Dont waste your money on this product! Ive brought this mess back twice! The number on the back of the the package, they dont answer!!!!

Ordered items the night before online for curbside pickup. The next day before they opened I got a message my order was ready. Pulled up to the front door and checked in via email. My order was delivered within 30secs of checking in. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

This store is very unacceptable and offensive to me. I am in the process of converting a room in my house to an office and I wanted to purchase the Magellan Performance Collection Office suite and I saw where the Office Depot in Madison, Mississippi had it in stock. When I went in the store, no greeted me, and there was an employee sitting at the office suite that I wanted to purchase. When I inquired of the employee if the office suite was for sale, he just said yes and logged off the computer where he was surfing the internet at the desk and walked away. I am very disappointed in the customer service, and that office depot just lost a very easy sale. The management and ownership of this establishment should retrain their employees and review the way they deal with customers.

Charges Taxes on Education Enhancement Fund Card..Tax Exempt CardI diligently found every item (overly priced) I needed for my classroom. Finally, I am waiting in line to check out. The items were scanned. I presented my Education Enhancement Fund Card to the cashier. She enters the code for my school district. The code is a tax exempt id. I was asked how do I want my receipt..chose emailed & printed. I swiped the card...I noticed taxes were included and informed the cashier. It was too late. The transaction was completed. It took so long for the cashier to return the credit to my card (reverse the funds). She called the manager three times to assist her. I asked the manager if the items could remain in the shopping cart with my name labeled on it for 3-5 days until the Credit Card Company credits the account. Oh, yes! We can most definitely hold the items for you. I return to Office Depot, and the shopping cart with my name on it has disappeared. Of course, the manager and the cashier were not present. Poor customer service............very disappointed

I’ve used them before for jobs but their service and care for customer satisfaction is terrible! I sent them a job to do (printing) at 10:39 am and even spoke to an associate on the phone in regards to the job and at 2:30 pm the job isn’t done. The manager acted like she didn’t care and showed no urgency to get my (50) color prints done. Then they tell me on the phone it will be another hour and thirty minutes. I will not be using them again!

Good for finding certain things you just cant find anywhere else. Clean store, nice inventory. Just got a comfortable desk chair from here

Great service at this location. I called and they had what I needed. They had it near the register for me and it was ready to check out when I arrived. They had me in and out in minutes. These people are great!

Printing service was great but the rest of the store left something to be desired.

I was estremely disappointed and frustrated when leaving your store. The rude customer service and the lack of knowledge of what is in the store did not look well for your company. The first gentleman I spoke to was an older black gentleman standing on a ladder, having a conversation with another employee, not about work. He turned and looked down at me as if I was bothering him. I asked him if I could ask a quick question his rude tone back was what, as to say youre bothering me. He had no idea and told me to go look in another area of the store, pointing to the direction. Sadly I will not return to this store. The rude customer service is not acceptable in this day an age, since multiple places carry the same item and how you treat a customer earns their business. As for an employee who is in a service industry, if you dont like your job and dont want to help customers, its time you find a new job.

Store seldom seems to have what I need. Today in the store at lunch and they had no one in the print area, was told they were all gone to Lunch. Was trying to buy local, this store makes it hard for me.
