I called to ask about the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. The gal that answered the phone kept rudely telling me they didn’t have any vaccines and didn’t know when they were getting any. I verbalized that I understood but it didn’t answer my question about specifically the J&J vaccine. She chuckled at me and put me on hold. Another gal picked up and was able to answer my question. When I told her the previous gal’s customer service was egregious, she asked me what that word was I used. I question the competency of her answer if she doesn’t understand the meaning of egregious.

I went to pick up some OTC medication at my local drugstore. It is always my intent to BUY LOCAL and support the local economy whenever possible. Taylors fell far short of my expectations as an essential business that provides medication to a vulnerable population. I went to the pharmacy counter to make my purchase and that is when I observed an employee behind the counter counting out a prescription and noticed that she was not wearing a mask. At that moment someone called me to the register and said they would be right there to help me. I put the item I was going to purchase on the counter and told them I was going to have to go elsewhere to make my purchase. After I left the store I called the pharmacy to discuss my observation and try to gain some perspective. I was left utterly disappointed and with no option but to tell everyone I know that Taylors drugstore claims to take this very seriously! when in fact they also practice this behavior. Well, everyone takes their masks off during the day, thats just how it is. No, that is not how it should be. As a pharmacist with many employees, you should be leading by example. If your employees and customers see you not observing the state mandate, they will start to feel they dont have to either. I am not compromising my health to support the local economy. Anything I buy there can be purchased cheaper elsewhere and I dont have to leave my house to get it. Do not mistake me here, if I stop shopping with you now because of COVID, I will not be shopping with you after COVID either.I cannot and will not support this business any longer. I will also be sharing this story with the state. The pharmacist admitted to me that she does not wear a mask at all times while working and that it is common practice for her employees to take theirs off while working as well. If my preferred medical MJ dispensary, Halloween Store and Renys can be consistent and follow protocol, why the hell cant a pharmacist?

Went here this morning to get a med for my 10 yr old daughter on which i was told would cost me 59.99 got there they wanted 130.00 The pharmacist made the mistake of saying was 59.99 so i traveled 30 mins with my very sick daughter who had influnsa a and phenomia for this Incompident pharmacist to tell me the meds was 130.00 n she made a mistake...well ya know what maybe she should find a new job she dont seem right for that one!!! WONT GO THERE AGAIN..... BEWARE.....
