Just as good as any Hot Topic when it comes to merchandise. They were having a great sale the day we went. My girlfriend bought some tshirts and got 3 for the usual price of one but got home and noticed one had a hole in it.. Also we got some pins which were supposed to be buy one get one free ( the lady at the check out told us to grab another because this was the case) but later when looking at the receipt the lady still charged us for the second one we werent even originally getting 🤦‍♂️

Staff is always so great and their selection is like no other. Great holiday sales 🎄🤶🦌⛄

Its a Hot Topic. Its small, jam-packed, and dark. They still carry exactly the same anime and popular fan favorites. This crew is pretty good, though. My kids spilled their ice water and they were sweet about it, and even acquiesced and let my children help clean it up because they understood this was a teaching opportunity for me. (They held a couple shirts back so the ladies could mop.)Also, a shirt marked as $14 on the clearance rack came out to only $6 at the register. So now I have a new Iron Maiden shirt, and Im grateful! Gotta love their clearance sales!

We had a great time shopping for Pops and clothes from our favorite animes. Not badly priced.

They have amazing staff but personally I think the place is too small, they dont things that they say they have on their website. I came in to buy a Naruto shirt couldnt find it and I also came in to get these mcr bracelets, they stopped getting them so the website lies sometimes.

I have gone go to this Hot Topic many times, but this experience wasnt so good. After I had gathered all the products that I was going to purchase and then headed to the register, the clerk didnt even greet me with a hello. She just started ringing up the items. Once she was done with that, she gave me a bag which was way too small for all of my clothing and had later tore when I was shopping at other stores. Lastly, I had bought a keychain on which she had forgotten to take the security tag off so when I had left a store, the alarm started going off! I hope this woman can come to some sense in the future.

I like hot topic but this one you literally have to flash someone down unless you have the right look or you dont get assistance.

Normall a huge fan of Hot Topic. Not today unfortunately, they had a buy one get one 50% off most merchandise, which is a plus. In addition, if you buy $30 of stuff, they will give you a Hot Topic $15 Coupon on your next $30 purchase. I thought I had gotten to the $30 point, and after I had seen that the customers prior to me got 2 of those $15 coupons, but only purchased $58 of stuff, I thought Id be ok. Unfortunately, I only purchased $29.25 of merchandise pre taxed, so a grand total of $30. and some cents. The gentleman was very kind in giving me my stuff, but didnt give me the $15.00 coupon. He explained politely that I had to get $30 of merchandise before tax, which was fine. I didnt have a problem with that, but why did he give the previous customers 2 coupons with their $58 purchase? And if I was so close to that, why would he not just tell me, Hey you know, youre just 0.75 away from getting a $15 Hot Topic Coupon. The East Towne Mall staff will always let me know. I was kind of sad, but decided to not argue and just look for something that was 1 or 2 dollars. At this point I was kind of annoyed and just decided to return the stuff cuz I couldnt find anything else I really wanted. The clerk was very nice and courteouse, but when he gave me my refund back on the card, he wanted to keep my original receipt, not understanding why I needed the original. I want to keep it to make sure that no extra charges would be put on my first transaction, and he said he didnt understand why I needed to have both. If I return something to Target or Kohls or Toys R US, they always give me the return receipt along with the original receipt. He gave me a little bit of attitude when I asked to just take a picture of my original receipt, since it was clear he would not give me back my receipt. Anyway, I would normally give this location a 5, but not today. I will just give the East Towne Mall Hot Topic my business.
