Riley at Denver mattress had amazing customer service. I was in the process of buying a mattress at bobs discount furniture. But after multiple times Bob contacted me for bed delivery, It would never come and they wanted me to pay for it. We waited months and was told tough luck we need to wait longer. But started charging us for the bed. I called Riley and he was more than happy to get me a bed in the time frame I needed it by. And Im my wife is happy we switched. We got a better bed and a better deal.

Brayden is very knowledgeable about the products. He let us take our time deciding what we liked best. He gave a few follow up calls without pressure and when we were ready, he ultimately made the sale!

The employee was helpful but not overbearing, which was nice. The selection was decent but not great for what I was looking for. There just wasnt a lot in my price bracket; everything was either too cheap or too expensive, it was a little bizarre. I found what I was looking for, but it was basically the only option. Overall an okay experience, I just wish there were more choices in the low-to-middle price range.

Was referred by a friend. Their prices are high. I expected to get a better discount that just $55 with their super sell off deals! I spent over $1000 and they still charged me $75 for delivery- I opted for this only because I have a mattress to get rid of and I can’t do the lifting myself. At no time was I offered any deal on the mattress protector or pillows. So for $150 extra to be able to get the 365 better sleep guarantee I opted out. I’m hoping I don’t regret it. My friend who referred me was given free pillows and a $300 discount. Had I known this beforehand I could have walked away. Very disappointed. I can only hope I love this mattress.

He listened to our price range and what we were looking for (I have a latex allergy, and although he stated that none of the latex blends used by their products contain any allergen, he maintained that he would not show us any of those mattresses). He was not at all pushy and gave us pricing and options and let us decide.

No high pressure sales; not even for sheets!I walked in & told Riley, the salesperson, what I was looking for in mattress and spending amount.He pointed out several models. After a few questions and a lot of laying down for minimum of 15 minutes on my top two models, I knew the one I almost dozed off was the one.I did decide on the Denver Mattress vs the Sealy. They were very close, but the DM was more firm to my liking.I’m definitely glad my sister told me Denver Mattress had good reviews. Had I waited I would have missed out on Memorial Day Sale!

We had stopped at 2 other stores just prior to visiting Denver, spoke with multiple online only companies and could not be happier with having gone to Denver Mattress. Eric was honest on the phone, followed through immediately prior to our visit, had actual inventory, was aware of what was out of stock, and helped us experience the largest variety we had seen in a mattress store. With clear pricing, excellent service, and knowledge several steps higher than anyone else we had spoken to, I would recommend Denver Mattress without hesitation. Kudos!

The store is really nice. Theres a lot of variety. The manager, Riley, was very helpful and offered good recommendations based on our budget. He walked us around until we decided on the one we wanted. If youre in the market for a new mattress Id recommend shopping around but definitely make this one of the stores you check out.

We went to Denver Mattress expecting to have an annoying time being pestered by sales people as we were nearly the only ones in the store. As it turns out, Matt generally left us alone to try the mattresses popping in and out at just the right times with pertinent information. We successfully made our purchases without a hassle and saved at least $500 overall as they were having a massive store wide clearance sale. A delightful experience.

It is a great place to shop, the salesperson is very accommodating and just really catering! HOWEVER, once you have it delivered it’s all on you. I bought my sett a year ago, and oh my 6 months later after a power outage the bed wouldn’t work so I called the store and was told “Oh I just sell the beds I have no idea how they work and gave me a 1-800 number to call. While waiting over 30 minutes I discovered how to reset the control myself! Now I was concerned when I bought the bed about the height, so I bought the less deep foundations and was told the legs come in all sizes. Well I was in a carpeted room so it wasn’t a problem. Then I moved to hard wood floors and the bed is nearly impossible to get into, I am very senior and short. So I called and said after checking the box of legs they left behind none were actually shorter. I had also ordered legs on line and the bed is not standard as far as using other product legs. So I explained all this to Eric and his response was”You should have thought about that before YOU bought it! And I could go to Homedepot and buy wood and stack it under the bed!” I called the district manager who didn’t return my call. So if you have no problems or questions about your purchase good for you! But it appears from my experience and others posted if it doesn’t go well TO BAD FOR YOU!

Sales person was very knowledgeable, questioned what was important to us and gave us choices to try. Then he helped us figure out what we needed to go with our mattress choice. We tried mattresses and pillows until we found our comfort zone. Delivery time is what we expect now with all the delays due to covid. So far so good.

Highly recommend! We’ve been searching for a mattress since we got married and finally found the right mattress, from the right store, with the right salesman, and for the right price. And most importantly, it was a mattress that my wife and I BOTH liked (imagine that!?).We had been watching holiday sales for over a year and couldn’t find the mattress we wanted for less than $2000. It was insane. We happened to stroll into Denver mattress on the east side of madison and shared our story and Ashton assured us we would find what we wanted well below our price expectations.He even postponed the sale after we kept saying yes because there were other mattresses at lower prices he wanted to make sure we saw first. Ended up buying the first one he recommended anyway.Lastly, the communication was on par and delivery was on time, simple, professional, and after our first night on the mattress we are already feeling better about our future nights’ sleep. Walked into Denver mattress at about 7:50 PM, looking to try out mattresses before they closed at 8 PM.There is an unbelievable selection of mattresses in the store. Their mattress selection included mattresses that were $10,000. Any of which would’ve been more comfortable than the mattress I am currently sleeping on, Which is currently in the shape of a taco because it did unroll from the box and both ends are pointing straight up in the air.I think I sat on every mattress in the store and came to the conclusion that the mattress from the Denver mattress Company brand, was the one I was going to purchase. I felt it was even more comfortable than the high end Tempur-pedic’s, and the $10,000 mattress.Riley stayed open late and help me find the perfect mattress and he wasn’t even concerned that it was closing time. He was the greatest and he made the sale easy and comfortable. If it wasn’t for him willing to stay late and show me around the store, have a good personality. I would not Have found the perfect mattress. Thank you Riley!

The store had a decent amount of options in different price ranges. Then again so do most stores. However what made this experience 5 star was the salesman Erics style. It was low key, low pressure, highly informed sales. We dictated what we wanted and Eric just guided us. Wish all salesman were like that. We went in just to look. We came out with a matress that we could afford and exactly what we wanted.
