I love shopping at Ciao Bella. Their clothes are always fresh, modern and soft, very wearable and affordable. Of course, their fun vibe has me going in regularly because I love being in the store too!
Love this store and the people who work there! They have excellent customer service and always have the cutest clothes! A great place to go for gifts, too!
Had bought a shirt that someone else, I suppose had put it back in the wrong spot and I realized after I bought it that it was well over the price it said on the rack. I went back in and tried to talk to them about it, maybe they would accommodate and have me return it since I go there all the time. No...they gave no sympathy, were very rude, and short with me, how terrible. Yes they have cute things but gosh darn is their customer service disappointing when such a cute store!!! I am very disappointed, you just lost a regular customer.
Love the clothes but was very disappointed with employees when I asked a question about a sale item I was answered with a rude comment about how I mixed up the rack even though that was not the case. For how high they’re prices are I expected at least friendly staff working the sale space but instead there were two employees there to gang up on customers. As a regular shopper there I can say I will not be going back and wish I had never given them business.
RUDE!!!!!! I live in Madison and have been shopping in town for years and never had an issue until I made the mistake of going into Ciao Bella. I needed jewelry for my brother’s wedding. I purchased a bracelet, ring and earrings costing me around $100. The earrings were put in a box and left there until the wedding day. I opened the box and the earrings had broken. I took the earrings back to the store and explained very calmly that the earrings broke before I even got to wear them; I only asked if they could fix them. The cashier said it should be an easy thing to fix, but she had to talk to her manager-who was standing right next to her. Right in front of me in hearing distance the manager said what does she want me to do about it, its costume jewelry, it breaks! I was shocked and appalled. I didn t ask for a refund, or a replacement, just a little respect and maybe a sorry, instead I was treated like an idiot. They are rude, classless, and completely overpriced. I suggest Jolie Boutique right down the road or Asiyes across the street.
Great service, they went out of the way with a Birthday present! Pretty packaging too!
Had a good experience here, i came to buy a bracelet for my girlfriend, and the cashier helped me to find something that was trendy. regarding another review, i overheard a woman talking to the cashier about a piece of jewelry that had broken and since it looked rlly broken, and someone would have to be like a blacksmith jeweler to fix it, they offered her a refund.
