Not only did I get the info over the phone, the service people emailed me with the ticket, then updated it as soon as Ray was headed to our facility! I have to say that Ray was very thorough, and his services left our printer in the best repair since we started using it. Ray made my prints look like I was printing off a new machine! I would suggest to figure out a way to clone him, I can’t say enough good things about how he handled this service call. I cannot say anything negative about Rhyme, you have always been on-the-ball when we call for service and gone above and beyond to do everything to make sure our issues are resolved.”
