Walked in preparing to purchase a hat for my nephew, however the guy in the store was talking to someone he knew and was cursing left and right and totally ignored me. After standing there for almost 30 seconds waiting to be acknowledged, I finally left and walked across the mall and purchased something at Foot Locker. Bad experience!

An awesome place to get a hat

Never, ever order off of their site for in-store pick up. I get an email confirmation confirming my order is ready for pick up at my location and of course they can’t find it.I get told to call customer service and they tell me in the most unprofessional way possible they can’t help me. I’ve bought a lot of hats from lids in store and online, but I will never do business with lids again after this.
