important.

There is so much space and almost never a wait to get gas. The inside has good enough options if youre in a hurry and dont have time to grab food somewhere else.

Food quality has degraded, it used to be good. Today I had a burger and the burger patty was dry as a shoe, and the bread was hard. Going to have to go back to the Sheetz on route 15 to compare, and see if it’s just a location issue or a more systemic problem.I haven’t tried the one in Sudley Manor either so will post reviews when I try both.

Over 15 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese. Made me late for work. Didn’t even get the bagel that was paid for.

I come here infrequently to get my fix for shakes because they will make you a shake AT ANY HOUR (read: not mcdonalds or others who are cleaning them at night).The staff have been consistently inviting across all my experiences, but last night in particular I was touched by a small kindness from an employee named Leslie. I ordered a shake and in this particular instance something had gone awry during the process of creation because the texture was not shake-like. I explained my situation to a cashier and Leslie took my under her care and not only immediately and without hassle agreed to remake my shake, she also engaged me in conversation to explain what had caused the irregularity all while being the definition of kind and empathetic.The customer service I received was above and beyond and it seemed only appropriate I should spend a couple minutes regaling anyone who sees this with my excellent experience. I will continue to prefer this location as my pit stop of choice.

I stop here every week because gas is about as low as it’s going to be anywhere in Manassas.

Order a chicken sub with toppings and cheese. I got home and the only thing on the sub was chicken. No cheese. No toppings. Nothing. Tried calling the store for an hour, never once did they answer. They kept disconnecting the call. Great job sheetz!

Love this place so much that me and a friend of mine drive 35 min every Friday night to come get food. You got your snacks, you got your drinks, and the food here is served quick and easy, But the best part? Food looks amazing, tastes amazing and is always Served hot and ready. Never came in on the weekdays, but the weekend workers (didnt catch there names) prepare food as it should be and the effort is much appreciated! Highly recommended!

I like the variety of food in their made to go order. Only issue is when three or four people are ahead of you. You have to wait way to long in my opinion, sometimes over 20 minutes. I know its not supposed to be fast food. Yet who goes to a gas station to wait for food for 20 minutes. I dont know what the deal is with that. That is the only major flaw with this place. Other than that. The customer service at the regular counter is good. The fuel is cheap, what else could you ask for.

Never had any issue with the food or service but the gas pumps consistently have issues. Several of the card swipers dont work (you cant even get a card to insert), the pumps have error messages or half the punps are closed and out of order. For this reason Im fed up with wasting my time and taking business anywhere else.

This place is a great idea for a quick visit when hungry or need anything

Maybe Im old fashioned, but I like service stations which dont charge me to put air in my tires.

Beware!!! Today my husband paid with a $20 bill an Steak & Cheese sandwich and the cashier argued with him when giving him the change stating that he gave her $10! He called the manager and he refused to show the video and gave him $10 back that was missing from the change...those thieves are teaming up to scam customers!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

At 1:52 a.m. recommend not order food the gentleman was very stressed out and kind of rude to customers slamming doors. Am not sure if they short stuff . But I dont think that u should be slam door if no comes get oder right a way .

They have good food but at times it does take a long time for them to make it (even though it’s the quickest to make.) Their customers service is the reason I give them 2 stars. Especially one employee who is incompetent at what he is doing and makes it very blunt that he does not care about his job. The one near Sudley Road is much better!!

20 min wait for two hot dogs and the store was empty

This is the slowest sheetz Ive ever been to and the food is never cooked properly i will be driving past this one from now on and i live down the street

I asked if they had a store card so i could get the discount on the meal deal because i didnt have mine on me and the manager got really rude with me and tried to force me to have another card. I dont need another card I just wanted some food. Will not be returning to this location.

What a joke, went in to get three subs took over 40 minutes. Could have made them myself faster. Team of food workers spent more time arguing and joking around than preparing a customers food and the subs were absolutely disgusting, this sheetz has burned me out of using them again, ill take wawa even if i have to drive miles out of the way

Good selection, depending on who is working it can take a while to get a sub....times have been improving recently though 👍

Wont take chip cards. Ordered 5 subs for my family after a long trip, to find out they will not accept cards with chips. Swiping it did not work, get with this shi, sheetz.

Cooking staff cleared out my order so ended up waiting 20 minutes to get served and then they still messed up the order. Will not be coming back here anytime soon.
