Wanted to buy locally to support small business. Gave them the benefit of the doubt when our order was delayed the first time by a month, but, after the end of that month with no response, called again to find out it was delayed another 2 months.I understand they do not control when orders arrive, but, Id like periodic updates. I got radio silence from them. Finally had to just cancel my order. Cant wait almost a year for a couch.

I paid in full for a bed on 7/6/2020.😁 It was delivered and assembled by Barnett and Swann on 10/20/2020. 😊On 10/26/2020 I noticed the bed was not assembled well.😔 I called and sent pictures the same day. No response to email or a call back...On 11/1/2020 I sent more pictures because the bed continues to collapse.🤔 The owner and manager said the bed I was at fault. This is the end of me doing business with Barnett and Swann. How can I be at fault when I didnt assemble the bed?I am so upset that I waited over 3 months to get a bed that I only enjoyed 5 nights. 🥺 Now I am fighting to get it repaired and a refund.😡 I am done doing business with this company. 😡

We just recently purchased a sectional, kitchen table, and buffet / server. They had just the right sectional and my wife fell in love with the table. The lady who helped us (her name was Dee) was so friendly and hospitable. I purchased the server for my wife for Christmas and she helped me keep it on the down low. The delivery men were professional and efficient and also assisted me in keeping the server a surprise. This was a great experience from the showroom to my living room including the financing process. I would recommend them 10/10 to a friend.

Cindy and Kasie were so sweet. Cindy spent time going over several couch options with me on the phone and then was very helpful but hands off when my husband and I came in to look. When the couch arrive in a few days, we will be so happy!

This place is the great! I worked with Stephanie & Dee. They were knowledgable and helpful, without being pushy! I wish all sales people were this friendly. The store is clean, spaciously laid out, and stocked well too. After looking at a few pieces online I was able to check them out in store. Their prices are the best too!

We bought a sectional from here back in June. When it was delivered, we immediately noticed a tear close to the bottom. We called and were told that someone would be out to repair it. Ok. No problem. Well its been over 2 months since then. Havent heard a word. Ended up buying our other new furniture elsewhere. Steer clear of this place. Definitely wont be back.Update....Today is November 17th, 5 1/2 months after our purchase. Someone finally came today and repaired our sectional.

Absolutely excellent customer service great price and great looking furniture delivery the whole nine yards theyre excellent and I will be more than happy to do business with them again I purchased a loveseat it was delivered next day and its just what they said it was and the lady that works there is just a kicker she is great love her personality

She said get the model number of anything we see, and she will beat the price. She definitely did, and we purchased our new furniture from her. Stephanie was very helpful in selecting styles that appealed to me. We composed a list before making a final decision. No pressure whatsoever. When I decided on my choice, they ordered everything for me. Extremely kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable about their merchandise. Ill shop there again.

My family has ordered several pieces of furniture from Barnett and Swann over the years! They have the same great brands as the big name furniture stores in town but at much lower prices because they dont have the same overhead. Weve always received great service and have been more than pleased with the furniture!

Alex met us at the door and ask if he could help us. We showed him the furniture we wanted ( Ashley ) and it was on the sales floor. He was very nice to us no sales pitch and was very truthful to us needless to say we bought the furniture we fell in love with and it was a cheaper price that the others we have talked to about the same bedroom suit, thank you so much Alex, Im sure we are going to enjoy it very much

We purchased over $10k of furniture back in April 2017. After two months one of our coffee end-table glass was broken while we were at work. I contacted miss D about the situation and even emailed her the picture with serial number. After so many attempted back and for without a solution, I decided to give up. I was not happy for the fact that the store owner dont try to help their client when they have problem with product. I wont return to buy anything from this store and I am not recommended other either.
