Do not bring your own hats here for fitting or cleaning services. Came here to have a hat I got for Christmas fitted - I am from out of town and was happy to find a local store I could visit. Their website says they offer fitting and cleaning services but the owner was incredibly rude and I walked out without having my hat fixed. I was so put off by her rude attitude I would not return to purchase a hat from her in the future.
