I came in tonight with my little sister to get her homecoming dress and Hailey /saralynn were both so sweet and helpful! They made sure that she had everything for her big night. It was so busy and they made it feel like we werent a burden and like they were happy to be there. My sister left with such a big smile on her face, Definitely coming back! Thank you guys!

Although we arrived at a very busy time near closing, staff was very friendly while being efficient.

Talked to Saira over the phone and she had the best customer service I have seen in a really long time. Even though she was busy inside the store, she took the time to help me see if they had a particular shoe in stock. Not only did she look in the system to see if the shoe was in their store but she looked in the system for other stores. She also was a lot more informative and friendly than the associate I talked to at the Brookfield location. After finding out I was in a bind with looking for a pair of shoes for a wedding I am attending this Saturday she then recommended a pair of shoes that they carry and another store that may have more what I am looking for. If I was her manager, I would give her a raise and a bonus. From here on out, I will always with work with Saira and seek her over others such as the associates at Mayfair and Brookfield who had terrible customer service. Thank you Saira for your hardwork and going above and beyond your job description. I really appreciate your help (:

Beyond extremely poor quality clothing they changed their hours and making it nearly impossible for a working individual to return something. I tried returning a dress that doesn’t fit on my THIRD attempt and was turned away for being outside their return deadline by two weeks. The worker proceeded to tell me that sometimes she will make exceptions but apparently couldn’t for me which makes no sense? Why even tell the customer that. I’ll just be coming in with no receipt I guess?

I will admit being a 35 year old entering this store with my daughter it was intimidating... but the girls working helped my daughter find something she felt good in! We were looking for a special occasion dress for pictures and they had a wonderful selection. The girls went above and beyond helping is find a more modest bust! Thanks for helping my little lady feel beautiful!

Such a great place to shop!! The clerks are so nice and helpful. The selection is fabulous and their prices are outstanding!! Homecoming, prom, formal events and casual... They have it all!!!

Friendly and helpful staff but very limited sizes.They offered to help order online if there was anything not in the store but its hard when you cant try it on.

Very helpful and patient staff. Not only did they help me with my needs, but they also patiently waited for me to select the right item. I love it!

Warning if you buy anything from there dont expect to be able to return it as they will likely accuse you of wearing the item and decline the return!!Horrible customer service. I bought a dress and didnt try it on in the store because the mall was closing soon and I didnt have time. I asked the clerk if I would be able to return it if it didnt fit and she said yes. The dress was too short for my liking and too tight it certain spots so I put it back in the bag and went to return it a few days later. This time (a different cashier) looked over the dress and eyed me and then said I cant return this because it has been worn. I told her I only tried it on once at home and thats it. With is the honest truth!!! All tags were still on it. The dress is all sequin and made cheaply Im sure as it is sold at that store. if it had any sign of being worn that was from before I bought it that is for sure!! She still refused to return it. I will never buy anything from this store again. I am a very honest person and take offense that she accused me of lying. I am pretty sure this woman was even standing next to the lady when I first bought the dress! The dress was $63 so Im really bummed.

The customer service here has greatly improved! The return policy is very strict, but that is not the fault of the associates some stuff is not even eligible for return and the receipt says that. They offer to find sizes and accessories to make my outfit perfect for me. Love it!

Everything was missing clasps, snagged, or in some other way not really fit for sale. no one to open dressing rooms and just in disarray throughout the store. We decided not to purchase anything because the item my daughter fell in love with for prom had a broken zipper but, was still full price!

Really nice staff, I went there by myself today and the sales woman was super helpful and offered me her opinion when I asked.

Walked into the store about 30 minutes after this store opened. I was the only person in the store. There were 2 employees working, NO ONE said “hello”, or asked if they could help me. Walked right past me as if I didn’t exist. The worst customer service I have everExperienced! There was a “help wanted “Sign in front of their store. With customer service like this you won’t need help- no one will want to shop your store. Pathetic.

Store was not organized. Dresses were not arranged properly. Visual impact is poor. Window display was not attractive.

Worst customer service experience ever. I called to have a dress put on hold, and was given quite a bit of attitude over the phone. I called the following morning to make sure that the dress was still on hold to be picked up, and again received the terrible attitude. My fiancé went to pick up the dress, and was treated with the same disrespect. Im very disappointed as I received WONDERFUL service at the Brookfield location. I will NOT be going to the East Towne location again. Id rather find a different dress than deal with poor customer service to find the same dress that I loved in a different size.

Still refused take it back!She made an excuse said I reattached the tag on the dress! This is ridiculous
